I called to check for a part they didn't have it at the store but said it would be in the afternoon. When I got there the part was there. The guy was very helpful and polite. I appreciate that alot.

Guys in here saved me a lot of trouble. On my way to an out of town funeral i had an alternator go out. I made it to here and bought a new one. These guys let me borrow the few tools i needed and even offered if i couldnt find the tool i needed on the cart to get what i needed from his truck. I was able to get it changed out and still made it on time. These people are AWESOME

Super nice guys in there. I was trying to get an ignition for a Ford and wasn't sure about programming a new key and the guy was so nice, he printed off a couple of the directions for the different ignitions trying to help me figure out an answer to my question and he was very helpful!

The employees working here were some of the nicest I have seen.This store is clean and appears organized. Several other O'Reilly stores are unable to compete with that. They usually come right to the counter when you walk in unless they're already helping someone else. But if you need something they'll try their best to help you find it. Good size parking lot. Keep up the great work Owensville!

The assistant manager Mike was absolutely phenomenal! Helped me take care of a bad headlight and was very quick and efficient. They had my part in stock and provided a military discount. Will definitely be returning for my next set of parts. Also set me up with the rewards plan! Best service I've gotten in a long time!

One guy was making fun of me by making little short strokes and being noisy. He was busy and called in another to help. The other fellow answered our questions and was glad to help. He told us he could test alternators, and, read codes but he couldn't diagnose/test coils. I know it's possible. I was left confused about what services were actually available. I was pleased with what services I got. Low rating is for my confusion.

I wish i could remember his name but he helped me find a universal tool for a lawn mower spark plug and it worked. He took time out of his busy day to help me out and I strongly appreciate it. Everyone else there doesn't ever seem to want to help me. These stars are for that man and him only!

Everytime I've went for a rental tool they never have it. Which is okay but I wish the workers would put a little pep in there step when it comes to checking out customers. Shouldn't take 25 mins for me to just get a headlight when 4 employees are behind counter but only one are actually helping customers.

My wife went to O Reilly Auto parts in Owensville with a big problem and small purchase. No one could have been more helpful, patient and skilled than Bill .Kudos to Bill who solved her problem and made her day! They are our GoTo auto parts dealer now!

Price match program that allows you to get a better deal if you can find a part cheaper at another store. You get loyalty points and they keep your business. Reasonable prices and friendly service.

It's ok I have a suv, that I asked if it was the starter going out they told me no its the chip underneath the hood. So the part is $2,000 it sat for almost 6 months. I walked or friend's took my. I took the starter off guess what it was, the starter after all. it only took 300 to fix it not $2000 humm. Is it cause I'm young or a girl. Cause some younger people like working on their car's and are not that dumb at it.

The parts selection is great, however, you really have to KNOW what you need before you get there, or else you'll be leaving with the wrong parts that the worker said were "correct"

They didn't have the part I was looking for but the staff really tried hard to locate what I needed and stayed after they were supposed to be closed to assist me.
