Honest with pricing, availability and services performed.Or air conditioner was repaired, another car wheel bearings, tires. Love the service.

The staff at Purcell are awesome. I had a blowout at five in the morning due to being overdue for new tires about a lot about a mile away from their shop. I was able to get the tire changed & dropped my vehicle off at 6:45 AM using their early bird dropbox. I called them at 7:05 AM and luckily they were able to work me in to their schedule and they installed four new tires on my truck! I ve used them for the last 3 years because I appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and honesty when providing service!

New to the area and had an unexpected issue with my car and decided to try Purcell. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. The entire experience was great (and I absolutely hate dealing with/waiting on car maintenance stuff). Quick service. Super friendly employees. Purcell is my new go-to for regular maintenance. Unbelievable service! We got a flat hours before we left to the airport and they got us in, repaired the flat, and our in 20 minutes AND only charged $ 26! I wish we lived here, we would utilize them for all of our car needs.

I made an appointment and the car was taken in on time. Waiting area was clean and well lit and water and coffee were available. My only complaint was that it took 2 hours to install 4 tires otherwise this would be a 5 star rating.

Not only was my appointment confirmed by Purcell but they saw it on their schedule and knew that our tires hadn't arrived yet and did not call to let us know. We are not local and drove to Osage Beach just to turn around and go back home. We still have not received a call letting us know if our tires are in and have not received a reschedule, all services have been paid for already.Update: The manager called and explained that our tires were there the whole time. He was very apologetic and wanted to make it right. He offered to pay for our gas and offered vouchers for a free oil change.Once there, the service on my car went smoothly. I have no complaints on the performance of the tech that put our new tires on.

I was sooo pleasantly surprised for their spur of the minute help repairing my extremely low tire. The mechanic even took me to work while they fixed it. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I'd love to give this business 10 stars if I could!!

I received great service from Purcell Tire. The tires are a good quality for a good price. Most importantly the staff is really nice and they work fast and efficiently. I was there just a little over an hour. Thanks!

Great customer service in as much of a timely manner as could be considering circumstances of my car. They even went out of their way to drive miles to get a part for my car when it didn t come in. Kept me informed and helped when needed considering we were there on vacation. Awesome job guys! Highly recommend!

Was told to make an appointment to mount my tires x so I did, no big deal. I had an apt for 11am. Dropped my car off before work, get a call around 2:30 stating my car is done. I show up and my car is t done which is t a big deal until the dreadful wait.. I waited there until 5:30. Wasted a good portion of my work day just sitting there. What s the point in making an appointment if you are going to do it when ever they can fit it in? I ve spoke with others about it only to hear similar stories. Please, bring your car to another place.

Mike took great care of us today when we needed an alignment on short notice. Great service! The lady answering the phone was also wonderful. She said if we could come right away they could get the alignment done. The mechanic found a very small problem with the front end and came and told us. We re going back next week to get it done. He said you can drive it like it is but it should be fixed. Very impressive! Thank you!

I came from out of town for a girls weekend. I had car issues on Friday afternoon. Jay took my call when I called in a panic. He was very accommodating and even though the shop was busier with business than usual, because of my circumstances he took the time to diagnose my issue with my vehicle. Very thankful that I called the right place to help me get the issue addressed. Although it wasn t an ideal circumstance and I wasn t able to wait around to get my vehicle fixed there because I live almost 5 hours away, Jay was on standby and willing to do what he could to get parts and do his best to get my car fixed ASAP.Thanks so much for the assistance 100x over!

After being at another shop who requested I get my alignment checked. I went straight over to these guys who got me in super fast. The mechanic took my concerns seriously and found problems no other shop had found before. Highly recommend!

I was in town visiting family and had a warning light come up on my drive there. Purcell's was able to get my car in right away, got it checked out and fixed quickly for a reasonable price. My drive home was worry free thanks to them! My parents are regular customers and I can definitely see why. Can't thank them enough!

The best experience that I have ever had in the auto industry. Luke, Austin, and team were great to work with. From scheduling the appointment, to advising on the tires that best suited my needs. The Purcell Tire in Osage Beach went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. They have earned a repeat customer, and I would definitely recommend to all in the area.

It was pretty good service but slow. It has been twice now that I came in for just an oil change and waited for an hour for my car to get done. The thing is that there weren't many other people there and I had an appointment so I was left wondering what 5he problem was.

WOW I SEEN ALL OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ALTHOUGH I JUST SEEN A LADY PAY OVER EIGHTY FIVE DOLLARS FOR 4 AND ONE HALF SYNTHETIC QUARTS AND A FILTER THEN THEY CHARGED HER THREE PER CENT TO USE HER CREDIT CARD.

From the moment I walked in , I was greeted with a warm smile. The gal at the front desk listened to my issues and needs and found us an appointment in a short period of time . I told her we were on a road trip and we were able to have a nice conversation . She was extremely personable and asked the right questions for our tires needs. They were able to get the job done in record time . Such amazing service and great pricing . They were honest and we would go back again . You have our business for life !! Go here for great service and a great deal!

I am pleased with the work that was done on my truck. I have used Purcell in Osage Beach for several years and for all of our vehicles(4) and have always been pleased. I called to schedule my truck for service, dropped it off, received the call that it was ready for pick up and when I walked in to pay was informed of a new policy that they charged 3.5% additional charge if you pay with a credit card. I don t walk around with $800 in cash and nobody said anything during any of the previous interactions. If you want to impose an extra charge, that is your right asa business owner, I am not upset about that but you had several opportunities to let me know about your new policy. I was told that the policy went into effect only 2 weeks ago so it wasn t like the policy was 6 months old and I hadn t been in during that time. The additional $25 charge was quite annoying since it was sprung on me after the work was done and I had no choice but to pay it. I was told that if I had cash or a check that I could avoid it - seriously $800 in cash or a check .. not a good execution on a new policy, very disappointing.

I have been a customer of Purcell in Osage Beach since their doors opened many many years ago. I trust all of their work and will not take my cars anywhere else. They fix what is needed and do not try to upsell or find other problems.They live up to what every shop needs to be like in just making sure that you are safe on the road!

Great job. We were traveling and picked up a screw in our tread slow leak. Very quick fix by Purcell and we were back in road. Thanks!Second visit for an oil change 2/19/22. Got us in and out on very short notice. Thanks again.

Excellent service! Good pricing also. I needed tires on my trailer and only in town for a couple days. They ordered the tires and installed them the next morning. Highly recommend this place!

Love this place! Quick and easy! I always make an apt and they get me in and out! Staff is great! Steve is an amazing mechanic and always comes and chats with me when I come in. It makes you feel good when they remember your face and name! Thanks for always taking care of me and doing such a great job on my car

We had a bad tire the morning we were headed home and had a 3 hr drive ahead of us. We were in and out in less than an hour with a patched tire. Very much appreciate the quick, friendly service!

Our battery died while driving our son to College move-in day . Purcell Tire was there to give us a jump and replace our battery in 20 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. Purcell Tire turned our bad morning into a good one!!!! Highly Recommend!!!!

I needed a brake inspection very quickly because they just went completely out. Purcell got me in, inspected and fixed within an hour of walking in. They gave me a detailed report if what was wrong and fixed and what still needed to be fixed soon. I was very pleased with their service.

They work hard to accommodate your schedule.Jay and his staff have always done me right on my company vehicles and personal vehicles. Jay has really made this place a ton better to do business with. Wasn't told how much mounting and balancing 4 tires/wheels would be when I made the appointment. After it was done it cost me $126. Pretty dang high price tag for a 45 minute job. Service was good, though.
