Great Service Experience from the Entire Staff at Kelly's Port. Rob and Troy were Extremely caring, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Kelly's Port is absolutely the place to buy new or used boats at Lake of the Ozarks. Thank you all for such a great Experience!

I've been coming to the lake with my dad since I was 4 years old and when he passed in May we were forced to sell the family property which left our boat homeless. Ryan & Kyle Kelly with Kelly's port extended some much needed kindness to my family during our time of grief, simply by caring about our situation. The boat is now safely stored at their facility which gives me time to rebuild our family traditions at the lake without worry. If you need a reliable place to store your boat by a family who actually cares, give Kelly's Port a shot. You won't be disappointed.

While I don't have direct experience with the staff and service of Kelly's Port location, I do have experience with them in the online world. The video's they do of the boats the offer are great and full of information about the models. Some of the staff, not going to name drop, are very active on line on different social media and forums helping others with the brands they sell. I can only imagine how helpful they are to their customers at their location when they will go out of their way to help fellow boaters with answers that are not actual customers. It speaks volumes of their brand. They are a true asset to the the boating world. Please keep up all that you do and the video's you produce. One day we will be making a trip to your neck of the woods just to get the Kelly's Port experience. Thanks again for all that you do and giving back to the boating world.

Well they did it again! Bought a Bennington pontoon boat at the end of last season that the wife really didn't want(she prefers bowriders) so I called Charlie Corbett ( the best boat salesmen on the lake ) and they brokered our toon and sold it in about a week. 1st class company all the way! We purchased 2 boats thru them the last few years and they have brokered our Monterey 328ss, our Regal 22 fasdeck, our Bennington 24sxsr, which probably took a total of mayve 45 days for all 3, one friends Formula, and one friends Monterey all in record times and Kyle and Paul and the crew have been nothing short of Awesome to buy and sell with and 1st class all the way!!!

Kyle Kelly brokered our boat for us last July and they did it for top dollar in only about a month and we ordered a new regal from them in January of 2021 and just took delivery Labor Day weekend and Charlie was the most awesome salesman ( I can be difficult at times) and Tonya did great handling our finance . Awesome team at Kelly's Port top to bottom with a great gas dock that we've always used!!!

I have purchased two used boats from Kelly's. One in 2017, and one in 2023. Both purchases were excellent experiences. Every employee is friendly, knowledgable, and honest. From sales to reception to finance to service. My most recent experience, I walked into the showroom and came face to face with Kyle Kelly. I told him exactly what I was looking for. Size, style, accessories, and price range. He didn't try to persuade me away from what I wanted. He simply went right to work in searching for what I wanted. In fact, he knew of a boat that wasn't even for sale yet but was about to be signed to Kelly's as a consignment boat. He and his employees went right to work to accelerate the sign over, allowed me to put down a deposit to reserve the boat, and set up a test drive. Every bit of my road to purchase was laid back, pressure free. I've twice worked with Rob Grosvenor, and both times have been A+ experiences. He works fast, is responsive, and he is honest. He gave an excellent orientation drive on delivery day. We ran into an issue with the generator dying, and the service people came out immediately and resolved the issue. Right there at the dock. I noticed the ladder was damaged too, and while we aren't certain when it happened...Kelly's took the blame and replaced the ladder no charge. They had to special order it, and they made a service call to my boat at my dock to replace the ladder. Top. Notch. Service. Also, the day after we took delivery Rob called us to see how the boat was doing, and if we needed any help with anything. Awesome service as always. I highly recommend Kelly's Port. For sales, service, and even their gas dock. Friendly, knowledgable, hard working staff all around.

My wife and I both grew up at the lake and now have a family home of our own there. We were in the market for a pontoon. Chad, Kyle, Ryan and all the staff at Kelly's port went above and beyond to make our experience effortless. We live out of state and had a boat to sell. They found a buyer, brokered the deal and got us into our new boat all in the same weekend. Incredible family and business.

Bennington 27Q Fastback Arch - Dual Mercury 300 is one heck of a boat. Love the twin 300s on the back along with the joystick and sky hook. Makes it one easy boat to dock and drive. Thanks Matt Doll for all your help along with Kyle Kelly. Great place to do business with again and the best place to purchase a boat on the lake!!!!!

Saved our vacation.We traveled to the Lake of the Ozarks for a softball tournament. We decided to come early and spend a week on the lake. Our boat on the first day developed a horrible misfire (JC evolution with a mercruiser 350 MAG). We have fought this problem throughout the years, normally a cap and rotor will fix it for a few hours of run time. We had placed a new cap and rotor on the boat for this trip. It has been to our local shop many times for this same problem.With the misfire worse than ever we need to find a service shop. We drive over to Kelly's in our truck and talk to service. They are extremely friendly. Overall just excellent to talk to. We explain the problem we are having. They say how busy they are and take our number. We completely understood that they would try to get us into service but that they were busy.Within an hour they called and told us to bring the boat to them. Once we arrived we were treated like family and long time customers. A shop foreman and mechanic immediately hopped on the boat and test drove it. They then had it apart in 30mins, searched all over to get the parts we needed.Parts were found and replaced. Parts that they showed us were bad that our local service had never checked. Re timed the motor and finished it around lunch.The boat runs better than it ever has. It is amazing how well it does now.Thank you for saving our vacation and working us into the busy schedule. If we need additional service or when we purchase our next boat, we will make the drive to Kelly's Port

I highly recommend Kelly s Port. I bought a boat recently from Charlie. Charlie answered questions, sent updates, and made the process easy. I live out of state, I was impressed with the attention to detail and the great communication. Since then, I ve made it to the lake monthly and with most used boats you may have some mechanical issues. I ve never missed a day of boating. If there was an issue the service department was quick to resolve it. Dennis in service is AMAZING. My boat does reside in their port and everyone that I come into contact with is professional and accommodating (dock hands and fuel dock ladies). The grounds are well kept and clean. They have made my boating experience enjoyable and I will continue to give them my business. Way to go Kelly s Port.

What an experience it has been having now purchased, gassed, docked, and serviced a used boat from the crew at Kelly's. By chance we stopped in one Sunday with our young kids late this season to see what ideas they had for us. We arrived unannounced without an appointment, not the way we had intended, but without hesitation Ryan Kelly popped out of his office to meet us and give us a quick tour of the facilities while his salesman Charlie freed up from a test drive. The rest is history as the entire team has become nothing less than a friend to our family. We immediately fell in love with the facilities and the community atmosphere. Charlie knew exactly what we needed because the second boat he showed us became our first family boat and there have been zero regrets. The team made room for us in the marina and assisted us every step of the way in finding not only the best deal on the lake on our boat but also a great lift at a better price, and made arrangements for us to be on a sales lift while we worked it out. Outstanding service before and after the sale! Of course I have had a lot of questions being a first time boat owner and not only has Charlie been there for us but Kyle Kelly ran over to meet us and help us dock one evening and was a great help in finding our lift. Another salesman Paul has also been helpful along the way. The young ladies that run the gas docks have been so helpful at helping us dock and fuel and will never hesitate to run over and help tie you down when they see you coming in. Tonya and Mark in F&I got us wrapped up in no time, the easiest purchase we have ever done on something with a title. The inevitable service issue popped up and Cody and the guys in parts and service had us fixed up and running smooth the same day! Listen up guys and gals, if you have the dream of being a boat owner and trying to persuade the spouse in that direction, take them to Kelly's Port Marina, it's a wrap after that, I speak from experience! Thanks again Kelly's team, looking forward to many more great memories!

I bought my first boat earlier this year from Kelly s Port. I ll be honest, I barely knew anything about what to look for, different styles, etc. when it came to boat shopping. I found a Crownline on their website that was in their marina dry storage for the winter. I went back up one day and they were able to move it to a lower level for me to take a look at. Taylor, my sales guy, was great from the very beginning. He educated me on different things and even pointed out the imperfections of the boat I inquired about. That alone showed me i could trust what he had to say and was pretty much sold on buying a boat from Kelly s Port. Taylor was always in constant contact with me and answered any questions I had. I truly do appreciate his time he spent with me.Troy did my financing for me and even answered one of my questions late at night when I thought I was in a pickle. He checked into it and gave me an update on the progress, assuring me it was still good and waiting on the state (something out of their control).I have visited the marina since the purchase, whether it be to grab a part or fill with gas, and the ones I have worked with have remembered me by name and gone out of their way to say hello.Overall, I am very pleased with my experience. Even though I bought one of the least expensive boats they were offering at the time, I still feel as if they treated me like I was buying the most expensive boat. I will be back for my next purchase when the time comes.

The engine on my boat overheated last weekend and likely needs a new impeller. I have guests coming in next weekend, so getting it serviced quickly was something I really needed. Kellys was great and said they would work my boat in so that it could be ready in time. I honestly did not think I would find someone who could meet that turnaround time, so I am extremely impressed. I will come back and update this for the workmanship once the repair has been completed, but right now, Kellys is standing out as an exceptional place to get your boat serviced.Update: repair was completed as promised. Great experience all around here and I highly recommend Kelly's.

We ordered and recently received a new Regal 2800 2022 from Kyle Kelly at Kelly's Port and we are HIGHLY impressed with the outstanding customer service we have received from start to finish. Kyle and his entire staff are NEVER pushy, always kind, patient, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient! We were walked through the entire process from start to finish and the KP staff gave us GREAT advice and guidance so everything went smoothly. They kept us informed every step of the way with WONDERFUL open lines of communication! The following staff members and their associates have become our friends thanks to their smiling faces and expertise: Kyle/sales and MORE, Charlie/on the water new boat orientation, Tonya/all paperwork and MORE, Cristy/graphic design and application of name, port, etc. and Leah/insurance. We LOVE our new boat and HIGHLY recommend both Kelly's Port and Regal Boats!! AAA+++ Tim and Julie :)

Stopped at Kellys Port to open a house account and fill up on gas. Love their dock girls!! Everyone is friendly and helpful. So easy to open a house account and again everyone in the office was friendly! We go out of our way to stop there just because of the friendliness and family feeling!

We purchased a used regal last fall, great sales team answered all our questions arranged to a test cruise, low pressure sales a great experience.They arranged for the boat to be stored in the indoor facilityUntil we could take delivery in the spring, while waiting for a dock to be completed we were able to have the boat put on the after several times so we could enjoy it prior to the summer season.Everyone from the sales team, office staff, service staff and the guys and girls on the dock are extremely helpful, courteous and pleasant, a truly great experience.Highly recommend you visit kellysport whenLooking for a boat or needing gas while on the water.

I would recommend Kelly s Port with no reservations. I bought a boat from them. I used the marina for my first season until I bought a condo with its own slip. I have all my servicing done by their service Dept, and I buy all my gas from their gas dock. Every person working there has a great attitude and is all about customer service with a smile. They have treated me like family and truly care about me and my family.

Paul Spica and the staff at Kelly's Port have been awesome to work with. We are very satisfied with our new Regal and more than impressed with the customer service their team has provided. Paul has gone above and beyond getting us comfortable with our boat and answering all the questions. We can't recommend him enough.

Kelly s port was able to fix the generator on my searay after multiple other companies and techs down at the lake had said they fixed it and really hadn t. I was visiting friends at their marina at Kelly s port and had issues- they sent techs straight down and spent the time to actually listen and go through the steps and get it working properly. Happy to report it has stayed running and is working perfectly! The techs that I met were extremely nice, professional, and respected my boat. Great group of people!

Great Experience!!! Chad R. provided a wonderful experience in the purchase process. I was also very impressed with the delivery and great overview Paul provided on my new boat. Special touch with Randy the owner, coming down to talk to us and thank us for our business. I feel that I made a great decision buying my boat from Kelly's Port. When I'm ready for my upgrade, this is where I'm going to buy it! Thanks!!

A couple of weekends ago, on a Saturday afternoon, my group was arriving at a lakeside bar and grill, and I noticed I had lost power steering. I called Kellys Port, and spoke with Cody, and he was able to send out Austin and Sheldon with the anticipated parts to address the issue. Within two hours of my phone call, Austin and Sheldon had arrived and fixed the broken mechanism! At the bar and grill dock! I have always had my annual maintenance performed by Kellys Port, so I was very happy with them. But now their customer service (Saturday afternoon, at a dockside bar and grill) has turned me into a "raving fan". Thanks again Cody, Austin and Sheldon!
