3 trucks lined up to get work done. 2 for the repair 1 for the lube bay no trucks in the building. Trailers blocking the doors so you can't make the turn into the door. Was one of the best speed cos not anymore.

Brett and Cody and the team here are awesome! Super professional, incredibly patient with us and our questions. The truck is on the road and driving great and we are incredibly thankful for all of their help. 5 stars for customer service

Guys spent more time giving eachother reach arounds than actually working. Was there by open at 6am. Was notified mechanic don't show till 7. By 8 they helping another customer ignoring me. They wouldn't listen to what I needed done. By 10 they finally touched my truck. Kicked me outa shop yet left codriver asleep in truck. Its now lunch and everyone disappeared. I will never stop bere again. Ill have casters tow me to a whole different state before i stop here again. They also took it upon them selves to charge me for parts i didn't ask for.. wonderful.

Worse speedco I ve been they keep me there for 4 hrs only to find out ain t getting oil change until 6am, why keep me there me in the first place.. plus the guy who s in charge is unprofessional his name is called Ethan u told him you should ve told me you won t get until & he said he don t gt time to come out to let you know f joke

I like the night crew I don t know anything about the daytime people but the night crew until they close are the best so far and the best speedco I been to get pm done and I plan to get my brakes done there to good environment around them

I came here to have two steer tires put on. I was told they had the tires in stock then waited for 3 hours only for them to bring out the wrong size tire. Waited another hour for them to put the original tires back on. Clean out your fn ears. A total waste, Love s owes me money.

Speedco Oak Grove is a terrible shop. Perhaps the worst shop I've been to in 7 years of trucking while under my own authority. What makes it terrible: 1. Totally disorganized the repair bay is in disarray and tools/equipment doesn't work. 2. A general lack of effort by team members. Instead of shooting the breeze when it's slow team members could utilize their time in a more productive manner (such as organizing/cleaning the shop). What's really bad the mechanics either don't want to do their job or don't know how to do their job. Love s/Speedco has made some headway with improving their repair facilities, Love s Ocala comes to mind. Love's Ocala used to be a place I'd avoid but now has a comparatively sufficient staff. Unfortunately, Oak Grove Speedco has fallen under the radar. Please, parent-company Love s fix this place.

Almost 7 hours to get a tire and mud flap changed on my truck. The guy in front of me was there 15 hours for brakes and tires and STILL had to stay in the lot overnight to get finished. They did their best but don't trust the estimated wait time at all.

Go to TA - This is what mechanic Josh suggested to me. I came to change the oil at 6.15 pm one bay was available , two trucks were in work , nothing was being doing on any of them 4 !!! mechanics loitering around. Josh starts lying that they work until 7pm. Speedco !!! Hey managers!! Do anything you pay wages for nothing. These workers steal your money. Do you ever read reviews? Everything that is written here is the pure truth!

Another Speedco ruined by loves. Six people standing around doing nothing. One guy doing well sort of work. They get ya in the bay, get ya written up for service. Then write up the guy that was behind you in like. And THEN tell ya it s gonna be a few hours before they even start because he s the only tech and has to put 8 tires on the truck next door before he even starts working on you. Yup. Nope.

Slowwww, waited 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and fuel filter, had to bring my own filters and loan a tech a tool, not sure how thats worth over 200 dollars. Employee's morale seemed low, understaffed, management seemed disorganized and unconcerned.

Was cussed at and physically threatened by a team member named Brandon here at this location!This Speedco location used to be one of my favorites, Love s you need to train your people to be more professional.Check the video tape on how the conversation went down, this man should loose his job for speaking to the customer in this manner

I really wish that I could give this place a 0. I was the second truck in line. It took 2 hours for 2 techs to perform a simple P.M. After I was pulled in, it s taking over 2 1/2 hours to do a P.M. on my truck. These two tech s together can t figure out how to prime the fuel system. So I had to show them. There are 7 workers here and they re only using 1 bay. This place is poorly managed and unorganized. Another driver, who drives the Loves fuel truck, is in here over 5 hours replacing ONE super-single tire. This place is pathetic. Go across the street to the Petro or T/A if you need service done.Service: Oil change

I can not say enough good things about this shop! We had a leaking valve stem on our Coach. We had to wait our turn which was a bit but they took good care of us! There were professional and courteous. I will use this business again!!! Thank you!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Best speedco I have ever been to. I called ahead of time to find out the wait time and I told you about 45 minutes call when I got there I only waited about 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and prompt. This location at this staff should be the poster child for speedco. Great job guys!

Stopped in on 3/10/23,for a dot inspection on truck and during that I heard 3 different versions of how all 3 axles of brakes were shot ,then nothing wrong with them,then 3rd guy says brakes got separation on them ,was talking to me about getting all brakes done there ,I said well I was at the Peterbilt dealer on 3/1)23,and brakes were fine then I stopped back at dealer and they looked at the brakes and said they are fine,100 percent fine ,leave it to the speedco to try to milk drivers for things ,they don't need and this is not the first time I heard or seen the overselling of parts and service not needed especially on inspection's,so that's another reason not to use the speedco locations,be better off to find a smaller independent stops to get done or do it yourself

Floor is Nasty! Watch your step!Simple grease job on truck and trailer, didn't bother to inform me that steer axle bushing wouldn't take grease or that my brakes were backed off on 3rd Axle .Over Greased 1 brake position causing contamination of brake shoes.These places are supposed to be a first line of defense for safety and maintenance issues. C'mon man! Do your job!

I got to this place around 8:45am no one in the repair bay I was told the mechanic hasn t arrived yet then me mechanic came around 9:20am open the bay for me he didn t started immediately he took about 15 minutes to start he finished around 11:10am they kept doing their things talking till 11:38 before they started working my invoices I have used Loves for more than 9 years since I started trucking I prefer to go to loves and even after they bought Speedco I started to go to both I never had bad experience as this particular place This is complete rep off and waste of time they Just fix one marker on the tractor tail everything work both the signal and during brake but the red marker light doesn t they charge me $360 only to fix it they didn t change the light or anything please stay away from this place I won t use loves and Speedco from now on I take my business to TA/Petro or other placesService: Electrical

Their mechanics don t know what they re doing. They overfilled my engine with oil and probably overtightened my oil plug because it s now leaking oil through the drain plug adapter. You would think that because they specialize in oil changes that they would know what they re doing, but these guys ain t no different than Jiffy Lube mechanics. I m wondering how much they get paid.

Save yourself some time and a headache. You will spend ALL day here for a PM. Lazy, slow, incompetent employees who would rather stand around the front desk and chat than do any form of actual work
