Performance Boat Center saved my day! I had a new to me boat delivered to the Lake at the public ramp. Unfortunately, one of the drives was stuck in the trailer mode and wouldn't go down. Tony, the service manager sent Carter down to the dock to check it out. It needed to be pulled out of the water. They quickly located a trailer and loaded it. While I was in the office filling out the paperwork, Carter had the drive freed up and working. It was fixed and splashed in no time. Both men were extremely gracious and helpful during this stressful situation. I couldn't be more thankful to be back on the water with my new boat. I am eternally grateful for their quick response and problem solving skills!

We came from Wisconsin for a weeks vacation, Tony and the performace crew we're super kind and welcoming! We also really enjoyed our stay at the Redhead condo, could not have asked for a more awesome place to stay! Great location, great amenities! Thanks again!

I recently purchased a Fountain at PBC and the experience was amazing! The professionalism and customer service that Rusty, Brett, Jordan and Justice provided was top notch. Not only do they know boats, but they go way above and beyond to be helpful. I look forward to being a long term customer with these folks.

I purchased a 2004 boat from this outfit in 2020. I didn't receive the boat until 2021 , and had every problem in the world. Lighting , exhaust gaskets, heating, impeller, ..and more.. To make matters worse they promised both motors were fully rebuilt , not true. Invoice attached. Hence the reason for the delay. One motor is missing a mercury ID tag on the block, rust is everywhere and I mean everywhere, the motors appear to be swapped as they are manufactured in mid 90s. I emailed the seller, the dealership and their attitudes are unethical. Stay clear ( in bold ) stay clear of Owner Mark, Co owner Brett, and the entire team Performance boat center. Refused to get on the phone and speak with me. What a horrible General Manager.In my opinion these folks ripped the bank, and me off. I asked over and over to make this deal right, they declined. I asked for reimbursement they declinedSave yourself heartache and shop for a boat with a legit company.

Great team of ppl working here, from boat repairs, boat storage, gas dock and splashing your boat. I ve been storing my boats there for 7-8 years now and never had one issue, justice and his team are on top of their game ! Highly recommend

We used Performance Boat Center to pull our 2012 Cigarette 39 Top Fish out of the water, put boat up on blocks for bow thruster install, and launch it back into the water and it was the smoothest process. Everyone we worked with was very accommodating and we would use Performance again in a heartbeat!

I purchased a tritoon from this dealership a little more than a year ago. The sales process was for the most part painless. To be honest, I never really felt like the dealership was interested in my business for The type of boat I purchased. They are clearly more centered on the performance boat customer. That being said they sold me a boat and I assume they would want to continue a relationship with their customer. I have been trying since last October to have some electronics installed on my boat and have not been able to have it done at the dealership. Long waits for service, lack of follow up from Justice the service manager and breaking commitments and appointments are all too common.I had an appointment scheduled for later this week, he emails me and tells me he has to prioritize other customers over me.It s not my fault that you may be short staffed or overwhelmed by workload. You made a commitment to do the install, I had a firm appointment again, and it gets canceled at the last minute.Below is the reply from Justice, the service manager when I told him that it was obvious that they didn t value my business. Needless to say I won t purchase my next boat from performance nor will they be my choice for service moving forward.Not customer focused at all!EMAIL REPLYBob,Take it somewhere else then. We are busier than ever and short staffed. We are doing everything we can. Your boat runs and is usable. I ve been hesitant to leave a review but feel that I should after the way I was treated. I drove an 8 hour round trip to look at a boat on a Friday afternoon and had been working with Glenn Labor, one of the sales guys. We test drove the boat and agreed to purchase it that day. Payment was sent the next business day and we were told the boat would be delivered in 10 days. Long story short.. the boat was delivered about 5 weeks after that. Glenn dropped the ball on a number of things and often times wouldn t even return my calls/emails. I get a call one day from a delivery driver and he told me he was an hour out. I had to drop everything and go meet him at the lake. When the boat finally showed up it had fresh scratches on the side and water marks like it had been sitting in the water for some time without bumpers. I was also told the boat would be cleaned and it was not clean in the slightest. My overall experience was bad. I don t think this in entirely on PBC but for sure one of their sales guys. I think they need to hire someone who will actually give you the time of day.

My experience with PBC where I bought, stored and serviced our offshore performance boat was awesome! From sales specialist Jason Taylor through to the shop for maintenance - I found everyone honest, caring and fair in all our dealings If I could have left the boat in the care of PBC in Osage Beach I absolutely would have! Accessibly for more frequent use was the determining factor to ship it north. Thanks to Jason, Justice, Chad and team for being so customer oriented and providing us such great value, advice and service. Michael Prittie, Ottawa, Canada.

Called to inquire about a boat they had listed for sale online. Had a horrible encounter with Glenn. He was extremely rude and sarcastic when I was asking basic info about a boat. I will never purchase a boat from someone not interested in selling a boat and will for sure not be recommending them in the future!!!

These Guys Suck I drove 500 Miles to buy a 38 Ft Fountain got there talk to Glenn Labor was the sale guy told him I was in town and would be there in two hours to look at the boat and buy it he said no problem I will see you then. I go there and they sold the boat right under me. I will never go back to Performance Boat Center again they lies and I would never trust them.

I pulled my 40' advantage 9 hours to performance boat Center so Jason could sell it for me over the summer .... I was told that my boat would be kept inside for storage. My boat did not sell so I went down there to pick up my boat to bring it back home for the winter and when I got down there I found out my boat sat outside all summer!!!I put my boat on a different website when I got home , a guy named mark called me a week later and said he tried to buy my boat down there at performance boat Center Jason told him there was a contract on the boat... there never was a contract on my boat !!!Don't deal with Jason he tries to push the more expensive boats he doesn't care about the guys that can't afford a half-million-dollar cigarette boat

Purchased a use powerboat form these guys and had a great experience, Jason help me trough the process of getting the boat all checked out and right down to the end with helping me with making sure the trailer was ready for the 700 mile trip home. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!!

Performance is above and beyond the best. Down for the fourth a busy weekend we had boat problems the did everything they could to help from tools to knowledge and ordering parts for us. Thank you and big shout out to Lance, Andy and Justice at performance Boat center lake ozarks. From Hot Tuna

Bought our boat there a few years back, always willing to help whether its service or parts etc...also have a boat ramp and in and out service and storage which can take a lot of the headache out of boating
