This is a wonderful company to do business with! They are very quick to get out and assess the issues and if nothing is needed, they are honest enough to tell you straight up. They saved me thousands of dollars, literally. I don t live in the Ozarks, I couldn t assess the issues that were brought to my attention on my home and they were honest enough to tell me, everything was fine! I m so grateful for this company!!

Terry and staff responded timely to my inquiry into new windows and answered all my questions as we moved through the process. I am extremely happy with how my new window and frame looks and the workmanship of the project.

DO NOT use this business!!!! I do not deny any business from making a profit however when I ask for an itemized list of prices for work to be completed and all I received is an overall price with no parts breakdown price some shady math is going on. A part that actually cost $1.25 an they charge $22.00 is disgraceful, a part that costs between $9.00 and $12.00 they are willing to charge $39.00 to $43.00, custom made sliding screens that can be purchased most anywhere for between $85.00 and $110.00 that they want $174.00 plus for. It took the better part of a month just to get a disjointed proposal that did not itemize the cost breakdown.It gets better, now they want half down in advance BEFORE they order the parts which I m sure will take another month and we still will have to set up a service date and time. Do your own homework, compare the price of the items you need repaired to their overly inflated price schedule. AVOID this business and keep YOUR hard earned money They will eventually be consumed by their own greed

Run from this place. Facts are facts: Terry, Mike, and Tara will take your deposit money then not return your phone calls for a month. They will tell that you are on the schedule, but they will not tell you when. When you do get a hold of them, they will then apologize and then not show up ever. When you just want your deposit back (because they will not once show up and will not return your phone calls), they will still not call you back. Then you will need to lawyer up. Still don't have my money back, still no show, still no call backs....

I asked for them to come out to remove some glass that was just too big to handle as a DIY project. They did a great job and were quick about it. Their prices were very reasonable and you wouldn't have even known they were there if it wasn't for the fact that they removed an eyesore! I highly recommend.

Needed quick service on seven floor to ceiling windows. Osage Beach Glass was lowest of three bids. On Wednesday afternoon we asked how soon he could get the job done. He didn't promise, but said he would try to get it done by the end of the week. The glass was ordered in and he completed the job on Friday afternoon. We are extremely pleased with the price and service we got from Osage Beach Glass.

Was told to go buy new fish tank instead of giving me a price if your glass cost more than a whole fish tank then I m amazed that you have a company still sad sad day for humanity when the owner of a business says this to a customer from one business owner to another I would have offered to install it for my customer but that s you but I am in construction and will drive to Alaska for glass in the future before I give you a dime of my money

I had a window falling apart and they came out same day and created a cheap fix to buy me time to get a new window ordered for install. I ll definitely call them again.
