After the oil change, it was leaking oil in my garage, took it somewhere else to have it checked, and they broke the drain plug seal.... went back to Walmart, and they made it right with me...

They do their best to assist every customer. Also have a decent selection of automotive items.

I have low profile 20 inch tires and the auto center put them on for me. They did a good job and very friendly.

Had an oil change and wiper replacements done on my wife's car last year. Paid for both services but only got the oil change. The new wiper blades were never put on. Couldn't do anything about it because when my wife finally used her wipers due to a rain storm that came in a week later she noticed the wipers were the same old ones. So we were ripped off for a service and product we paid for. That is very unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Customer Beware...if you pay to have something done, make sure what you paid for is actually been done.Service: Oil change

Got to store at 8:00 when opened. 2 people in front of me. 1st had 4 tires installed. 2nd had 2 tires installed. Three workers in shop area and two more covering the desk. They were not done with the two cars at 9:30. They had 1.5 hours to do six tires. I left at 9:30. Terrible attitude and service from automotive crew. Stay away

Went in for an oil change and lube and they checked everything they put high quality oil into my car because an upgrade oil on their shelf is what my old car is used to he gave me tips of what I needed to have done refilled all my fluids very polite

bought my tires here with road hazard. never used the hazard service. Tires are a little less then a year and half old. said they could repair the tire due my tread was to low but would sale me some new ones. have a long drive and no other shop open. Thanks for the help Wal Mart never buy my tires here again.

The heavy set guy Chris with the beard was awesome he needs a promotion. Best customer service I have ever had from a Wal-Mart

Takes a long time to get anything done. If you are a woman prepare to be treated and talked to like you have no clue about anything automotive.
