I purchased a subscription online and Mr. Jared Bybee, the manager, was awesome and helped me activate it.This car wash isn t like other drive through washes. Staff help guide you into the wash to make sure your car goes through safety and make that any hard to reach areas get clean with an additional hose that staff use to clean your car. I was also super impressed with their vacuum stations which even have clips for floor mats.It really doesn t get any better than this. A yearly subscription is fairly priced too.

These guys are amazing! The car wash is affordable, especially when you get a plan, it's quick, and gets the job done! Further, after my car was wrecked, I had forgotten to cancel my membership until I was billed the second time after the accident... I contacted them via email, and they responded after a day or so, letting me know my membership was effectively cancelled, and a refund was issued backdated for a 2 month refund!

At the end wash section. My car started shake tremendously.A piece hit windshield of my car causing windshield to crack. I found where paint been scratched all down side.Car wash refused pay for damage cause by there machine.They don't pay for any damage as they claim they are not responsible for what falls off your vehicle because of their machine, and will not pay for any damage cause by there machine.

Best auto car wash around! Quick, complete, thorough clean. Excellent vacuums and air hoses to easily get those hard to reach spots. Recent change in management, a great staff of attendants if you haven t been or haven t been recently, go check them out!

**Buyer beware on unlimited membership**Original review: Up until the last couple of weeks, I haven't had much of a complaint. But I went last week at 7:05pm and they were closed. Checked here and website and both showed 8pm. I thought maybe they had something break down so came back this week and they were closed again. This one, I'll take some responsibility on because I didn't look to see what time they closed online (since I just looked last week and no notice was posted) but now they've updated hours to 7pm close time. I paid for unlimited for a month and have been unable to use it 2 of 2 times I've been, so it's a bit disappointing. It would also be great if the hose for vacuums would be available on both sides of the vehicle instead of choosing between dragging it through my car or pulling into a different spot to clean both sides.This being said, the quality is on par with most drive thru car washes so I'll probably just cancel the subscription so I don't feel like I'm losing money when I can't use them at a time convenient to me.Updated 12/11/23: now I've gone 6 times total and they've been closed. I asked to have my membership refunded for one month since they're never open, so I haven't been able to use it, and didn't even get a response. Needless to say, I'm past the point of giving them any business. It's a shame because I was excited to have a new carwash option when they opened.

Great car wash, but it can't reach low enough to clean the bottom 3 inches of the car. Great for trucks and SUV's, not so much for lower cars. The do have very good vacuums though.

I ve been calling the entire month of January, emailing, requesting call backs from the website requesting my subscription to be canceled & refunded for this month as my car was totaled the month prior so I have no vehicle. I cannot get anyone to get in touch with me for 3+ weeks. Such a scammy business

Wonderful staff under new management. Went our of their way to help me with a technical issue and even came to let me know they noticed a leak that probably saved my engine. Highly recommend and thank you, again!

Usually have good reports on this car wash, however this morning I arrived at 0702 and it was open. No big deal I'll vacuum while I wait. The vacums weren't on. Sat and played on my phone. 0728, still nothing and a nice young lady said they were waiting on the manager to open. This isn't the first time this has happened.

I love the way the car wash cleaned my vehicle but was not aware that it would take out for auto pay after the first sign up with them and they kept taking and the price tripled so I will just do pay as I go.

I went in to cancel my membership and still had 11 days left that I had paid for and this place just terminated me even being able to use what I paid for. Talked to the manager and he had no interest in trying to fix it even after admitting that his employee terminated it instead of canceling it.

I m actually super happy a nice car wash finally came into town! It s super quick to go through & the vacuums don t waste no time either getting everything from crumbs to dog hair! The wax coat that applies on my vehicle is probably my FAVORITE. no handprints or finger prints show up anymore! I feel my car is ALWAYS clean now. My second fav is probably how clean the wheels get & how long they look staying clean! Your car will definitely have a fresh look & feel once leaving this wash! The monthly unlimited subscriptions they have to offer are affordable as well, & hands down worth it! They can go knock down the other car washes now lol cause this wash knocks all of them out of the park!

If you bring Turtle Wax bug and tar remover, and spray the areas down which are really coated with bugs. Then if Olivia (I think she's management) is working to make sure both sides of your vehicle get hit with the power washer before hitting the automatic carwash you will get a very clean vehicle. I have been there when Olivia isn't working and you definitely don't get the same car care as when she is working! If Olivia leaves Go Carwash and they don't get someone of the same caliber, I'll probably get rid of my membership.

Love it I've got a unlimited wash membership it's super cheap,my 1st 2 month was a penny a month thenit only goes up to 24.00. I went through 5 xs to see if they would say anything and they just said hi n waved me through.

Not like the idea of there prices on membership cost PER vehicle Personally think it should be PER Household .. in most cases that 2 vehicles The lines do move quickly.. from the minute it started washing to finish was just under 2 min

How are you going to tell a member to prewash their truck because the running boards are too muddy. You are paid to wash vehicles.

Vacuum stations are nice but unfortunately the $18 package didn't get all the bugs off the front. Still not bad though.

They took money out of my account with me sign up for the car wash was not that great and I have called them and got hung up on if you do a car wash there use cash not card
