In general I am very skeptical about auto mechanics in this area. I've ran into a few, let us say, not very honest or fairly good but likes to over charge for their services. Jim's was very fair & upfront with costs, doesn't charge extra for parts (inflate cost of parts for profit). Communicates very well, and treats customers with respect. I will definitely use his shop for my future mechanic needs. If I could rate this shop higher, I would.

The guys at Jim Pro Auto are rockstars! Called last minute to remove old mounts (that were as old as dirt and seemingly impossible to remove) and replace with timbren suspension kit on my f150. Got an appointment immediately. Took my vehicle in and waited for installation. Fast, efficient, honest and friendly service that was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company to anybody needing mechanical work done. You can t go wrong. Thanks again for a great job done guys

I went in today to get a wheel bearing put in my 2011 Chevy Tahoe they jumped right in there got it together and back out in a matter of no time and I talked to Jim and he was very nice and quiet as long as the other mechanics I was quite surprised just how nice of a place it is thank you guys keep up the good work oh and that's a very nice Camaro you got

Awesome folks, and they so honest and fantastic work.. got me fixed up quick, with no problems.. only complaint is I wish they would call when my vehicle was done. The owner Jason got plum nasty with me over the phone because I called about my car. . He told me I was ignorant, then he didn't like what I had to say and told me never to come back. I guess he was having a bad day. Idk. Seemed everytime I used his services he's always in a bad mood.. snappy and kinda rude. There are better places to take your vehicle so you don't have to go through what I did. He charged me for a transmission mount that I don't believe he installed...but sure charged me $100.00 for a $20 part. Go figure. My car still has makes the same noise. I'm going to have it checked out by another mechanic. I guess he has so much business he doesn't need mine. That's ok. Update 9/28/23: Again... I can NOT speak highly enough of these guys! Through some kind of error (quality control of a caliper bolt or human), a bolt was lost off of a caliper that had been replaced about a month prior. There was non arguement or denial of fault, Jason simply stated to bring it in as soon as I could, and he'd get it right in. Luckily for me, my brother was there to help me out and was able to replace the bolt so I could safely get to Jim's Pro Auto. I called Jason to let him know when I'd be there, and he told me that any time would work. When I finally made it there a day later, they already had a bay empty for me. Junior got right on checking my vehicle out. There wasn't a charge on the new set of bolts (they changed both of them out) or the labor. These guys know how to treat their customers right. If for nothing else, I would return to them for their rarely found these days, customer service. Luckily, they're amazing mechanics, as well! ***Gentlemen, lift your hats off to our Corrine. She will be greatly missed and always thought of as "one of the guys." As we sent with the photo that day... "We love you, Jason!" And Jim's Pro Auto, too!Update 7/12/23: Jason, John, and JR are amazing and really care about and take pride in the work they do. They're all great guys and provide amazing vehicle maintenance and customer service! Thank you for doing the job right the first time on my vehicle!Jason and the crew were professional and friendly. The service was terrific. They checked over my vehicle while the oil was being changed, which was more than I was expecting.The shop was clean and well kept. The waiting area allowed me to view everything that was being done to my car. and for being a vehicle repair shop full of men, the bathroom is always clean and smells good.

After reading all of the great reviews, I decided to call this place and see if they had time to take a look at my car as I was having break issues. This was a Friday morning, and they told me they were a little backed up but could get it in on Tuesday so I had my car towed here. I didn't hear from them unless I called to see what was going on, parts were being ordered without me knowing, I just didn't prefer this communication style- or lack there of. After having my car in their possession for two whole weeks, I called to express my concerns and the owner became very angry with me and let me know he didn't need to do business with people like me. He also told me that they were backed up 3-4 weeks (great for them business is good, I wish I had known that from the beginning and I would have never had my car towed here). Anyways, I had a tow scheduled to move my car elsewhere. I went in to get my keys and the owner would not even look at me. I'm sure they do great work if they have the time, but I did not have a good experience with this shop.

Jason and his crew got my Jeep in, changed out the heater core and replaced the rear main seal in just 2.5 days. Customer service was top notch. I didn't even ask him for an estimate on the work, because I NEEDED heat and he could get me worked in rather quickly. Nonetheless, total cost was significantly less than other local estimates and well below my researched "average price." There's a reason they've been around since 1980. I won't hesitate to call on these guys when it's time to install the lift or complete any future maintenance/repair.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

Whether it's a small fix or a complicated repair, Jason and his crew will do you right! The shop is the cleanest I've seen and their knowledge is vast. The rates are excellent and they treat you like family. We've been taking our Nitro and other vehicles to him for several years now and the service continues to be above expectations!

I found myself broke down yesterday due to my serpentine belt coming off and damaged tensioner pulley. I called over to Jim s Pro Shop at 4:30 as I was waiting for a tow truck. I arrived at the shop 5 minutes before closing and they stayed to get me back on the road. I live an hour and a half to the south and was stranded without tools. Very proffesional people who are willing to make sure that you are taken care of. Thanks again guys for getting me back on the road in such short notice! Will be using them again for future needs!Service: Engine repair

We Broke down on vacation called jims. Dakota came picked up my duramax and brought it back to us in a matter of hours. Saved the day! And for a fair price! I wish I had a shop like this close to home. Never had better service. We are complete strangers and got treated like royalty. Good job guys! Thanx again!

Nice enough fellow but it was a bit expensive for my taste. I like to be able to bargain and barter but he was a hard character. It's all good I'll get him next time.

Jason and his employees are the most reasonable and honest mechanics I have ever dealt with. If you need routine maintenance or a major repair, I highly recommend them.
