If you use this business be sure to check over your vehicle before you drive away. They have no customer service. Terrible job on a detail that I didn t notice until I pulled away in the sun. I called and was told to bring my car in & they d take care of it. I was never told I had a time limit. When I took my car back I was told it had been too long. I explained I had pictures. The cashier went to speak with management and came back and said they couldn t do anything. The manager never came out to personally speak with me. I wasn t expecting a complete wash and detail for nothing but I expected the parts not cleaned to be redone. These pictures were taken 10 minutes after I paid for a detail.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

This is a great place to get and wash or have your vehicle cleaned and detailed. I highly recommend their services.

I have no complaints as far as my oil changes. I have had them do mine for the last two year. Generally I am pleased with them. However, I payed to have my car cleaned out. There where areas that didn't get vacuumed or wiped down. Very disappointed

I was told specifically that my fluids had been filled when in fact they'd not been. My power steering had gone out after my oil change and my dad refilled all my fluids. The cap to my windshield wiper fluid was even open. I'm telling y'all this even though y'all already know, because of the fact that Kwik Kar can in fact be bought. Sad but true. I'm here to tell, as you know.Update: I called to complain about my experience, and the manager made things right by refunding my money. Although I will not be a customer there in the future, I appreciate his doing the right and fair thing and I just wanted to add this fact to my review. I upgraded my star rating as well.

Not worth the 30 i spent. If you just have dust on your vehicle its good. No power undercarriage wash. Still had ice and dirt in truck.

This was a super,clean place. Got the $59 and boy did I get my monies worth. However, I canceled the $59 package and went w/the $27 package. BUT when my husband went an employee there, he said "cash or credit" and Jerry expected a free wash and was charged $10. WHAT????

Well, time before last oil change they left oil pan dust cover hanging down, bolts missing, I had to fix it myself, on 12-5-23 I had oil changed and new wipers installed, wipers left terrible streaks so I took it back today to find I had been charged 34bucks but the old wipers were never replaced. The guy replaced them today but those extra trips are a pain, I'll get my service elsewhere. This review was supposed to be for Camdenton location

Stopped in to get my windows tinted. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. They did a great job. Definitely reccomend stopping In if you need tint, oil change, detailing for your vehicle or boat!

Arrived a little before 7am. They had my vehicle in the oil change bay within minutes of opening. Oil change was done in about 15-20 minutes. Kind and friendly staff. Price for an oil change is a little high, but it beats having to drop vehicle off at a mechanic shop.The car wash that is included with the oil change did as well as any standard car wash. They do go the extra mile and spray the vehicle down prior to entering the wash. Overall, good experience.

Everyone is always friendly and ready to help with whatever you need! We purchased a monthly car wash program and absolutely love it along with the discounts on oil changes and detail cleaning and more. Had my oil changed for the 1st time the other day and they were awesome!! Thank you Kwik Car in Osage Beach!!

I usually am not one to leave a review but I would hate for someone else to spend their money in an establishment like this. Their prices go up but their services go down. I have had my paint peeled off my car, my side mirror backing come off, and my oil cap was forgotten to be put back on all at Osage beach kwik kar. To top it all off they never apologize and act like they did nothing. I hear horror stories after horror stories of things happening to people cars here and I feel lucky that my three horrible experiences weren't even as bad as the ones I have heard. Be careful using kwik kar!!

As far as I m aware, if a business states that they are open until 7, on the website, or the phone line, then the business should be open until 7, I shouldn t get there at 6:30, 3:30, or anytime, and find out that it s closed. If you say you re offering services until 7 you need to do that, especially considering people can plan entire days around something and you closing 30 minutes down can just wipe all of that out. On top of that the last time I came here they forgot to reset my oil gauge, and literally didn t perform half of the services I paid for.

I come here every few months to get my oil changed, they do a very great job, I m in and out within 30 minutes! They always do check overs on my vehicles and let me know if something is wrong! I will provide two separate reviews, one for interior cleaning & another one for oil change.This one is for interior detailing which I was really impressed with. My car was a mess & pretty much a trash bin on wheels. The guys & girls at Kwik Kar shined every inch & the car was smelling better than new. I couldn t believe it was the same car that I brought in. Definitely 5 starts for this service.I will definitely go here for detailing work again & recommend others too.Having said that my oil change experience wasn t equally pleasant. This has happened the second time in 2 months where the sticker they put on the windshield after oil change is only market for 2K miles even for synthetic and semi synthetic. This is disingenuous. The first time I pointed out & they corrected it. The second time, just a week ago, they changed oil on my car with semi & only put a 2K miles sticker on it, of which I have already driven 1k. My car however shows oil life as almost 90%. Which means I am not going back for another oil change at the end of 2K.These records show up on car fax & it s not a good look if I don t change oil as (falsely) recommended.One time can be honest mistake, it s almost every time now.

The cup holders were not cleaned, there was still hair and lint on the upholstery and the glass was still smudged. They did a great job on the floor mats. It s very hit or miss with this place.

I have used Kwik Kar in Jefferson City for many years and switched to the Osage Beach location in the last several years due to moving. Last time was in October 2022. Detail was done and phone call was received to notify me. What I wasn't notified of was that my back hatch window had broke off during their detail. It wasn't until I had came to pick my car up over 4 hours after they called, that I was told of the damage...and only after I had paid the $200 bill for the detail. By that time on that Saturday nothing was opened for me to try to get it fixed. Now after having to take it to a repair shop to be fixed, and still not having my car back, I get a call from Kwik Kar that they'll only cover part of the back window replacement. They did not offer to cover a rental car, their staff has been rude and treated us as though we're to blame and I received no call from the management until today when he told me they were now only going to cover part of the repairs. The manager said they have in the past had a car damaged and didn't notify that owner either, so I know this isn't the 1st time they've handled these type situations poorly. Unfortunately I cannot in good conscience recommend this business and unfortunately will have to find a new detail shop...one that values my time, my money, and me!On a side note, the detail job was identified to them at the time of the damage to have been very poor, dust and dirt in many locations including cup holders, door jams and arm rests in 3rd row, windshield with oily over spray on the inside making visibility very poor, they had ripped off the hook that holds our new floor mats in place on passenger front side, and very musty wet smell from water saturated carpets that even the deodorizer I paid extra for could not mask. Carpets were so wet in 2nd row that we had to mop up water from the interior door jams edges. They did offer to let me bring my car back in for another detail once I get it back from the repairs that have taken 3 weeks, but I won't be doing that. I tried to call to schedule it and was treated very hateful by staff member who asked 'didn't they already do your detail?' And I asked for manager. She said he wasn't there and tfag I'd have to call back. Manager called me to tell me they weren't covering all the repairs and to let me know I was scheduled for another detail and told me the date and time! Seriously...I didn't make that appointment or even tell a date / time! Their staff member had refused to assist me, said I already had the detail done, lol.Services: Steam cleaning, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Went here to get a good scrub on my hood and windshield after traveling and having dust and bugs on my rig. DO NOT GO OF YOU HAVE A ROOF RACK! No one informed me until AFTER they took my money that they would not allow the big scrub wheel to go over my car. My hood,windshield, and back glass were still covered in dust and bugs after the wash because they held off the above scrubber. I would have been totally fine if they told me before hand they would do that! I would have simply said thanks and left, but they took my money, didn t really wash my car well, and when I pulled back around after asking they said they d give me a rag and spray and I could clean it myself not even offering a refund.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They didn't try to upsale me on anything such as oh you should get the fancy oil or your brakes need changed when you know they don't like some places do! Plus I got free car wash! I will definitely be returning!

Fast and professional. I bring my truck in for an oil change every several months. Very efficient and clean, and always friendly. They don't try to gouge you with unnecessary additions. They just keep you posted on your car's current events. Seems like I always get a weather related raincheck for the included car wash, which I forget to use. If wishes were fishes, there would be an electronic version that I could not misplace!

Jesse, Dean, Spencer and team are a refreshing reminder of true customer service in an era where it seems to be disappearing rapidly. Had our boat detailed and waxed by them recently. No one cleans a boat to the owner s standard - it s impossible. But what separates a good cleaning from a great cleaning is the customer service during and after the job.Good solid cleaning with an excellent wax on the hull. Great customer service when it came to small items not cleaned to our expectations. They were out early the next morning to remedy, and followed up with phone calls to ensure we were happy - with offers to return for any touch ups. Can t ask for more these days. Kudos to the Kwik Kar boat team.

Jesse went above and beyond to take care of an issue I had that as it turned out I had some culpability in to begin with. I highly recommend if you aren t happy with the service you reach out directly. I do believe they will try to do the best by their customers. Thank you again Jesse and I m sorry for my own roll in this misunderstanding.

Great service friendly people. Was In-N-Out pretty good.. oil change windshield wipers a bulb replaced.. love the service
