Got my oil changed, was driving home and smelt a horrible smell. Got home and pulled it into the driveway, looks like they spilt oil all over my engine (it was smoking) and did not clean it. My dipstick also looks super dry, having to fill up my car again with oil. There was some friendly people, but there was a long wait time and I came home having to put more oil in my car. I would recommend going somewhere else.

I just had the worst experience at the Neosho Walmart auto to get a tire fixed was told it would be an hour which was no problem cuz I had shopping to do in an hour never got confirmation on my phone telling me they had started my car after the hour I went back there they hadn't even pulled it in to work on it and then after waiting till after 2 hours and went by I finally get told my tire wasn't fixable and then I waited another 15-20 minutes to get my car back out of the bay so I can leave . This right here is poor customer.

Came to get an oil change. When I got here at 7:45 there were no cars in the bays. I completed my shopping and came back to the automotive center at 8:45 and received a text saying they were just starting my car! What they were doing during the entire hour ilI was shopping is beyond me as there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS HERE!

Price for tires were actually cheaper on the tire sign than the quote. I verified my tires before I paid and the manager had the signs removed and made me pay the quote price. They gave me knock off cheap tires. These managers are fishy.

Today is 12.10.2021 No appointments needed. Nowhere to sit while waiting for you vehicle. (Perhaps they want you to shop)Least expensive in my town for an oil change. Alittle hard to get help at the counter. They will check and air up your tires any time, no cost.

Went in this morning to get an oil change.Nobody came outside when we pulled up, decided to go inside and stood at the counter. Nobody stopped to even ask what the deal was and what they may be able to help us with. Everyone just kept walking by.We left and went to Speedy Lube, only took 10 minutes and it was $10 cheaper. Save your time.

I was told I would be called when my car was done and I was given a slip to scan and check its progress. 3 hours later ive heard nothing and have to call them because the slip does nothing if i scan it in the Walmart app. Turns out my car was done 45 minutes after I left it there and nobody called me. Dont tell people you'll call them if you arent going to.Service: Auto tire replacement

Always had walmart warranty tires on all my cars until i moved to neosho. Long waits, lazy employees, NEVER been treated like this at a walmart before! Misquoted prices, tried to charge me for something i already told them i didnt want. Somehow $80 tire with $20 off came up to over $110. Will gladly go back to walmart when i have time to drive to joplin. This place sucks and the manager doesnt care.

Watched them walk around playing with cellphones while i waited 2 hours for 2 new tires. Like watching paint dry. Terrible management

So slow. Was told there would be a three hour wait to change my tire. There were two cars ahead of me for tires as well. Left and went to another area business and had it changed in five minutes for 7$.

This place is a joke, especially the old guy that works the service counter. Brought my vehicle in cause the battery was bad and under warranty and got turned away because I couldn't find the receipt from a year ago, I've have my vehicle jump started dozens of times and left us stranded thanks to there great policy.

Went in to get a tire fixed and the person behind the counter was very rude. I asked how long and he snickered and said there's a few before you so can't give you a time. They should have someone working that just does walk-in's for tire repair. Won't buy from here again.

Severely understaffed, older guy who seems to be in charge has a bad attitude. Younger guy is polite. Wait times inflated by standing around talking. Will be taking my money elsewhere.
