This is a great shop that is very clean and professional. They stay busy because they are the best and I would recommend to any fellow Jeeper or 4 wheeler.

Best place I ve ever ordered parts for. Beat the online prices I d seen without me even asking them to! Seriously blown away by these guys. Also everybody there is knowledgeable and willing to spend time explaining things to you. I m new to the off-roading world but these guys make it so easy to get what you need in a timely manner. I will be spending many paychecks here. Could not recommend these guys more, they re seriously awesome

Great people to work with.I had them pull the trany and had it rebuilt, install a new clutch and pressure plate, a Hurst shifter, a slip yoke eliminator, new rear drive shaft, rebuilt front drive shaft and all new U-joints, install a new fuel tank skid plate, install frame support, replace rear main seal and oil pan gasket, install new rear bumper and tire rack/swing.They did a great job on my Jeep and even did a little extra for no extra charge just to make sure it was correct. They go the extra mile to insure it's done right.I'll definitely go back to them for my next upgrade.

I made a request for my Jeep to sit level after the new lift was installed to take away the front end factory rake and wow, they nailed it! These guys do quality work and take the time to get everything right!

I m not one to post reviews, but want to save someone the headache I encountered.Called, explained my situation, insurance info, sent estimate, had a great discussion with one of the employees and had truck sent over.Call a few days later to be sure truck made it, owner answers and I start to get the run around. Am told they aren t sure why truck is even there, employee told me not to send it, had an employee quit and will be a month before they can even look at it.I start negotiations to send truck elsewhere, get a call from owner the following day that they did look at it and if I want to pursue repair there it ll be 6 weeks vs 4 week estimate the day before. But he did get it drivable to get it out of his hair.Call back the following day and speak to employee who I originally made arrangements and got an extensive apology for the miscommunication. Owner NEVER apologized once, was entitled to speak to and obviously didn t want to be bothered for the business.Sad thing is they had done work on a truck for me before and were excellent. Will never again send a vehicle their way or offer a referral due to my poor experience. Can t help but wonder if my experience would have been better had I been a man. Very disappointed and so unprofessional to be turned away after truck had already arrived, not to mention the nightmare it s led to on insurance purposes. My biggest advice, be sure your vehicle is worth the owners time before sending it over or scheduling an appointment.

Purchased a BDS 6" lift from Safari. Excellent service and an honest and reputable business. Even though there was another BDS dealer closer who's reputation is horrible, it was worth it to drive a little further to Safari.

Bought a Revolver X4S tonneau bed cover for my 2023 F-150 Platinum and had it installed this afternoon by Safari Off Road. EXCELLENT customer service before and after the sale and a great installation. I highly recommend Safari Off Road.

I showed up for my appointment that I had booked several weeks prior. Got there at 8 am like I was told to be and lord behold they never ordered my parts. The owner said I will reorder your parts and we can do it the next day. Cool I thought!! Next, thing ya know he started to back track on his decision. While looking at his schedule I kinda could tell my business wasn't going to be worth his time, I understand that things have to line up like when the parts get there and such. I kinda felt he would have to push the bigger jobs $$ out of the way. My opinion, if you are not ready to spend a ton of money all at once stay away. All I wanted was 3/4" rear spacers for my 2021 Jl. ($289.00) labor and parts.

Safari Off Road does great work, and their mechanic s skills and knowledge are pretty impressive. I ve taken various Jeeps into them over the years, and I ve never been disappointed. I recently took my wrangler into them for extensive modifications. Shane was able to track down some parts that have been hard to get ahold of lately, and the prices were very competitive. Shane was also very accommodating with me adding things to the work order after I was scheduled. Carl did most of the work on my Jeep this time around, and wow, that fella knows how to wrench! Everything looks very nice and tidy. They also have a great selection of accessories on the shelf that you won t find anywhere else locally. Thanks guys!

We bought a Blue Ox set-up to flat tow a car behind a motorhome. I felt we got a fair price. The mechanic that installed it spent plenty of time showing me how to set it up and connect it to the motorhome. I am very happy with this outfit and would not hesitate about going there again or about recommending them to a friend.

Well start with my first time in. Very professional, my first truck so I had a ton of questions, I believe I dealt with the owner and he answered every question and was very knowledgeable. I ended up getting some raptor side steps and they came out perfect! It took a little longer than expected but that happens, the waiting room was nice and myself and my two daughters felt very comfortable in the shop. I definitely recommend this place and I for sure will be back to get more work done!

Safari is the place to go. Took my 2018 f150 in to get a 6 inch lift put on as well as 35x12.50 tires and wheels. They did an amazing job and got it done very quick for a reasonable price. I dealt with the owner directly and him and his staff is amazing, they know what they are doing and they love what they do. Highly recommend

Got my unusual vehicle in for a lift kit installation. Ran into some complications and the guys at Safari called me in to come see for myself what the problem was, instead of just calling the project. We ended up agreeing on a solution and everything worked out. Solid place, great customer service. I recommend and I will be a return customer.

So I called this company for a quote. And the guy said they were a little busy, which I understand. And said he would call back. But never did. So which that said I don t think that was professional. And I was actually referred to them. So this tells me that they don t care much for customers. But thankfully there are more businesses out there, and with better quality and service. Just an experience I had, that s all.

Best experience I've had in a long time. I brought my jk in for a 3.5 lift and wheels and tires. The craftsmanship was A+. I was going to buy my own lift and tires and have them install it but it was cheaper to have them provide everything. Before doing a build on your own call them for a quote you ll be surprised the money you can save and the piece of mind that it is done correctly.

I took my 2018 F-150 Lariat to Safari Off-Road to have a 4 inch BDS lift kit put on, along with the speedometer calibrated. I cannot speak highly enough about the guys that work there. Very professional and willing to answer any questions I had with it being my first time doing this sort of thing. High quality parts, installed correctly and in a timely manner.I would recommend these guys for ANY of your off-road needs. There might be a little bit of a wait but it's worth it to get the job done right. These guys are the real deal, go check them out!

Will not go back.Job took longer and cost more than it should have. Too be fair, they seem to do a good business. Mine was probably a much smaller job that they're used to.Simple mount a trailer hitch and electrical connection. The less than an hour job took more than an hour as the guy spent 15 minutes watching videos to figure out the electrical part. Then he put the wrong connector on and charged me for the labor to rewire it with the correct one. Total 2 hours of labor popped the bill to $80 more than it should have been.

I had brought my 2016 F 150 to Safari to get trimmed up after I had leveled in and put 33 x 12's on. I had taken it to a shop in Springfield and they absolutely butchered it. Safari got it right for a very reasonable price. They will answer the phone when you call, the owner even came outside and checked it out when I first brought it in. Great customer service and just walk in their shop and you will know immediately, they know what they are doing. Thanks a ton guys!

Fantastic. After 20 minutes of grueling work Shane removed a locking lug nut that other shops couldn't. Not only that, but he only asked for $5 in return. Youngblood quoted me at $75 for the same service. Of course I paid him more than he asked for. Great service in and orderly fashion.

Great guys that know their stuff.(Front PR44 axle swap and ARB lockers front and rear)1 month update for some more details:Most everything is working fine still and I'm very happy with the new capabilities, but I've had a couple of concerns. I noticed after they put the new axle in it wasn't checked for clearances at all. There was less bump stop than I had previously, but that was an easy fix. I also lost some left turn radius, which I found out was the drag link contacting a bracket on the axle. While flipping the drag link and raising the track bar I noticed a lot of thinks are over-torqued. Like 50-100 pounds more than spec. Kinda disappointing. None of the bolts sheared off, I just couldn't get them off with an impact and had to use a big breaker bar. I've found three so far that were way tighter than they should've been, I think they must've used an air impact gun instead of a torque wrench. The air system (possibly at the solenoids?) also seems to be leaking quicker than indicated as normal from ARB. It should keep pressure for 15 minutes before the compressor kicks on according to the manual, but mine kicks on every 3-5 minutes. I haven't gotten around to troubleshooting it, so I'm not sure if it's improvable and the lockers worked great as-is.Update: Everything is still rock solid and working great on the JK! Took my WJ out to them recently for the AC and an alignment and they did a great job again.Bonus: They've always got some sweet looking 4x4s in the bays.Bottom line, I would still trust these guys more than any other shop I've been to.
