Large purchases take a lot of time. I appreciated how Zach hung with us for several months. Communication was superb. Captain Chad was so good on the demo. Title work was easy and fast. All around they nailed it. Can t wait to put the 287 SSX on the water!

Worked with Trevor on getting a boat and couldn't have been more satisfied with his communication and service. Never felt pushed, ways kept me updated on what was going on and he and his team made it a very smooth and easy process. Purched a new 297 in spring of 2020 with a 5 year extended warranty. Engine had a complete failure at 12 hours an was replaced under warranty. At 139 hours spring 2023 the boat had a complete engine failure again. Brunswick who has the extended warranty refused to replace the engine. $26,000 out of my pocket. Premier 54 could do nothing to make their warranty good. Why would you buy here?

My experience with Premier 54 has been outstanding. I bought my boat and had a wonderful experience. Service was outstanding. Most recently my boat needed repairs and Josh, Aubrey, and Drew did made sure I was back up and running before a big family event at the lake. They serviced my boat right at the dock and went the extra mile to get the family back on the water. I highly recommend Premier 54.

Absolutely the best people to deal with starting with Trevor in sales. Purchased a 23 foot Chaparral back in May 2019 and had the best experience from start to finish and the follow up questions I had with my Trevor. When we picked up the boat Chad spend over and hour guide me through everything and now just had my first experience with service July 2019 and couldn't believe how great everyone was starting with Wally and Aubrey and then the service tech Josh. I would definitely do business with them again. A +++++++

We bought a brand new Chapparal H20 sport boat from them this past year. They went above and beyond to help us find the right boat at the right price for our family. Even had it ready as promised for the Memorial Day Weekend and has since checked on us to make sure we were well pleased with our new boat. The entire staff at Premier 54 is very knowledgeable, friendly, and has great customer service and follow up skills. Give them a chance to find the right boat for you. You won't be disappointed. We purchased a 2019 Chaparral 21ft H2O sport from the Branson West store. The whole process was painless and we have a beautiful boat. Taurean, Captain Scott and Rich were very helpful through the whole process and Captain Scott walked us through the operation while doing the lake test and made sure we were comfortable with all the concerns we had. There were several deal breakers for us and most other brands of boats we looked at could not cover them all. Captain Scott assured us this boat would and he was right. We are satisfied with this boat meeting all of our needs and wants in the price range we were comfortable with. Looking forward to many years of fun on the lake and when their new service center opens they will have us as a customer for those times we will need service.Thanks to Taurean, Captain Scott and Rich.

My family bought a brand new zero hour chapparal 243 vrx vortex from them a little over a year and a half ago and had nothing but problems since. Identifying the issue was a royal pain(due to it being an engine electrical issue) and i had almost given up hope that they were even trying to remedy the issue after about 1.5 seasons and a few sets of batteries and multiple feelings being heard. Eventually they sent the boat off to their main dealer mechanics, who not only identified and fixed the issue, they replaced and upgraded the original touch screen that had developed bubbles as well as updated the software that it came with. I ran a solid gas tank through the boat and have absolutely no complaint, its a speed demon. Not the easiest dilemma but these guys went above and beyond.

When you spend upwards of $70,000 on a brand new boat, you would expect it to work properly. Not everything is perfect and if something isn't quite right, no big deal - the dealership has got my back. With 54 Motor Sports, you would be totally WRONG!! We have had an identified issue with a BRAND NEW jet-boat and the team at 54 Motor Sports has not done what they need to do to fix it or make it right. Being from out of town, we have yet to have a trip to the lake where we can use the brand new boat purchased over a year ago. We've been told 5 times now that the issue has been fixed. Within a few minutes of firing it up, we have realized nothing has changed. Think about what will happen if a problem arrives when purchasing from a reseller.

Very disappointed with service, was told a cost of$900 .00 for Repair that was needed, after having the Boat for over Three weeks and was told Boat is ready but it still Needs more repairs ( $1,500.00 addition ) if you Like the Boat to idle and start all the time.Picked up Boat with a charge of over $1,000.00 and took to different Marina to complete the service.Don t recommend having Service here !!!!

Customer service is appalling at its best. Haven't seen worse business practices since Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC. Stay away if you plan to keep your boat for more than a day and if you do buy anything from them don't expect any piece of mind or honesty.

Had a great time talking to the sales staff at Pier 54 Motorsports ..... quite knowledgeable and was easy to talk to without feeling the pressure of having to buy. I would highly recommend them easy to deal with without any pressure thanks so much

Classic "Bait and Switch"!! Quoted a price on a 23' Boat and then said that the price was really for the 18' model. There are other more reputable dealers out there.
