Brought our Nissan titan there not only did they not use torque sticks when putting wheels back on they also only hammered weights on the backside of the wheel the most cheap in effective way possible And let s not talk about using the required MC weights They just hammer down whatever they could.To the owner response strait lies he said even tho he knows it is improper to use impact without Torque stick since no one s tire has fell off yet he will continue to not spend money one Proper tools. And far Weights he does it the improper way because it s cheaper. So with no responsibility taken I told him I ll go else where

Excellent service every time, been going there for years. Today I got a tire puncture, called to see if they were busy, then drove straight there. Someone came out to my car and had started working before I could even get inside. 10 minutes and no hassle, they even have tap to pay.

Drove up and they got to me to me right away. Very friendly and professional. Tire had a piece of metal outside the area that could be patched. Replacement in stock and I was back on the road quickly.

Parked next to their shop and someone from the tire shop ran out of the shop and told us we needed to move. We were going to the beverage shop next door as there was no place to park. My friend that was with me had to walk with a cane and has a hard time walking. This place is very busy sometimes and it's hard to get appointments naturally because of how busy they are but if you need a tire or used tires they are very affordable and they're very quick and getting them on. I will be coming here from now on for any tire issues

We were on our way to springfield and had horrible vibration in the front tires after putting 2 new ones on the back 3 weeks ago. Gino got us right in and w0 mins later we were out. Great service, he told me to check a couple things out if it still had vibration. We left car drives perfect like new.Great service excellent staff.Than you all.

I needed a tire put on a rim, took the tire and the rim to this tire shop and was told that the tire I had was not the correct one that I needed for that rim and was sold a different tire for almost $50. Come to find out the tire I had would have worked just fine! It was the same size and everything! Not to mention how rude all 3 employees I had come in contact with were!!! And since this experience, I've heard from a few different sources that their experiences were very similar to mine! So in my own experience and also from what I've heard it seems like the only pro to this shop is that they're open until 6..an hour after all the other shops close.. but if you MUST come to the shop just be leary and don't let them get one over on you!! Good luck

These guys are legit.Pull up and get your tire patched and reinstalled in less than 30 minutes.Prices are the lowest in town that I've seen so far, and I've been to alot of shops around here in town.Its quick and easy here. I like that

I have a foreign car that a lot of shops have either refused to work on or were going to charge a crazy amount. These guys are super nice and awesome! Price was more than reasonable and got the job done quickly for me. Won t take my car anywhere else for repairs or tires

My daughter and I came here on a Sunday to get a tire fixed. They were so fast and friendly. I can't say enough good things about them. We had just found a nail in our tire and needed fixed before Monday when other tire shops opened. This place was a great find and great pricing.

Wouldn't suggest taking your vehicle here. I had some exhaust work done, that they charged a ridiculous amount for, and 10 minutes after I left my check engine light comes on. Took it back and it was a bad O2 sensor... They never even bothered to read the code the first time I took it in. Then instead of offering to make it right they quoted me $85 just to change the sensor. I went down the street and had it done for $20 in 10 minutes. Awful people.*In response to the owners response... Yes I was quoted a price to do what I thought was a full exhaust system... What you did was hack up factory pipe and weld pieces in which is laughable at best. Oh and let's not forget you quoted me 145 for a Flowmaster muffler then put in a cheap "Flowsound" muffler that probably cost you $25. Actually between that at the wire for the welder that's all you had in materials yet you charged me almost $400 for an hour and a half of work. So yeah I was quoted a price but had no idea you'd use off brand trash or that you'd simply cut factory pipe and weld in a 2.5 inch in/out muffler to 1.75 inch pipe. Like I said, trash.

This is the second occurrence of the tire shop not properly mounting the wheel cover to the wheel after performing work. I've lost 2 wheel covers now after having work done here. $35 apiece. Otherwise, their prices are reasonable. Won't return.UPDATE: Called the shop Saturday morning and the person answering took my number and said someone would call me back. Still waiting for a call.To clarify, when I called to inform the shop that I had lost a wheel cover due to improper mounting, I was not offered a remedy at that point. I will wait and see if the owner returns my call.

They did good on our van and didn't take too long to get what we needed fixed. But one couldn't speak English that well but it's ok there was a guy there who could thankfully cause I couldn't understand him or him understand me. But thank you.

Driving through town and needed tire service. While everyone else I tried was out to lunch, these guys saw me right away. Luckily, I only needed air in my tires. Thanks guys!!

These guys know their stuff. They take a job that would take other places several hours to complete and get it done efficiently within 10 minutes. Always professional and they take the business seriously and put skill and heart into it. If you want it done, and at a very reasonable price I may add, Venados Tire Shop is the best around by miles.

These guys go above and beyond. Over the years juan specifically has helped me with many issues. They are extremely affordable and do quality work and have even helped me with stuff most tire shops wouldn't even mess with. Great guys, great prices, F A S T service.

I have no idea how this place has such good ratings. This guy took TWO WEEKS to work on our car, broke the adaptors we had spent $80 on to make our tires fit, threw attitude at my boyfriend about it (!!) and then still didn't even do the one thing we asked him to! He also had me buy 32 lug nuts ($70 worth), then sent me back to return 15 because he suddenly didn't need them anymore, then told me I needed to specially order 4! Took a week for them to come in, they told us it would be done in 30 minutes and 6 HOURS later they hadn't even started on it! Only when we said we were done and were going to take it elsewhere did they get to it. We walked away $150+ in the hole between the charges and damage he caused! Two weeks without our ONLY car! Will never go here again, and I'd recommend you don't waste your time to.

I got two used tires for the front and I like that their service was fast but I woke up the next day with a leak in my passenger tire. I had to constantly air it up since I didn t have an opening in my work schedule to change it. Finally got 4 new ones in Oklahoma, better ones too
