This dealership is completely unethical!! Their word means nothing as they will tell you anything and agree to anything to get you in the door. What is the point lying and agreeing to a sales price if you are not truly willing to honor the agreement? The owners son was made aware of an agreed upon price, as well as proof of the text exchange with the sales rep and still would not honor the agreed upon price. The salesman says that he had managements approval, however the sales manager who is the owners son and has no need to worry about money or payments said he would not honor the negotiated price. An entire day wasted and over 400 miles driven to be lied to one way or the other.Unless you want to be screwed over, lied to and your time wasted, I would avoid going to this dealership. A man is only as good as his word and if his word ain t worth s%}t then neither is he, nor the business he built on lies!!! I wouldn t spend one penny at this dealership!!!Complete disappointment and not even an apology or an explanation as to why the misinformation took place. Whether it is the sales persons fault or the managers fault.... it was not my fault. Money does not grow on trees and not everyone has a daddy with deep pockets to drive miles and miles and have their time wasted as well as be lied to and disrespected. The owner would be better off buying a golf course to let his son putt around on.... since clearly he doesn t understand how negotiations work and how to honor what was promised up front!!!!If your board and just have a ton of money to waste this is the dealership for you!

I went to max motors to get my oil changed, I walked in and was asked if I would help them with the flag replacement ceremony, as a veteran I was honored to help them, and my car was treated royally while we replaced the flag, Totally a humbling experience!

I purchased a Mustang convertible from Max Motors and also have use their auto service department and it is an awesome organization. If you're looking for a new or used auto you must check the Max Motor facilities.
