Great service. Took my seldom used bass boat trailer in for a NO charge inspection for tires, brakes, bearings, grease, tire inflation. Very knowledgeable and replaced my 2009 seldom used tires. No other problems. Have referred a friend already and will continue to do so.

Had a flat on my tire when I got back from Thanksgiving. They patched and repaired in about an hour for a affordable price. Their new location is extremely convenient.

Very accommodating and knowledgeable. There was a parade that was going to be closing the road in front of the store. They made sure my car was finished in time so I could leave before the roads were closed. Would definitely use them again!

Visiting the Lake from out of State and needed new tires before I headed back home. The friendly & knowledgeable staff at Big O Tires provided me with what I most needed; an accurate quote, timely service and a trustworthy experience. Would highly recommend a visit to see for yourself!

Service was pretty much as expected and handled very quickly. However, I am very concerned that after leaving your store with my vehicles service (new front brakes) completed the left front wheel did not have the lug nuts properly torqued. This caused some concern as I had to return to determine the problem and have it corrected. I will probably return as they quickly corrected the problem.

Had what we needed in stock, were able to get us in immediately, work done in an appropriate amount of time, price what we expected. The only issue was no phone call or text to let us know it was ready, but that s not a big issue.

We have been to this location several times now, they have the BEST customer service. This last time went in to get the tires rotated and was informed the back brakes and pads needed replaced they were almost gone and also our front strut snapped, they had the parts in stock and fixed the truck all in the same day. I'm so thankful they did a thorough check when rotating the tires especially since we are headed for a long trip in this vehicle. We highly recommend this location.

Brandon in the shop area is as good as it gets when it comes to servicing our 3 vehicles. He s extremely knowledgeable and professional. Tyler & Mike at the front desk represent Big O the way you d like all your employees to do. Enjoy doing business at your new location at the Lake.

I brought my car in with a slit in my tire@ didn t have an appointment. Staff was friendly & yet professional. The wait was long , over 2 hrs. But I understand low staffing & several customers.

Boat trailer needed a tire. Made an appointment online. BOT called to check if they had my tire in stock. They did and told me to bring the trailer in immediately. The lot had plenty of room to maneuver the truck and trailer. They worked on it out in front of the Shop Bays. In and out in 20 minutes.

They stayed late and waited for me about 45 minutes late when they could ve closed up and went home anyway, I have got the best service out of Big O tires for the last 1015 years that I ve been dealing with them they treat you fair and the new Osage Beach location is awesome

I came in for new tires, I expected to make an appointment to come back or be there for a couple hours. Nope! They got right on it less than an hour later I m out the door:) very friendly and professional staff! I highly recommend Big O

Yes Everything went great. We love the new facility and Antonio was wonderful Honesty I was told by another place I needed new rotors and brakes all around. $1000s of bucks. Thank you for the great business ethics. We will spread the word. You have our business for sure

I was visiting from Illinois when I had a blowout on my camping trailer. I had an appointment with another tire dealer for the morning I was to start the trip home. I had asked for four new tires and was told they had them in stock and they would be installed. When I arrived, they informed me that the tires had been sold. So now I am ready to go home and have no spare and three questionable tires. I stopped at Big O and explained my situation and they took me right in, had the tires in stock and in a short while I was on my way. They checked with me to make sure I had a safe trip home. How fantastic in this day and age to find that kind of service. I highly recommend.
