We had a blow out on our trailer stacked with hay on a Friday afternoon outside Fort Scott. We were able to get it changed, but needed 2 more tires, one to balance the other side and another to replace the spare. The owner, I'm assuming, was super nice and checked tires in stock and had exactly what we needed. We showed up between 3-4pm and they got us in, swapped tires, and were very kind about it. On a Friday afternoon. It was a huge blessing when they were only open a little bit longer and we can't thank them enough!

I had an issue with vibration and pulling to right. I have been to several places and tried many things.I got answers to questions, treated fairly and left satisfied tires were not my issue and why they were not.

I've been using Highley for at least a decade. They are honest and completely fair in their pricing. My last 3 brake replacements have been with them, as well as my last several tire replacements, plus many small and sundry repairs. Last suspension repair I thought Josh told me the part would be $290, plus labor. When I came in to pay the bill, it was $65. I had misheard the part cost. I would have willingly paid the higher price but they were extremely honest and charged correctly. I can't tell you how much stress is relieved knowing I won't be gouged by my mechanic.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Oil change

We went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They had it done in under an hour and they were very nice about everything. They even accepted credit card payment over the phone! Fantastic place for routine maintenance.

I really tried to like this place. I am relatively new to Nevada and generally drive to Springfield to get my vehicle serviced, but figured I'd check this place out since it is more convenient. The first time, I went to get two tires replaced, and while the pricing was good, I ended up getting my car back with a missing tire cap, and it took forever because they were so overbooked.Just now called for pricing on an oil change, waited several minutes for someone to even answer the phone (not really a huge deal, but weird to not have a dedicated person answering the phone at such a busy business) When someone did finally answer, I was placed on hold to reach the person responsible for the oil changes as the person who answered didn't know, only for someone else to answer saying the person who does the oil changes wasn't even there and he also doesn't know the cost. How do you run a business and not know how much one of your employees charges for an oil change? As well, no one seems to have a great grasp on customer service here. It's a very dull interaction with employees, and leaves me feeling a bit dissapointed.There just seems to be mass confusion at this place every time I've called or visited and it's super frustrating. Again, prices are fantastic, however you lose every other aspect of an enjoyable business experience.

We had a flat tire on the way to Texas called them and they got us in right away. Tried to find the right tires for us at their competitors since they did not have them. Very helpful and friendly.Service: TiresService: Tires

I just got off the phone with this company. I do not leave reviews often but I felt speechless and awkward after the phone conversation I just had..... or tried to have. I am new to Nevada and am looking for used tires until I can afford new ones... I googled used tires in Nevada and this was the first place that popped up. I called to get pricing. I was told to hold on... he went to check and came back and said I do not have them in that size.. I said that s fine I was just calling for prices and will check back later... he said hang on.. well I don t know. I have stuff to do. I gotta go and hung up!!!!!!.....????!!!!!. please teach your employees to not answer the phone if they can t give customers help via phone. I just needed pricing.. didn t mean to make the guy flustered and have to work hard. Just a simple question. I sure hope that wasn t the manager.

We were traveling through Nevada when a huge bolt went into our tire. We pulled into the Highley Tire Center, but they were closed. While we tried to free the spare from beneath our SUV Kenny pulled up and graciously opened his shop and fixed our tire for us! Thank you Kenny!Service: TiresService: Tires

Had a tire shred out on the highway, my family and I were going to the zoo and had limited time. Highley tire got me two almost new tires for super cheap and had me on the road in no time.

Traveling, found dully inside tire coming apart.A mile away from rv park we were staying at. Called, had us in And out quick. Great service and great price. The guys were really friendly.Couldn't have happened at a better place.

I LOVE Highley Tire Center. I've been going here since I was a little kid, and they've always been extremely wonderful to the point that it feels (to me) like visiting my favorite family members when I go. 100% recommend.

Balanced a set of 35s for me, need to learn how to balance big tires, u don't stick 38oz of weight on one side of the wheel, did that to all 4. Prices are fair, and their alignment man did a great job on my truck.

The guys and service here are 2nd to none. I've been doing business with this family for 15 years and my mother did business with them prior to that and they have ALWAYS been top notch. Will continue to do ALL my tire business here!

My husband had a flat tire near Nevada on his way to Fort Scott. He made it to Highley tire unfortunately they did not have his tire size nor were they willing to find tires nor mount tires. He was informed that none of the tire stores in Nevada would have that tire size and was told to call Pomp s out of Joplin. Thank goodness for Pomp s! They changed both of his steer tires and got him back on the road quickly but not before someone from Highley tire (possibly a manager) came out and berrated them for changing the tires in his parking lot!!! Very Unprofessional! Next time I would suggest coming out and saying what can I do to help ?!The employees were rude and not accommodating.

Buddy of mine blew out a tire while we were on our way to Camp Clark. We swung by and they got a new tire (that wasn't a common size) on real quick for him.
