So far I have been here 25 mins waiting to finish fueling. Idk what's wrong with the pumps, but they move SLOW. There are other trucks parked in the bay resting. I'm the only one getting fuel. Why is it so slow?

My comment primarily concerned with the Popeyes restaurant in this location, which is owned by TA Petro And run by that company as a franchise. These people are getting insane with Their prices. A five piece chicken tender combo for $18. That doesn t even include a drink. Are you kidding me? This is becoming highway robbery and I will not ever stop again at another TA or Petro For ever again

yall really need to get some new help in the ihop...today's date is 2/14/24 and time is 448pm. after over 680 miles today I planned to park here this evening and enjoy some overpriced truck stop IHOP but was quickly and without hesitation urged to just walk out before completing my order. I know some old white women, im white myself not racist, can be stuck up and ornery at times but the woman yall had working this evening, short brown hair and glasses, was not friendly in the slightest and upon taking my order, or arguing against it, basically gave me no choice but to get up and walk out and refuse yall my patronage. in the last 2 weeks I've visited 3 separate truck stops with ihop restaurants in them, 2 of them twice so total of 5 visits and I ordered the same build your own omelet each time. side of pancakes that comes with it, double cheese which adds 99c for the extra cheese, American and cheddar, and add bacon, sausage, and ham, plus the hashbrowns as listed in the 99c add on menu for the build your own omelet. not 1 single visit in my previous 5 was there a problem with this order, was always 15.48 I believe plus tax and tip and drink. the old grouch working this evening said she'd have to charge the hash browns that are 99c on the add on menu as a whole extra side which is what 4.99 nowadays because I didn't want them mixed into the omelet to make it easier to cut and I'd mix them in myself after I cut my omelet and add my ketchup to it...for this yall lost my meal business this evening and my 180gal of fuel tomorrow morning once my break is up...but what can I say, it's about what I expect for service just outside Kansas city...

Best service in a long time! The mechanic was fantastic and got me the part I needed even though it was not a standard issue piece and he had to do some reworking to make it fit. They even made sure I'd have parking after the repair was complete. I've told all out drivers to stop here since we are in the area a lot.

Really nice TA! Clean showers and restrooms, friendly staff at coffee shop and also at Truck Service! I needed stay there for a few hours for truck repair and I really enjoyed the Driver Lounge!

I had oil change and start having problem starting my truck, find out that they didn't tight the glass fuel filter was leaking and dropped much oil around the ac compressor.Never do service there.

Decent TA attached to a Popeyes and shell gas station. Bathrooms not that clean but a good selection of snacks / drinks.

Not bad but get here early if you are a professional driver! Not a lot of parking but a few. Showers are good. No complaints.

Clean store, a lot of items and truck items for sale, there was a lot of parking , they have a back lot with plenty of it, plus food and showers, laundry

They just sell diesel or make money they don t care about driver I always came because diesel is cheaper here but I always saw the bucket for windshield clean always dirty or empty i show here pictures its not just one day its always same now this weather we need clean windshield alot but they don t care

This is horrible place, I came there to do oil change and they broke my truck and I have to tow and fixed and I will never fueling Ta any more, I fuel TA and cost me $2000w and 8000month.what about a Year?. Ungrateful companyNever let them open hood of your truck. They will break it and you will deal with cost. Avoid, avoid avoid. What shock. Me is the way treat. They don t care about our business

WOW! That s all I can say at this point! This place has went to hell! Restaurant closed at 6pm .. try to get a shower through the app and it cues me for petro across the street. Then the cashier who is doing the best he can says he has no relief coming in tonight and the security person quit this morning! This place is in dire need of restructuring! Just plain out sad! Wont be coming back to this TA

The service department was great to work with. 2nd and 3rd shift service advisors were professional, courteous and friendly. The tech took his time to explain in detail what was done and why.The store was clean, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Thanks TA!

Its sad that the Truck stop for Truck drivers restaurants commit robbery upon you. Why does this popeyes cost so much more than any other popeyes around? If anything you should discount drivers restaurants since you already make so much off of us from fuel, def, repairs, reserved parking, amazon trailer storage.

Excellent facility! Great employees, fully stocked, much to choose from. Specialty pickles, cheeses, sausage clothing, big variety to pick from. Spotless showers, laundromat, drivers lounge and a great Popeye s Chicken!

They sell bad DEF!!!I got problems with emission related to DEF quality twice in last 2 weeks. Both after getting DEF here. Will never stop for fuel, neither at TA nor at Petro (@ this exit)P. S. This was one of my favorite fuel stops.

We left Kansa City and stopped to get gas when our bus broke down. The staff was very accommodating and did everything they could do to help us out and take care of us. While myself and another person went with the bus to the mechanic shop, TA let the other 5 members of are party wait in the lounge.Most place would of not have been this friendly and or accommodating so this is why I gave them a 5 star!Thank you for your Hospitality!

Ample parking for expediters and the store was well-stocked and organized. Clean bathrooms. Only complaint was that the waitress in Country Pride all but ignored us almost the entire time. Food was great but got no refills the entire meal and had to track her down just to pay- and we were only one of two tables.

Very frustrating,, I arrived here at 9am this morning and was due for Mid-trip inspection on my truck for 9:30am. So I called the service department and let them know I m here and check in and they inform me that the tech had to go do a quick job that will take about 3hrs I called 4hrs later and lady at desk says he had to go do another service for an emergency door for Amazon,, so I waited another 4hrs. I called back and lady tells me the tech didn t have enough time to get to you so he went home. NO ONE DECIDED TO CALL AND UPDATE THE CUSTOMER!! WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. VERY DISSATISFIED. Thank you for making me waste a full day I could have been making money.

Folks in the shop are great. Stopped in for 120 day LRGR inspection. Keith and crew took no time in getting me in and paperwork sent thru. Would recommend.

Huge lot. Easy parking. Its covered in snow and ice from storm coming down, they are plowing. Looks to be cleaned and well maintained. Have mechanic shop and truck stop. A truck washed also shares the property. Inside clean. Bathroom, store. Had some hot food (got dogs and burgers) stocked shelf's. Decent truck stop.

Our restaurant experience was terrible. The two waitresses, Jessi and Penny were very nice and personable. They did everything in their power to make our experience as good as possible, but the cook couldn't figure out how to cook home fries. Sent them back twice. She still didn't have them right and we had to roll, so we left without them. None of the staff seemed like they were treated very well by management. Major changes need to be made before we consider coming back. Good job Jessi and Penny. Thank you for being so accommodating.

All Driver accommodations; showers, driver room, laundry, movie room etc., are up-stairs. The only access to upstairs is to take the stairs. No consideration for those with disabilities, no wheelchair access, NO ELEVATOR ACCESS FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO, BUT CAN'T GET THERE.

After a long rough day we stopped by on our way home. The food was great the proportions were large and the service was phenomenal. Our waitresses name was London she was so nice and full of stories. She was sympathetic towards our situation and was one of the sweetest women I have ever met in my life. The food was great home style cooking and I highly recommend it. I will definitely stop by again the next time I come through this area.
