Lots wrong with my old car! But the attention given to me and the car was fantastic! Very happy with service. My car repair home for sure.

Like most other ppl here. I was traveling north, and my idler pulley and serpentine belt decided to go out. Luckily, I was neat Trackside. I didn't get the mechanics name, but even though they weren't open, he took my info. Called the boss to get the orders for parts. Direct me to a nice spot for breakfast. Had me up and going in about 2 hrs. And not that pricey, but I also drive an old Chevy. But still the service and speed. If break down here just for the service.

The people at Trackside Automotive are my heroes! I wrecked my car and took it to another place in town and they didn't even want to touch it. My dad called around and Trackside Automotive said they would take a look and see if they can at least fix the car enough to make the trip back to Chicago. 3 days later and my car is ready! They replaced the tires and my car actually squeaked less and drove better than it did before the accident.10/10 Thank you so much!!!

Jason is awesome! We broke down on the highway traveling from Missouri to South Dakota. Jason went above and beyond to get us back on the road and safely back to our home before bad weather moved in. When we told the tow truck driver the garage we were headed to, he smiled and nodded and said, "Yep, they're good people". He was right! Our entire experience with Jason and Trackside Auto was a great reminder that there are KIND AND HELPFUL AND CARING people in our world.

Jason was very professional, excellent communication throughout the process. He was able to save me two days of missing work by quickly fixing my work truck THE SAME DAY. Highly recommend.

#1 place in town. Had Jason look at a few things on my truck , he got me hooked up, in and out with a fair price. I recommend trackside to anyone. Jason is a good guy and I can tell he really cares about his company.

I always use Trackside. Jason always takes good care of our cars. He won't tell you you need something if you don't and likewise he will tell you if there is a problem that needs fixed or may need fixed at some point in the near future. He will also show you what he's found. His associate, Jamie, in the office, is fantastic. She keeps everything running smoothly on the back side and takes the time to get to know the customers. I always recommend them to anyone needing auto work done. I cannot speak highly enough for them.

These folks are awesome! I was in Missouri for a family reunion and my AC went out.... as you can imagine there was a heat advisory and heat index of over 100 degrees for a couple of days and they got me in and out of there in a moment's notice and we are back in business. I am so impressed with the friendly manner and professional help and advice. Yes! I even invited them to the reunion they are obviously too busy to come but I highly appreciated and recommend them to anyone who needs car service. Thanks again for taking care of us on such short notice!! Also a shout out to AAA for the recommendation!

Jason has been our go-to mechanic for 10+ years. He is a great mechanic, is reasonably priced and makes sure our vehicles are safe for us to drive!

Breaking down and being towed is not anyone s idea of a good time. But if it happens, try and get your driver to bring you here. Jason was down a mechanic and had a fleet of vehicles on a deadline, but still managed to squeeze in and run a diagnostic on our car before the end of the day. He then took the time to run through and give us a ton of options we could do, and managed to diagnose a problem that other mechanics had missed over and over again. He was professional, with tons of expertise, and a no-nonsense attitude that lets you know he s not trying to wheel-and-deal. If I could rate him higher than a 5, I really would.Service: Engine repair

Jason & his wife were a true blessing in disguise when my husband Chris got stuck in Bates City. Not a single person cared to help all they saw was money signs trying to double price him because he wasn't from there. Jason is a great mechanic very honest & very reliable. While on a road trip my mom, grandma, I ran something over so we looked up the closest auto repair shop and we found trackside. Even though they were super busy, Jason took the time to help us out. He and his wife were very accommodating even when they didn t have to be.

I was traveling through to Las Vegas and had a low oil pressure problem on my truck while towing , I looked him up on Google reviews and gave Jason a call. He had other cars in his shop getting work done but still told me to call him back in a hour and he would try to work me in, so I did. I drive to his shop and he unhooks my trailer for me right outside his shop, hooks up the power inside so I have a place to relax while he's working on my truck. He stayed at his shop working on my truck till 10:30 pm. Also rehooked my trailer for me since I'm a rookie at driving travel trailer since i just bought it. He was extremely professional with actually showing me what was wrong on the computer and showing me the parts he replaced, also gave me a ton of great advice on towing. Truck drove to Vegas like a dream, even called me twice to check and see how the trip was going, very rare for a mechanic to do that. Also he gave me a plate of Kansas City ribs before leaving, how can you beat that.

I normally dont take the time out that i should to write a proper review. However, the level of care and professionalism I have recieved from Jason @tracksideautomotive cannot go un noticed. Any shop can accidentally provide you with a great experience when you visit. No shop, in my experience, has hit a grand slam for service, care, and honesty the way Jason, his wife, and his shop has for me over the years. You guys are one in a billion. Thank goodness there are people like you guys out there. Truely blessed to have found such an amazing place of business.

We were on a road trip about a thousand miles from home when our car broke down in Odessa. The folks at Trackside Automotive got us in right away and gave us speedy, exceptional, honest service. They were so kind to us and honestly I don't think we would have gotten home without them. They really gave us a lesson in the human kindness of strangers. Thank you so much Trackside. I was on my way to St. Louis and my car broke down in Concordia, MO. The tow truck dropped my car off here and within just minutes, my car was in the shop, getting fixed. I had been dropped off at 4pm and had hoped to be in St. Louis that evening, but I didn t think there was any way my car would be fixed that evening. But it was and I was back on the road by 6:30pm! They have saved us money on several occasions when we thought we had a serious problem that turned out to be something simple. They have forms for you to put written instructions on for what work needs to be done so there is never any question there and the prices are always more than fair.

Purchased an AC belt and 12 inch brake hose to replace the one that had broke. After written instructions was left on the work needed; the wrong belt was replaced requiring me to return the one that was purchased and my wife was extremely overcharged. A 1 hour job putting on a 12 inch brake line, bleeding the brakes and replacing the wrong serpentine belt she was charged over $332.37 in which she paid $300.00 cash and $32.37 on check number 3529. Track-side only gave her a receipt for $32.37 which was wrong and would indicate to me they are trying to evade paying their share of Missouri taxes. NO Recommendation: (1) They do not follow written instruction. (2) They do not notify you of their pricing prior to performing the work. (3) They overcharge for work that several other local shops have informed me should have never cost that much. (4) They are trying to evade paying their taxes

They aren't happy to help like they used to be. And no longer act like they want to be there. On the phone both the lady in the office and I think its her husband she relayed my question to sounded annoyed and overwhelmed to answer my questions.

They do great work my vehicle feels brand new after taking it in to them. I would definantly recomend them to anyone with car problems.

I tried to go here a couple of weeks ago to get my rotors and brakes done i ended updoing them myself now i went back to tryto get a estimate on my bumpers and he called me names threatening me saying I stiffed him a couple weeks ago and tried to fight a 16 year old kid
