Polite, friendly, and helpful. Although I feel that things like a key fob should be explained to the customer not assumed everyone knows especially the fact that auto start won't work if the check engine light is on. I do say they did a wonderful job of keeping me informed on my "missing" key fob. They tracked the part down and had me ready to go in a reasonable time.

I have been searching for a specific vehicle for months and narrowed it down to seven vehicles within 300 miles from where I live. Max Motors had the cheapest one and not nearly as far away.Called for weeks to verify my information and check its status.Long story short, they didn't give me the $1000 discount I qualified for despite saying they would add it after mailing documentation and added their "$1890 secret special paint protection" (they waxed it), which raised the price higher than the other vehicles I could have purchased several months ago.I basically waited 4 months to pay a higher price for a vehicle with fewer features. They also wouldn't let me use my own Credit Union because they were not affiliated with it. So I am having to pay a 4% higher interest because they are undoubtedly getting a kickback or incentive for using their own financial institutions.If you have a price, print it off. And then tell them not to add any exuberant, nonsensical extras like a $2000 dollar paint protection.Con artists. Go somewhere else. Period.

Took a 2023 brand new under 20,000 miles in fortrade. Literally nothing wrong with the vehicle. They priced it at "fair" value and offered way less than what the vehicle is worth. Salesman was extremely unprofessional.

Reed and Robert have restored my faith in shopping for a vehicle.From everything down to having the car on the lot to shipping it across the country with an outside transport company. What a catch!I am from New York, and Reed was willing to go above and beyond to make buying a car easier than buying a sweatshirt online. Carefully took me all around the vehicle on FaceTime, in the vehicle, and sent me a multitude of a photos. Not only are these guys gentlemen but punctual, most definitely have a leg up on the tristate dealers. Polite, thorough, and punctual stand up fellas.10/10 would recommend to my friends, family, and colleagues. What a crew over there! After having a terrible experience with a dealer in Fort Worth, TX, I was on a new truck search for 2 months when I came across Max Motors of Nevada, MO online. Jeremiah was the salesman that I worked with from start to finish and I am so grateful I was able to find Max Motors. Jeremiah was open and honest, with solid communication throughout our entire buying process.We are located in TX, which made the purchase and shipping arrangements unique but within a week of finding our truck we were ready to receive it.I highly recommend this dealership when looking for new/used vehicles, I'm sure their service department would also be top notch!Thank you Jeremiah and Max Motors, we truly appreciate it!!

This was the only dealership within 500 miles from my home that had the car I wanted. I took a risk flying out to them. Jeremiah held the car for me with a deposit, and coordinated to make sure I was picked up at the airport. He quickly went over the documentation for the sale while taking his time answering my questions. He helped me get every discount I qualified for. There were no surprises, he was upfront before I flew out to the dealership, and there were no changes to what he said when I arrived. Jeremiah even kept up with me after the sale to make sure I was completely satisfied with my car. Overall the car buying process couldn't have gone smoother.

The service staff was wonderful!!! While I brought my car in for a simple turn signal light needing a bulb, I ended up with needing a new battery and also an issue with the power window-- they were great in letting me know about the situations and how best these could be resolved! No, it wasn't great news- LOL-- BUT they understood that it offered me options! I'll continue to bring my car here for service!!!

We had a very good experience here. Trinnade Hughes was awesome and very helpful. She showed us and explained everything in the truck. She is very informative of the vehicles. Very friendly! Stay after closing to help us and close the deal and didn't complain. We will come back next time we buy a vehicle! It's worth the drive!

Went and had an aliment yesterday and they tried to charge me an extra 80$ to straighten my steering wheel but that is done when the Alin the toe what a joke now have to go somewhere else to get it all done again and done right steering wheel should have been fixed with aliment u all should have done it right

I will never again go to the Max Motors Service Center! Went in for my Check Engine light, I had to go back about 5x s due to them not knowing the issue (which is fine, that happens) BUT when they finally completed everything. Come to find out that NONE of my lights are working now. My headlight went out, truck didn t tell me. Washer Fluid low, truck didn t tell me. I spent way to much money on a truck that s supposed to me all this and they cut the lights off.Disappointed is the least to say.

Randy calls almost once a week about a vehicle I never bought, when I m due for a service, etc. I called back twice and explained I work at night and the constant, multiple phone calls a day about a truck I don t own are interrupting my schedule. I blocked their number and they call me from new ones. I asked them to please put me on a do not call list or remove my phone number from the account they have it on.Randy apologized and said he would do so. He called me back the next day about the SAME thing and continues to do so.So, if you like to be harassed constantly, 10/10 would recommend.

We drove four hours one way because you have some amazing customer service! Reed is the best! I didn t feel like I was being taken advantage of, he was upfront and honest with us. Reed is a genuine guy that clearly cares about his customers, and he will always go above and beyond for them. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he delivered. I try to support local business here in Lincoln, but when it comes to the Jeep service in town, it s just not up to par. I do NOT regret driving the extra miles to Nevada, Missouri. We also need to give a shout out to Frank! I m thankful for owners like him! Frank takes care of his customers, he make sure everything is right. Unfortunately, he had to deal with it our local Jeep dealership to handle things that should ve been under warranty and it was not easy. I wish corporate was more involved when it comes to sticky situation s BUT Frank promised to handle everything and he did. So Thank You Frank and Thank You Reed for your outstanding care and customer service. I love my new Jeep!

Drove 2 hours to look at (2) Explorer S/Ts. Called that morning to verify the vehicles were available and on site, I was assured they were there. My family & I drove to the location discussed earlier that morning. No vehicles, one was an hour away , the other was 6 hours away. I asked about the car fax s over the phone that morning on the 2 explorers as well, again was assured No Issues They were both bought back by ford for No Crank / No Start Issues The gentleman Kevin we met at this location was awesome, I really felt bad for him! We definitely would have dealt with him.He was just caught in the middle of a bad situation!Kevin, if you ever go somewhere else- give us a shout!!!The manager was there, never came to us & apologized for the huge mistake. He just went into an office on his cell.Kevin did an awesome job trying to pick up the pieces!I will never shop at these locations, or recommend them to anyone What a wasted day!!!

Sometimes things can't be helped. Sometimes cars may not be healthy but the dealers salesperson may not know this. Thankfully I did buy the extended warranty, and although it was a bumpy start, my salesman Anthony in Butler MO. Took the best care of all my needs and concerns, and they even arranged someone to deliver me a temporary loaner while my car was being repaired. Then they delivered my car to my driveway and took the loaner car back. It was very awesome, above and beyond, customer service by Anthony. I just can not praise his good work enough. Thankful for Everyone who helped me be able to get my new to me car back, and it's better than ever!! 5 star customer service all the way! ***** Thankful for ALL OF YOU!

Everything leading up to the sale and paperwork went smooth. The day before I was traveling to pick up the truck I was notified that the ladder rack didn t come with the correct bolts so they used whatever they could to make it work and mailed me the bolts. I did not haggle the price so I expected a brand new clean perfect truck. The truck was not clean at all the utility bed has a door that doesn t latch and a slide lock that does not operate correctly. I was told that the truck would need to be taken to Reading to have the bed repaired which means I have to take a day off work to have this done. I also was never given any details on the truck such as WIFI, satellite radio, or anything else. It felt like everyone was in a big hurry because another customer was coming in. So since I paid $64,000 for a truck that was filthy and took me 3 hours to detail and will require me to take a day off work to have the bed fixed I would not buy or recommend Max Motors. I will also be filling out a google review to explain my experience to others interested in buying from max motors. I will say I was offered a check for $500 for my inconvenience which is a joke beings I didn t haggle the price at all and I have still NOT received the check.

While traveling I broke down on the highway just minutes from Max Motors Butler. They were great about getting me in, even gave me a ride to the car rental location. However the labor seemed to be delayed, did not order parts until the Extended warranty details were worked out. even though I authorized them to. I had to get it fixed. When I got my truck back the brakes seemed soft. MM is too far away to take it back, so I will have to have someone else look at the brakes. Good in a pinch, wouldn't be my go to place.The owner replied they would reach out to me, over a two months later and still no call.

I drove 3 1/2 hours to look at a truck and when I arrived the salesman I was to meet was tied up. Without a pause, they pivoted and I had another salesperson. This salesperson shared they had two appointments coming in but gave me their full attention. I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service I saw displayed. We came to terms and I drove away with the truck.A1 service level. I will be back in the future.
