I would just like to shout out to Tony, our sales representative for our new 2024 GTX170 sea doo we purchased. Tony was incredibly patient through the many questions over a month or so of decision making on our purchase. Through every question he was very knowledgeable of the machines, and friendly. Thank you! for getting us a awesome deal.. and great customer service. Sales men like Tony are the true leading aspect of a successful business. Guys needed more coffee apparently but other than that no serious complaints. You park in the gravel spot and they come to you, unload the trailer and sign paperwork. Appointment was at 8:00 AM and we were done a little after 9:00 AM

I just recently purchased a 2024 Sportsman SP 1000 from Tony. I thought he was professional in handling the sell and was very knowledgeable on the ATV. The purchase process was fast at the shop and I was in and out in 20 minutes, which was great as I had a 6 hour round trip from Kansas City.Good people with good prices!Thanks again Tony!

Great dealership and people we bought 2 new Can Am UTV's from them. Both machines were ordered and came in approximately when they said they would. The ordered price came in slightly lower than they quoted me. I had tried to deal with several local dealers in KC and quickly became frustrated. I was referred to them by a friend who bought 2 PWC's from them and was pleased. I had a problem with one of the machines shifting correctly. Misti in service was able to get with Can Am on a recall they had, and resolve the issue. Well worth the 6 hour commute to and from the dealership. Top shelf treatment with reasonable prices.

Cheryl was very knowledgeable about all the different companies that the Yacht Club Powersports carries. She listened and helped us purchase the perfect UTV for us and our needs. She also helped us customize it with the extra accessories we were wanting. With the rebate we were able to stay within budget and get our first choice, a Polaris Ranger. Thank you Cheryl for making the whole experience a great one. We highly recommend Cheryl and Yacht Club Powersports. Great people, great inventory, and a great experience.

Wow, what can I say!! Their employees are fantastic!! Worked with Matthew to get an awesome deal on a Seadoo, so good that I drove 4 hours just to purchase it from this dealership!! I had issues with getting there and the entire place went above and beyond to get me taken care of!!! Can t believe the service they provided, especially these days when people usually suck!! Don t hesitate to give them your business!! They sure have mine!!

Absolutely terrible service. We bought a $40,000 Can Am and There is a raw Gas leak and still isn t fixed. We have called to inquire about leak and this is 2nd time taking it for the hour drive there. Customer svc is the worst ever. It s been there over a week and they did nothing. Ordered parts they were put on incorrectly. Not one person has called to touch base with us.and the manager s mailbox is full and is never around.

Advertising a unit at $9,999 and then once you re ready to purchase telling you it s $11,843 isn t good business. Just be real with people, turned me off from wanting to purchase anything from them at all. I hate being lead to believe something and then have it all change. Nice enough folks, but just be real.

I wish I could rate this a -10 stars, because this place is a joke!!We purchased two fourwheelers for our boys last Spring from here (Yacht Club Powersports). At the time, the sale went well and smooth. We were told the brand we were purchasing was great and they have never had any problems with them, nor had any of them in the shop.Fast forward one year, We took them both in for routine maintenance, oil changes, etc.My youngest boy s fourwheeler was running fine, but my older boy s was having some clutch issues. I told them what I wanted done, maintenance wise, and that the clutch on the bigger one needed looked at, and explained what it was doing. They reassured me they would be done in a week or so.A month later, they finally called and said they needed to replace the carburetor on the smaller one! The one that was running fine, and went in only for an oil change!So I argued that, and then they said the bigger one needed a carburetor, too.By the time they were done replacing what their HEAD/MAIN mechanic said they needed, our invoice was over $500.We went to pick them up - brought them home, and the bigger one was STILL DOING THE SAME THING. We were charged for the labor of them checking out the clutch but said it was fine - running great.It was NOT!I called back and they haven t returned my calls. After this experience, I would not let these guys work on my pedal bike. I would not recommend this place unless you want to throw away your money!

I went in to buy a dirt bike for my daughter. We were treated nicely and the salesperson took the time to explain the bike. We left with a price and I found the same model bike 2 years newer for $50 more in Jeff City. I called back to explain the situation (I like to buy local for service reasons). The salesperson said that he would talk to his manager, see what they could do, and call me back... .Unfortunately, that's were it ended with no follow up call. Not a good way to conduct business and I cannot recommend this dealership due to lack of customer service. Maybe the price they gave me was the best they could do, but at least do what you say you are gonna do and call a customer back. Communication is key to a successful business. I also realize that the bike I was buying does not have a lot of markup and that we weren't spending a ton of money but, we still deserve a call back. Thanks and we will buy from JC (not only did they call me back, but they offered several more bikes to choose from. Please call your customers back if you say will. My daughters first bike is a big to deal to both her and me. Have a blessed day.

My buying experience was great. Not sure I got the best price, but I wanted to get priority in future servicing visits. Well, it's been a little bit good early on, however, I've been waiting on my ski for 3 weeks and I still do not have it back. I can't fathom that it could take an entire month to change the oil and plugs. Not sure I will return for service in the future.

Will be picking up 2 new Seadoos and a trailer this Saturday so far the process has been pretty good. We will see how it goes after they get my money. I will be writing a review on the after sale support after I get them.
