Bird Automotive and it's staff were absolutely top notch, and made this into the most pleasant "getting a flat tire on the highway and needing it replaced" situation I've ever experienced! In the space of a few hours, I called and got a quote for tire services, Caitlin ordered a tire and had it delivered to the shop, worked me in QUICKLY on a busy day without an appointment and did an amazing job. All of that, but it was the staff and their positive, accommodating and fair attitudes that made this situation much more manageable! Thanks guys, fantastic job all around. 10/10 would recommend

All I can say is a huge thank you to this place!! I have taken my car into a dealership too many times to count , and it continuedto run poorly. I expressed my concerns about my car to Bird Automotive after we dropped it off in the morning. My car was completed in the same day. I no longer have a squeak when my car is started. My car drives better than it has in 2 years. Thank you, again! I will definitely use you all going forward!

Great service. Very fast and honest people. They always let me know what I may or may not need done even if I initially requested it. If I am able I always prefer going to Bird Automotive for all my needs.

Surprised I haven't already reviewed them! Every time I saw someone ask in a Facebook group who they should take their car to, Bird Automotive came up dozens of times. I was new in town so I gave them a try. Very professional, clean, and they listened to my concerns about my car. My first experience was excellent, and I've been going to them ever since. They never pressure me to fix anything, and show pictures of issues they find so you know they're just not making stuff up. Bonus for me - I live close enough that I can get in a brisk walk after dropping off my car or going to pick it up! (And if it's too cold/rainy, they can easily provide you with a ride to and from their location.)

I want to get an oil change and an alignment. On the phone, I was told an hour and a half for both. I went in and waited over 2 hours which is reasonable for both of those things getting completed. They come in after 2 hours and tell me they did not do an alignment. They give me a list of $4,600 in repairs that I already knew needed done. I'm fine with being told issues related to the alignment, however, they went through and found everything wrong with my car even stuff I knew about. I already have a personal mechanic that does stuff for half the price so this whole experience was a waste of my time. I did not ask for a 32 point inspection. Then they went on to proceed to pressure me telling me I wouldn't pass an inspection when I got a separate shop already to okay me to pass and get tags. I don't get a lot of time off and this was really frustrating. I could have done the oil change myself in 15 minutes and saved the stress and time. Then they gave me a list of stuff that needs done for my car based off mileage. Not confirming if it had been done yet. This was not a pleasant experience. I will not go back or recommend the shop to anybody.

Had to come to bird twice. Came in for an alignment after replacing all front end parts on my own mechanic staff was very friendly and informative. I got an additional part and brought it back again for an alignment and they got it done in a timely fashion very pleased working with these fellers

I have always had great service and results from your shop and will definitely continue to do business with you. Your office staff is very professional and friendly! Trustworthiness is big and you stand behind ur parts, work and your word and that's huge in my book, after all, it is my work transportation vehicle!Thank you BIRD AUTOMOTIVE!!

Great customer service! Very detailed in explanations. Even let me look at the undercarriage when I asked to see what they were talking about. Might have gotten my new tires cheaper elsewhere but trust in a job being done right means a lot. Also provide ride back home and pick up when car was ready.

I am new to the oak Grove area. I was told Bird Automotive was respectful. After my experience with them they are awesome and outstanding people at this establish. I would highly recommend them to anybody and everybody. Mike and the team were super on getting my vehicle repaired. And do quality work.

Had an awesome experience they were quick, efficient and didn't try to push a bunch of extras on me.And when it came time to pay. They charged me less than half of what I paid for my last oil change. Even with the coupon the other place offered.I have a side gig myself and try my best to shop and use local businesses.

Bird automotive just won their newest loyal customer. Fixed several problems with my 2011 ford ranger that Molle Chevrolet or Matt Ford could'nt fix. Called to keep giving me a progress report.Price price was fair no complaints. Real pleased to have such competent repair shop to go to. Would recommend them in a second.

Took my car in for oil change, tires rotate , front wipers not working, radiator flush & air filters changed and cost was very reasonable even offered to bring me home if didn t have a ride while they were working on it

The customer service and the quality of work at Bird Automotive is excellent. They are very detailed with all the info on what's going on with your vehicle and what it'll take to fix it. They are honest, trustworthy, and there's no pressure.They always work hard to have your vehicle ready on time and work with you on what you need.We've always had a good experience there and would highly recommend them for quality workmanship and great customer service.

Glad they sent me a mail flyer I would of never found them . The place is clean & organized. They are very friendly & don't pressure you on getting the things they during inspection. They found what was wrong that 3 other places didn't. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle there .

Oak Grove Bird Automotive is the place to go for friendly customer service and fair prices. You are in and out in less than an hour for an oil change and the waiting room is nice and clean. I highly recommend them.

Did a great job fixing my car and working with my insurance company which were a pain to deal with. Would recommend them to do work on vehicles. Also brought me home when I left my car their and picked me up when finished.

The team at Bird Automotive did a very good job of maintaining an open line of communication, calling and updating me through the entire repair process. They have a knowledgeable staff that listens AND documents what they hear, minimizing the possibility of miscommunications between them and the customer. They are thorough and keep the customers interests and concerns as a priority. I will definitely be back.

Jason and his team did a great job on my Infiniti QX80 resolving my transmission shuttering issue. I thought I was going to have to pay over a thousand dollars to replace my torque converter but they recommended replacing my transmission fluid first. My car not only runs better than it did before but they saved me tons of money. I trust Bird s and will be taking all my vehicles here for maintenance and repairs!Service: Transmission
