Life savers! So on a cross country trip I m almost home and my car goes in limp mode. Even worse it does it at 4:58 pm while I m 10 minutes from anything. So with all the shops closed these guys run the diagnostic to get the code, find the part and lend me tools so I can replace the O2 sensor. They even broke into tools on the racks because they did not have a big enough wrench in the lender box. Yea I lost some time making the switch, but the 2 hour trip would have been almost doubled if not for the great and helpful service offered here. Thanks a million!(Old part below)

I had a check engine light come on and they ran the codes for me. Told me what I needed. Very helpful and friendly.

I needed a simple item, screws to hold my rear licence plate. Well, I thought it would be simple. It seems my car manufacturer makes strangely sized holes as it took 5 or more tries and then a washer was needed to hold to plate in place. Corbin was helping me, he came to my car each time and tried each one for size and didn t give up. I m very impressed with the service. He was also polite and professional while working. If I did live far away I would shop here regularly.

We were helped by such a kind young man, I believe his name was Corbin. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us get exactly what we needed and my boyfriend and I couldn t have asked for a better salesman to assist us with our auto needs. We will be sure to be back to see him! Oh, and he deserves a RAISE!

Called for a part, was told that it would be in the next day, they called back and said that the warehouse couldn't get it for 6 days, seems they wouldn't say anything unless they had it

Just bought a new battery for my truck and was gonna take it home and put it on there. I was in the said truck and guess what happened when I tried to leave? That's rite it would not start and I didn't have a tool one with me, well the two gentlemen working sprung into action, to make a short story even shorter I couldn't have asked for any better customer service. Thanks again to the guys from MO, you definitely have a return customer in me.

WORST parts store in the country! I bought 2 wheel hubs for over $500 for my truck and when I received them they were from 2 different countries (China and Malaysia) and were built differently. I returned them for a refund. TERRIBLE costumer service!! Do yourself a HUGE favor and go shop at ANY OTHER auto parts store!

I was recently in the Auto Zone store in Nevada, MO and would like to share my experience. I was in town moving my daughter into an apartment for college and her car overheated. I went to Autozone looking for parts but was blown away by their help and service.Jesse was very helpful in finding the parts and supplies that I needed. Corbin lent me a tool and showed me how to use it. After struggling with the hose clamp for only a few minutes, Mike came out of the store and completely removed the hose and replaced it with the new hose. I know there was no way that I would have been able to do this on my own. I am very thankful for the wonderful people working in this store, who showed me kindness and support.

This is copied from the review I left on the Corporate webstie... I recently had a massive radiator leak in a semi I was driving on the highway. I stopped at the Autozone in Nevada, MO and had the best experience. I purchased the coolant that I would need for my repairs and went in there many other times throughout the afternoon as I stayed nearby making my repairs. On each trip in I purchased a cold drink as I was sweaty and dirty from the work. The employees were so helpful and so friendly. One of the employees helped me lift a part that I could not have managed with just one person. The manager even purchased a Gatorade for me at one point. As I said, I was traveling and did not know any of these people at the Nevada MO location and they treated me like I was their best customer. Although I don't usually leave reviews I wanted them to know how much I appreciated their help that day.

They will take 5 gallons of used motor oil from you per day, if you need to get rid of it.

I was passing through Nevada coming down from KC and I checked under my hood to check my oil in my car. I realized my oil cap was missing, so I went to Walmart and they were unable to help. I went to AutoZone and within two minutes got the oil cap and was back on the road. Thank you.
