David, Jill, and Devon are an absolute dream team. They won t bring you in unless they are certain you can leave with a car.Their inventory is excellent. Even some of the units with higher mileage are superb. You just can t go wrong with Licas.

I have had the pleasure in doing a lot of business with this company! When I did not have money and could barely make ends meet, Licas was there and was very generous working with me to get me into a vehicle! I ve bought close to ten vehicles from this business! Every car I ve bought from this company was very dependable and they were very good at communicating and working with me! When something would happen or something needed fixed they saved me alot of time and money with their 50/50 warranty! Probably have saved 1000 s on parts alone! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a car! Weather your struggling to make ends meet or just looking to get a good deal on a car! This is just a few of the many cars I ve purchased and I have been very happy with them all!

Matt was phenomenal. He went above and beyond in getting my son into a safe and reliable vehicle. Plus he looks cool in it! Literally can not express my gratitude enough. I will be back for future purchases and will be recommending LICAS any opportunity I get.

Was told they'd put me in something for a couple payments to build trust then would be put in something nicer for me and my 3 kids. Instead they put me in the trashiest trailblazer no speakers dents all around it with no heat or AC. I tried to reach out so they could keep there word and put me in something nicer. Instead they sold my note and ignore all my forms of contact. So watch out!. Edit! They sure are trying to fix it now!!!

High Exposure for auto sales, conveniently located at 3605 Osage Beach Parkway,Osage Beach,Mo.Good selection of used cars, good variety of vehicles they have for sale. They also consign vehicles as well.My father recently decided to have Matt at Licas consign a vehicle for him a really cute 2007 Mini Cooper, 1 owner car, well maintained, great price $$$$. They have this car along with many other vehicles, trucks, vans and etc...Matt has been nice & curtious, willing to work with you to get the best outcome for you !

I bought a vehicle from Licas Autosales Osage Beach...In the few short months I have owned it, I have had to replace so many parts. I suggest you steer clear of their sales! Some items replaced, but not all.... the actuator door (over 300.00), struts and shocks (765.00), battery (138.00).... still in need of a wire harness to get the after market radio hooked up, which should have been done..... there are other minor but costly parts still needed... but I have to stop... get caught up financially... then continue on replacing parts that the shady dealer should have been responsible for... be leery of the term "as is" when dealing with Licas

I had just lost totaled my first car after a deer accident , Licas was the only place who would lease me a vehicle with no credit history and with only a small down payment, the car is expensive but im learning a lot about responsibility and how to be an adult so this amazing that he leased it to me when I was at my lowest point and when the other dealers refused to help me , I m very grateful thank you Matt for working with me

David was a fantastic salesman, quick, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended the guys and gals at Licas Auto!!The car lasted 30 days. Ended up having a bad xfer case and a blown head gasket. Unable to ever reach the company. Very disappointing, went from a great sale to a bad one.

Matt made it possible for me to get into a car that I absolutely love. Without him I would not be able to get into a reliable car without more money down than I could afford. Boss is a douche. They overprice their vehicles and don't know when their is issues with them had to tell them there was no coolant in reservoir. They lie telling you that you can pay $400 down then when you get there the boss will say no it's 800 now and the things you where told to provide aren't enough even though we told them to be sure before we showed up because we had no ride back. Stay far away from this dumpster fire. Fyi we ran into a bunch of other people not far down the road that said they were trash and got screwed over by them. If I could give negative stars I would

This company takes advantage of its customers. My step son purchased an Auto there. I ended up having to spend $1400.00 to replace entire bake system. Rotors, Pads etc. He signed a loan agreement with them for payments monthly. He went to them to request paying every two weeks, said it was OK. They just kept adding on additional charges and late fees he could not afford forcing him to turn the car back over to them. Stay away from these folks.

I just bought a car from here not to long ago and let me tell you what, I was driving down the road and my front tire came off! Suddenly a raccoon jumped out from underneath the seats and fix it. It was a close call no thanks to you guys. Thankfully that random raccoon was there to save my life. DONT BUY THERE CARS!

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with LICAS! Honestly, the best dealership I ve ever worked with. They are all very professional, extremely helpful and just pleasant all around. I worked mostly with Matt, Jill , and David- and I couldn t say enough kind things. Oh, and I love the car!

This car dealership was hands down one of the best I've worked with! I love my car so much! They had decent prices and easy payment plans that fit my needs! Any issue i had with my car was quickly addressed! I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone

Bought a car from this place and the engine stopped working about a week later. The idiots didn t even put oil in the car it was basically bone dry and then screwed me over when I tried to take it back to them

Not real happy with this Car Dealer he sold my wife a car 2 months ago at almost blue book value with a cracked intake manifold, and a blown head gasket. The mechanic who works on all my cars, said buying from here was a bad mistake anyways. That it looked like someone did a quick fix just to sell it, and didn't even do the proper repair when replacing the head gasket the first time, just to get it off the lot. Not cool. $884.21 later lesson learned.

I'm going to do everything I can to get this place shut down they sell cars without inspection. They sold me a car that the timing chain went out the fuel pump was out when I bought it. My mom bought a car from them about 2 months ago and it cought on fire this morning. You need to be shut down.

Absolutely the worst place that I've ever bought a car from. We paid $5,000 cash for a car that didn't even make it home before the transmission and the steering column went out. Called the dealership and explain our situation they hung up on us multiple times refusing to answer the phone. They are not willing to work with us. They are absolutely the most dishonest company I've ever came across. If you value your money I would run as far away from that place as I could. They take no responsibility whatsoever.

Very nice people to work with and I got a really decent car for a good price. They worked with me on my down payment and got me under where I needed to be on payments. I would definitely buy from them again and reccomend them to others!

Horrible place, it's a joke and I don't recommend you ever get a vehicle here. He told me a lot of things when I bought my truck and got it financed. Like how he would pay half of the repairs cost. Well I took my truck back to him to get the breaks fixed and they where never even fixed lol. His ("shop") driveway didn't even attempt to do it right. So I just got it fixed by a real mechanic. Then I had other issues as well but he refused to split the bill 50/50 because I didn't let him fix it in the driveway lol. So now I'm out another $500. Hey the guy did offer me a discount on parts so we can give him that one! Just a joke of a place don't make the same mistake I did and countless others did and find a real dealership that cares.

First of all you might destroy your car on the potholes when you pull in and don t even try because there is no where to park. I went and checked out a truck they put in a Facebook ad. Coming from someone who wants to one day open my own dealership I was completely unimpressed with what I experienced. I noticed in the pictures the mirrors on the truck looked splatter painted so I sent a message asking about it, and he opened with no response. Should ve been my first red flag. They didn t have any pictures of the interior because someone splatter painted all the interior pieces with baby blue paint (looked terrible) head unit was just sitting in the dash completely sideways not even mounted. Something they could ve easily fixed if they actually have took pride in their vehicles. They also didn t take pictures of the other side of the truck because the chrome rims were in absolutely terrible condition! And the paint was all scratched up on that side. Also had bald tires and the bumper looked like the told their 6 year old to paint it with a paint brush.Oh and the biggest surprise of them all was they stated it had an automatic transmission in the ad and it was a manual. I m wondering if they even take a look inside the vehicles they sell. The owners obviously just do not care one bit about customer service and they do not take pride in what they do.
