We've had to make many trips to this location over the past year, they've always been able to find our parts. The majority have been in stock and when they aren't they were always able to get them next day. Customer service here goes out of their way to help as well!

Have gone here for 20+ years. Usually very helpful. Called to see if a filter was in stock. The young man said "we can't get it". I asked why, he stated "I guess they don't make them". Then told me to call Toyota. I called Autozone and picked it up for $20. Cabin filter.

There generally helpful at least some of the fellas who work here but there are definitely superior competing businesses like this one in town with far better knowledge and customer service at least from my experiences shopping here.

Hands down best service in Nevada. I live in Joplin and make the daily commute to Nevada to my clinic. A few weeks ago I had a wiper blade install in Webb City and while driving a blade flew off. I stopped in this AM in the store and they guys put a new one on. They were super pleasant, cheerful, and very sweet! You all have my business for life!

Am on oxygen and can't walk very far. Was returning some product. The person who waited on me went out to my car and got the product and put the exchange in the car. Very polite person

There's no beating these guys customer service! Not only will they help to find whatever you need they price match but what's even more awesome-they will help install\fix about anything right then&there! No one else even comes close!

They will take 5 gallons of used motor oil from you per day, if you need to get rid of any.

Let me tell you about my O'Reilly this store is what every O'Reilly should be. When Austin was there you couldn't get more knowledge maybhe RIP. But even more so now this place is family.

Great service from their tech Earl. He knew what he was doing and got me exactly what I needed. I didn't have to wait either. I would suggest that you ask for him.

I just left this store. I went in with a question, not only did these 2 know what I was looking for, they found the part and installed it for me. Professional and polite. I couldnt ask for more. Thank you, I will be back.

I've done business with O'Reilly's for the last 25 years one of the best stores and Auto Parts places that you can get just about any Auto Parts you need if not they can order it in highly recommended if you need any Auto Parts this is the place to go Brinley service good nice Curtis employees great atmosphere

my mother got a blower motor from there and came to me to put it in but i never needed to as i tested the old one when i pulled it out (very simple to hook 2 alligator clips to the prongs and the battery) fonding out it was not the motor but the relay that was bad. my mother went to take the motor back and the said its electric you plugged it in its yours.... to a single 58 year old lady working in a nursong home kitchen like she could afford to keep a blower motor she has no use for. thankfully autozone is just down the street and has waaaay better customer service. from now on ill stick to autozone or the internet because the way they treat people is incalled for... this isnt high school guys.

This place went over and beyond to help me change my battery. Auto Zone would not change it but an employee named matt went OVER AND BEYOND. Thank you for having employees that actually care about their customers.
