Came in to get a tire mounted on a rim and was overcharged. I said I did not want it balanced, but the lady at the counter had it balanced anyway, then insulted me when I objected. The bill was double what it should have been. Not a trustworthy company.

Had a rear tractor tire repaired that another tire company told me was junk.Both times I have had opportunity to use their services, they have exceeded my expectations.

Matt and all the folks at Jost Tire are great at what they do. I drive an hour and a half one way to do business with them because I know they have my interest at heart and the safe operation of my vehicles is priority for me and them. Very professional and great customer service all adds to great value for my tire needs.

Jost Tire has been great! Two weeks ago, I had a flat and it only took them 20-25 minutes to fix. Today, I got a new set of tires put on. They were very kind. I was supposed to have the grandkids with me because of an emergency with their pregnant mama. They said they would get my truck in and out quick. And that's what they did, under an hour and it was busy. I thankfully didn't have to bring the grandkids in, but they still were quick, friendly, and had decent prices. The tires are great. Thank you so much for a wonderful service.

Great place, nice staff. Got me in right away to swap out a bad trailer tire with my spare. In/out within an hour. Very reasonably priced.

I schedule my oil changes with them many times and they are honestly a great business! They will pick my car up from my job (obviously in the same town) and service it and return it with the bill. I just stop in after work to pay it. I seriously will never go anywhere else! Very friendly and efficient!

They are awesome with their time expectations, their work they do is meticulous but. Not slow. All together the staff is very friendly and they will help you out with whatever you need.I would highly recommend this place to anyone,,they don't make you feel dumb if you don't know exactly what the problem is. Very professional, honest, caring company! Friendly too. They have helped our family out so many times over the last 20 years when we were in a bind with car and tractor tire flats and other issues.Highly recommend!!!

Jost Tires was very helpful. I had a flat on the side of the road and was not from the area. They came to me to put my spare on and even blew the air up in my spare tire. When i was able to get to their shop they checked over the rest of my tires and gave me an honest opinion. Their prices were very fair too, they didn't try to gouge me bc I wasn't from the area or in a pickle and they didn't try to push me to more services, they were friendly and very helpful. I appreicate everything they did for me!

I live on a gravel road that loves to eat tires and every single time I have ever needed anything, Jost Tire Co has been fast and reasonably priced. They are always willing to find room to work you into the schedule if they can and make a effort to save you money if there is a way to do it cheaper. The Big box tire shops could learn something from this small town business. If there were ten stars I'd give it to them. Thank You Jost!

Jost Tire s was exceptional. We were from out of town and had a flat tire. Jost was quick and reasonable in getting new tire placed and another tire patched. The customer service was exceptional. We really appreciated the help!

We travel full-time in an RV and happened to be in Owensville when our Ford Focus tow car had urgent tire & wheel issues. The right front tire was so worn that steel belts were sticking out! I called on a Monday morning and their schedule was full, but somehow the team was able to perform a much-needed alignment, replace a front wheel tire rod and also put on 4 new tires. Thank you Jost Tire for squeezing us in on such short notice. Excellent service!!!

Jost Tire is probably the best overall place in the area for customer service that I know of. They picked up my vehicle from my workplace while I was on the clock, and had it returned before the end of the workday with my bill conveniently placed in the seat. They also seem to be reasonably priced. In addition to all of those great things, they also believe in supporting local businesses, they have done work at the Gasconade county fair, and they have sponsored local events being a huge part of the Owensville community. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. Also, they must have a great reputation among others as well, because they've been in business since 1955, and State Tech sends students there for hands-on training and development. Jost Tire is one of the premier staples of this Owensville community in my opinion.

Sold the Tires I prepaid for and say there's nothing I can do. Really starting to not like home town shopping. Was the only place I bought tires but never again.

I brought my truck in for new tires. Jost had my tires ordered and put on within three days. Got my new tires and an oil change done in an hour. The place is very busy, so you know Jost is good at what they do.

Jost Tire represents everything great in outstanding automotive maintenance, tires and customer service. These guys and girls go out of their way to keep you and your car safe and maintained well. I'm ASE certified P2/C1 and twenty plus years in the automotive business. These folks are rocking it.
