I had a new roof put on my trailer and they did an excellent job. Bad repair job from the dealer I bought the trailer from caused major damage. RV Incidents gave me a bid and when the work was done it came in under bid. Happy CAMPER! Has been amazing ever since!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I feel they are falsely advertising their services. Their website touts "complete restoration...all makes and models.... customizations... superior customer service...". All I heard when I went here and asked about renovations was "we can't do that...and we don't do that." I don't think they wanted to work on my unit at all. Too bad...I was prepared to spend what it took to renovate my RV. I don't feel confident enough to let them touch it. Happy they have so much business that they can turn away work

We had two repairs done to our motorhomes by RV Incidents in Nixa. These guys were better than fantastic, honest, professional, courteous, and caring. They really did make my wife and I feel like family. Hopefully, we will not have anymore accidents, but if we do, we will drive or whatever we have to do to have them do the work. The owner, Ronnie, we so personal and friendly we were actually stunned. What a great place and what great work they do. Our coach looks like new. John and Phyllis

Took my truck camper that had a leak in the cabover to these guys. This became quite an involved process and a difficult repair. Ron, Jesse and the crew guided me through the process and dealt with it in a highly professional manner. They were very honest throughout the entire process. I gave them a budget and they came in right at budget, even though they told me it wasn't worth fixing. But they came through and fixed it anyway. A class act.

The service at RV Incidents, CANNOT BE BEAT! There have been too many times to count when we needed service for our RV's and Ron and his staff jumped right on it! Their timeliness, prices and overall customer service and repair services are the best around, hand down.

Since buying an RV Bus 2 years ago we've brought the bus to RV Incidents for inside and outside work. Their estimates are very close to the bill and they can fix just about anything. Why I was first impressed with them was their offering to teach us things about the bus before buying. I would recommend them to any one.

The quality of their work is superb and the value is some of the best we've seen. They practice complete professionalism and are very patient with the those of us who ask a lot of questions. The company was completely punctual within the guidelines they set and we're just totally delighted with all of their work.

Took our trailer to get the slide repaired. Discovered a cracked/bent frame. Ron transported to a frame shop to get evaluated. I put a claim into the insurance company who denied the clam. Ron was nice enough to write a letter to the insurance company. Insurance company settled and I'm sure Ron's letter was a contributing factor to the settlement. Additionally, the work performed by RV Incidents was outstanding. Thanks again, Ron for everything!

I had some paint work done on my MH. The workmanship was excellent. The customer service was very good. Ron kept me up to date on when it would be ready. I would recommend them.

Excellent workmanship, wonderful staff. I first bought my 5th wheel in for blowout damage than found out everything they do. I had them completely remodel my bathroom to make easer for me in my wheelchair to use it, the outcome was more than I expected. Thanks Ron

I had warranty work done on my ATC toyhauler. I was very happy at the quality of workmanship and knowledge of how to repair items that are really hard to work on and get the job done in reasonable amount of time.

This is the first camper I have ever owned. I had no idea who even worked on popups little lone who done quailty work. A guy at work recommended Ron. I am glad he did. Very good work and very easy to work with. I will use them for all my camper needs. Thanx Ron!

This is the place to take your RV to get floors , body work , and plumbing done , these guys knows what there doing a lit better then dealership shops , plus they work with all insurance companies too.

Had the roof resealed and found an area that was missed. To me it was sloppy done.Stretched the carpet forgot to remove the support nails.Had a vent installed and there was a scratch on the coach under the vent.
