My daughter made her first car purchase here. It seemed ok until that evening when she realized her windshield wipers did not work, one of her headlights didnt work and the hood didnt latch properly. They provide the inspection for you, I wouldve thought a vehicle with those issues wouldnt pass an inspection. They were nice enough to fix those things for her. Not even a week later, the fuel pump went out. She had that replaced but it still doesnt run well enough to drive. Now it appears to have some sort of electrical issue. Shes stuck with over 12k for the loan on this pos.

Does NOT work with you! Are VERY VERY RUDE if I could give this place a -10 I would this place is horrible the first 2 days I had my car had to change the water pump (that they said was brand new) the AC DID NOT work after they said it was working and they broke in to my property (cut my lock off my gate and went in my garage) and took the vehicle they are not professional

I have used 3 Way Auto twice now for my vehicle needs. I cannot emphasize how great they are! The laddies in the finance department are kind and great to work with. They worked with me on a vehicle I was having issues with and took it in as trade and now I'm driving a newer dependable car with twice the gas mileage. Do yourself a favor and check them out!!

I purchased my truck here 7 months ago this is the best experience buying a car I've ever had everyone was awesome especially the financing lady my truck hasn't had any issues very dependable if I could give this place 10 stars I would they have my business for life

I bought a car here last year and the staff is always friendly. Just make your payments on time and there are never any issues. If you do have problems, just call and talk with them. They'll work with you. I'll be going back to get another vehicle soon. I highly recommend them.

When I couldn t get a car anywhere else to improve my credit 3 way auto of oak grove, mo took me on. I m so grateful to them and the Dodge charger I left with from them. I still can t thank them enough. They re good people. I definitely recommend.

The car lot- there was a good variety of vehicles and all had reasonable prices for a pay as you go lot. You could tell the cars and trucks have had a tough life but it is to be expected.The people- the sales men was friendly and professional as was the finance lady.The process- it was painless and fast and they did their best to get me driving off the lot within the hour.The vehicle- it is a decent vehicle but not even 1 hour the check engine light came on. I checked it myself and my number two cylinder has a misfire because an injector is bad. I do believe that this was known but ignored. I appreciate honesty and believe I was lied to as I asked about known mechanical issues. I will not let them repair it since I can do it myself even though they offer a discount on labor to customers.Recommendation- if you know how to repair your own vehicle like i do and you find something you like their by all means go and get it. Good people good painless process.

Purchase a vehicle that I have been dreaming of for years. Sales staff wouldn't allow me to take it to get inspected (should have been first clue). It started ran smoothly during the test drive, purchased it. Filled it up with gas (check engine light came on) not even 2 miles from the dealership. Called them they told me mechanics are gone for lunch and all they could do was hook it up to a machine. Didn't take them up on that offer drove it home 5 hours, they knew I had this far to go. Already put thousands of dollars into the car and now it needs another 3000 dollars worth of repairs. For a person who's been dreaming of this vehicle for 16 years, buy it have it less than 3 months and it's gone, I'm deviated. Never would I recommend this place to ANYONE!

I've had broken bones that were more enjoyable then this place. Complete waste of time and money. I was short on cash, need a car and they had one for $750. Car had a bunch of miles, one door wouldn't open, no radio or air but according to the salesman it was "otherwise pretty straight". Paid cash and drive it off the lot. The engine completely seized 20 miles away on the highway. Called them up and they would have nothing to do with it. They hung up on me 6 times. Finally tracked down the owner and talked to him. Best he could offer was $100 off any repairs. Not a lot of help given I just sold stuff to buy the car in the first place.If you are a complete masochist feel free to go pick up a car, otherwise I'd advise against. Really wish I could go lower than one star.

I have bought 2 different cars from 3 way auto. was great great had no issues with them. any questions we had the question was answered. they worked with us just they we worked with them. the people that work here are a great group of people. they did great saleing us not only 1 but 2 cars. :)

My experience with Three Way Auto was amazing. The service was grate. Any question I had< and I had a lot> was answered to the fullest. They are very knowledgeable about there cars. They were very patient with me. My brother and cousin have also bought cars from them and were very happy.

I have worked for this company for 6 yrs but have purchased my vehicles from here for the past 11yrs. They were always honest with me and help me when I needed transportation. Its a great feeling to be part of a team that is able to help people re-establish their credit and get reliable transportation.

I absolutely love this lot!!! They worked with me until I was able to come up with what I needed and continued to work with me after that. Everyone there was so nice and they answered all my questions. They even helped me pick my selection when I was indecisive. They helped me and my little family get into a great car and I couldn't be more satisfied!!!!! Def 5 stars!!!!!!!

I recommend not going there. I was knowingly sold a vehicle that had multiple issues wrong with it. That wouldn t allow me to tag it and make it legal. Tried talking to these people normally but anytime o brought up the problems I would be ignored of they would change the subject. They didn t care. All they wanted was their money. Do not. I repeat do not go here or you may end up facing getting sold a lemon knowingly such as I did. Will never take my business here again and will not recommend it to family or people. If you want a good place to go I recommend instant auto. They helped my bud day multiple times and they can do the same for you. If I could give no stars I would.

We broke down in Oak Grove on our way home to Georgia. Everyone there was absolutely amazing. The mechanics worked so hard to get our truck back up and going and saved us a lot of money. The staff in the office were very kind and friendly. I want to thank y'all for making a trip that was wonderful before the break down continue to be a wonderful trip. Thank y'all for continuing to figure out what was wrong even tho it stumped all of us. If I need a vehicle and come back through Oak Grove I will definitely look y'all up. Thanks again.

Just bought a car there today. At first I had some concerns after test driving it. I let George know and they are taking care of everything. Who else would do that? This place is all about quality and customer first. All the other positive reviews are what brought me here. I hope my review can do the same for someone else.

I bought a mustang from 3-Way Auto and I needed a 4x4 for the winter, I had such good experience with them I went back. I would highly recommend 3-Way Auto. There lot is always full they have a ton of stuff to choose from. I go to them for all my maintenance and will continue to buy from them. They are really nice people.

JR is not inaccurate in his opinion of this place, and the response to his review is indeed laughable.My husband and I went in a while back to look at vehicles. One car we were shown was in such poor condition it even had a non-functional driver's seat belt. The salesman tried to tell us this was okay, and it was perfectly fine to sell us the car in this condition because it would still pass state inspection. Ha! Apparently he thinks his potential customers are complete morons. It doesn't take a genius to know a failed safety feature will not pass an inspection, especially being the driver's seatbelt.Another vehicle he told us "runs great" so we took it for a test drive. Every single time the gas was applied to accelerate the vehicle began losing power and would slow down to a crawl. We were lucky to make it back to the dealership. We decided after two blatant lies in less than 20 minutes that this was not the place for us as we prefer upfront honesty and respect.

Terrible. Very dishonest place. They tried to find more things wrong with vehicle even when showed they worked or were not applicable. Their concern wasn't about safety or following any guidelines/laws. It seemed only to pad a repair price for stuff that worked or was a non-issue. Was thinking about purchasing a vehicle from there and having some work done there, but seeing how dishonest they are, will now do business elsewhere. Avoid this place. Hopefully others won't make the same mistake.Owner response is laughable. What a snake in the grass. Will never do business with a dishonest place like yours again and don't plan to return. Would contact them if it would help close down shady shops like yours that try to find extra things wrong that aren't. You all are a typical shady dishonest used car place, so shouldn't have expected any honesty.

I found this car lot by a Friend. I searched for 2.5 weeks at car lots trying to find a vehicle that was both a sound good looking vehicle but also financing for it. I can not say how many trashed vehicles I have seen. I can not say how many times I felt lime a failed human being for having the credit rating I do. They treated as a person with a situation to work with. I owe them more than a car payment now, I owe them a huge Thx and me doing what I can to help other's find respect in car buying.
