I've had to get my cars towed four times in the past month and each time Caster's showed up ready to tow super quick. They're always really nice and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them for any future tows I need.

Had fast and efficient service when needing a tow with 6 inches of snow on the ground! Blake, the tow driver was professional and did a quick and efficient job of getting my car hooked up and onto the flat-bed. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you Blake and Casters for being so great!

Jessica was very helpful with getting a location on my car and getting drake to tow it. They were very helpful, nice and fast and didn't charge me an arm and leg.Thanks guys I'll be using you again

Michael M. Was my tow driver this morning, I called this morning on such short notice, the gentleman who answered the phone was of the utmost professionalism, and within 3 minutes he had already had his driver contacted, and set up to have my immobilized vehicle picked up. The driver then promptly called me a couple minutes later, and when Michael M. answered the phone he was very polite, and courteous, and he was very transparent about what it would cost, he was very quick on getting there, he gave me an accurate arrival time and didn't make me wait a long period of time like other tow companies would, when he hooked my vehicle up to his tow truck I followed him all the way to the automotive shop, and I must say I was very thoroughly impressed with how carefully he handled my vehicle, he made sure when going up steep inclines that he went slower and adjusted the leverage of my vehicle on the back of his truck so my car didn't scrape the pavement, so in my opinion this was the most outstanding service I've ever received from any tow truck company, and most certainly if I am ever in need of a tow this will be the first company that comes to mind, and that I will contact again with my business. So if you're stuck with nowhere to go, give Caster's Tow & Transport a call! You'll be happy you did!

They do not honor what they say. The manager is shady, I was told since my car was stolen that a waving over the fee would be applied, but I'd have to pay the traveling fee. I don't recommend. Find people who honor what they say instead of saying we never said that when we had other ears hear it.

Mike was great, was having one of those days that seem like they couldn't possibly get any worse but thanks to Mike and his kindness I was able to get thru it and turn it back around! Thank you, and I hope you enjoyed your breakfast!

Mike was great... Had been trying to get vehicle towed for two weeks, other companies would schedule them cancel right before pickup ...Caster towing reserved my time, even got there early ..great job!

Price gouging scam artists. Tow vehicles for the most asinine reasons. You live in an apartment complex that you pay to have authorized parking, but just so happen to have expired tags? Towed. They have no idea what they re talking about when getting your car out, you need the title to prove you own the car. Financing the car? Good luck getting it out. If you see a Castor s tow truck, get in your car and start it. This place is beyond sleazy, anyone that works here should feel extremely ashamed and embarrassed. Don t bother replying, I couldn t care less what you have to say.

Updated: for the sake of the response I received from casters I decided to change what I said since it's been some time and I'm less irritated. Casters is correct in that they provided a service. When I talked to OGPD, they informed me that it was a judgement call for both Walmart and Casters. I'm willing to put all that aside, all the stuff relating to the initial tow. I will not take back the fact that after paying my tow bill, I informed an employee of our battery being dead and he kept telling me I wasn't allowed behind the gate. I was aware, but he didn't offer any assistance to me and just walked off when I said could you get him a jump. I didn't feel like I deserved that. The other issue I had was after originally finding out we had been towed, my husband and I went to casters to see how much it would be to get it out and retrieve the title. Someone in the office overheard a small argument between my husband and myself and told my husband "if we wanted to get our vehicle out, it would be wise to fix our marriage first". It was rude and not her business. We were trying to figure out how to come up with the lump sum we would need to get our vehicle and under the stress it caused, things got heated between my husband and myself. I apologize for being human, but please don't threaten possession of my vehicle because of something that you overheard that wasn't your business. The final thing was the vehicle towed had an issue with the brakes, so to keep it from possibly rolling we had a prybar and hammer (I think) behind the back tires where it was parked. We didn't receive either back from casters when we got our vehicle back.To be fair, I'm sorry for reviewing when I was so upset and said things they were not directly at the fault of casters. I am still upset that the other issues occurred. Aaron, you are a nice guy and I'm not trying to be inconsiderate, I'm trying to make you aware of what happens on the customer side. I have deleted my original review since it was didn't have the above mentioned. The only piece I keep is: The lady in the office was very friendly and I had good conversation with her.

Mike got to my location really quick. He was honest and knowledgeable about each part of the process. Real cool dude. The price was affordable and the overall process didn t take that long.

Within a very short time from our call driver Cal showed up ready to help. Not only fast and friendly, as well went above and beyond to help us out of our predicament of being stuck w/o transportation, practically out of state and on a holiday weekend! Will never forget this place nor the association to them. We were able to continue our holiday last weekend and are returning for our truck today. We sincerely appreciate everything and everyone involved and highly recommend this business.Service: Special vehicle towing

A property owner call to have my car towed I came outside my car wasn't hooked up the tow driver blocked me the owner ask me to leave I couldn't because the tow driver wouldn't move to allow me to leave I ask him he wouldn't move the police came and gave me a trespassing ticket and let him tow my car I wasn't taking to jail so why tow my car?

Tim knew everything to do to ensure the engine didn t inadvertently get turned on. Plus, just the nicest most helpful person I ve had the pleasure of meeting. Also, the woman who answered the phone and then found me Drew s Diesel, was so helpful. Couldn t ask for a better group of people to work with. While I hope I don t need towing service again, I d 100% call them and encourage you to do the same. Cost was also very reasonable!Service: Car towing

I had got off work, flat (Friday at 10'ish pm)!, but 3 blocks from my house (in Oak Grove). I called 4 different car roadside/tow companies. I hadn't realized I was on a slight enough incline, my jack wouldn't get my tire/wheel high enough, to get the spare on.The other 4 companies, had from a 55 minute-2+ hour wait to eventually get to me, OR 1 company didn't even answer the phone.Caster's response phone person told me, "We've got a tow team, going to pass OG, coming from Concordia! They're just "dropping off " thier tow, West of you. I'll try and get them to you, on the way to thier drop."Instead of 1 HOUR 15+ MINUTES, with the other folks/companies, Zach & Co-Worker, showed in in 14 minutes!!!! Took 5 minutes, to get my spare on, pay, AND DECLINE A TIP (I didn't have cash, but he didn't let me put a tip on my card). Instead of a tip, he suggested, a review, here.STAND UP FOLKS, GREAT PHONE/COMMUNICATIONS AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! EVEN AT 11:15 PM on a 4th of July weekend!Can't ask more than that, of any company!! A+

Do not ever use this business for legitimate towing. They are bottom feeding pond scum who tow people from a closed business' parking lot and price gouge desperate people. I highly doubt if they even do legitimate work when they charge almost $400 to get your car back when they had the car less than 2 hours. Filthy theives who don't deserve to be in business. ****Adding after response from Casters Tow...Maybe if the business didn't want anyone to park in their lot, they would block the back ramp adjoining the restaurants lot. There are no signs coming in from that way. Also, the restaurants sign was not visible because the door was open as people were leaving. We never saw a sign saying we couldn't park there. Block the access...oh wait, then you wouldn't get to cheat people out of money, sitting across the street waiting for someone to make a mistake. I stand by my assessment of your business and the title loan company.

Castor Towing is 5 Stars all the way!! They come thru for us every time quickly, efficiently and most of all they are affordable!! Even when they can't get to us they send us to another company they work closely with and we are STILL taken care of quick and professionally!! I will never use any other tow service! I called Caster s because they were local, but I was overall really impressed with them. The gentleman that answered the phone relieved some stress with joking, he was quick and efficient. They had someone out to me within 10 minutes. The gentleman that came and towed my car was also incredibly nice and got the job done quickly so I could get out of the cold. Good job guys. Ok so long story here the first few times I used caster tow it was great. You would have a wait of 30-60 min waiting time which is normal. Today I was waiting from 4:30pm to 8:10 pm to get a tow. Dispatch was the one who effed up my amazing relationship with caster tow. I had to call about 4 times and it seemed like drivers just didnt wanna come out to the area.Kimo was amazing though he's towed me a few times from around the same area and he's great. They asked him to pick me up he realized where the pick up was he asked if it was my car and he picked me up the because he remembered me and asked how long I had been waiting and he ended up giving me a discount because of how long I waited without me asking for it. I know gas prices are insane so I didn't wanna ask. Hes the only reason I'm giving this places such a high rating. The drivers are great but Dispatch needs some help.

These guys were amazing! We needed a Camper pulled and backed into an extremely tight spot and they executed it flawlessly. Second time using Caster's and they were great!

Our car broke down around 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, we called around other people in the area and couldn't get through to anyone but these guys. After giving them a call they drove 30 minutes or so to come get me and my family. I'm not really sure if long distance towing is something they do often, but Norman was an absolutely awesome driver to spend 6 hours with as we were carried something like 400 miles late into the next morning. These guys made no issue out of helping us through the night just so we could make it back home quickly. Thanks again Norman.

I called Caster's in the middle of the night and needed a tow for my son's best friend. I was told twenty minutes and it was exactly 20 minutes. The driver was very nice took the car back to his house while the young man went back to work. The next morning when he was able to get a hold of Blue Springs Ford the same driver came back and towed the car to BSF and didn't even blink an eye. I would use these guys again in a heart beat!! Just give them a call and they will take care of you! Aaron Caster the owner was very respectful when I called to tell him thank you for his drivers kindness!
