They charged me almost $100 for a basic oil change that would have cost me $40 at Walmart. They also left a rag under my hood on top of my motor. When I asked about it I was told that they didn't do it . When I asked why it was so much more than what I was quoted I was told that's how much they want to charge. They had already done the work so I had to pay . The oil is 7 per quart and I needed 5.5 they charged me $90 they all looked like they was on drugs . These people did not seem honest at all. Would not recommend coming here unless you want to be ripped off .

We got both of our inspections here. On my car, unbeknownst to me, I had a headlight out. They tried a new one, but it didn't work. It turned out to just be a fuse issue. Awesome guys here. Real friendly, clean & comfy waiting area with TV & coffee/water. I recommend going here!

Wow!!! Needed my brakes done, and they were amazing and affordable. The wait wasn't that long, and the atmosphere was home like. I'd highly recommend them.

Went in to get coolant flush. Paid and the guy told me that sure is a bad exhaust leak. Which my truck was running fine before took it in. Mind you they did not help me and talked to me like I was stupid when I asked if they were going to try and fix it. When I pulled down the road to pizza hut.. and checked my oil. That had white milky stuff.. it turns out a blown head gasket.. not an exhaust leak. He even told me it was ok to drive home.. so now without a vehicle. And not caring if my daughter and I made it home safe... Just wanted the money... Oh and there was still rusty fluids in my reservoir.. so not even sure if they flushed it.

They got my oil changed and got me out faster than I could get a burger from Braums. It's was pretty busy too. Prices are good. I'll definitely come back!

I have been taking my automobiles to Spee Dee Lube for years. Last year I even had them work on my A/C. A few days ago I needed some work down on my A/C and their mechanic worked diligently to get the problems taken care of. He even cleaned my carpet and it looks like new. I have been more than pleased with each one that works there. They always take care of my auto issues. Great Job Team!! NormaServices: Air conditioning, Oil change

Stueve and I love getting our oil changed here. It is quick and not a bad price. They also did our inspections this year. When mine failed, they recommended a great glass guy to fix the windshield that cause me to fail. Once I got it fixed they did the inspection again for free since it had been less than 30 days. We will continue to give them our business. Their staff is also very friendly.

Last oil change before switching to them was at a dealership.Had several oil changes on other cars here, no problems.Discovered a leak within 1k miles of an oil change. Cross threaded my oil pan and had to have it repaired at an open shop out of town on a Saturday.Didn t make it right.Roll of the dice going here.Service: Oil change

We were traveling thru from Wisconsin to North Texas on Xmas weekend. Oil leaking. We didn't expect anyone to be open; much less escape paying much of our travel money. However, Kyle didn't promise much and we came by. We were looking to move here and set up house viewing that day.Before we left, the mechanic had found the leak and told us the cost. The realtor picked us up and after viewing the first house, we got a call saying it was fixed.I'm still blown away. The day before Christmas Eve day and under $75. Honest, trustworthy, efficient, and great customer service. This earned our business for as long as we are here.Great job, great service guys

My car and I rolled into Spee Dee Lube on the Boulevard, out of oil and smoking, at 15 'til 5.The guys cooled her down, put oil in her, and cleaned her up. They weren't going home until I was back on the road.I was prepared to pay whatever they asked, because I mean, I was at their mercy.Those men wouldn't take a dime. They wished me a merry Christmas and sent me on my way.Highly recommended!

Paid what seems like a premium price for a oil change today, $85. Service was really fast, BUT they did not get the access cover to the oil filter put back on properly so that panel will now have to be replaced.

I had my oil changed here twice. It leaked both times. The first time was because they spilled oil on top of my transmission. The second time I took it back to them and they changed the oil filter gasket but they said it was not leaking from there or the drain plug. It continued to leak so I took it to Walmart for an oil change and guess what the leak has stopped. That tells me it was the filter or the drain plug. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to get your oil changed.Service: Oil change

I am very disappointed. I thought the service was great, seemed to be, but... Since getting my car back last September I've been taking it to Spee Dee Lube here in Neosho to have the oil changed. I've taken it in at least twice and every time they have marked that they checked the air filter. My car has been running so bad that I specifically asked for the air filter to be checked this last time a few weeks ago. It was marked on the paper as checked and not replaced. I decided to have my husband change it anyway because the car is running so bad and what he took out was totally unacceptable. It's not just dirty, there's even a huge chewed out area from mice, probably from where it sat almost 2 years before I took it in the first time. When you pay for the full service that's what you expect, especially when you specifically ask for them to check the air filter. Makes me wonder what else they claim they did and didn't.Service: Oil change

Very honest. Went in for an inspection and to have my tires rotated and balanced. The Mechanic doing the inspection advised I didn't need to rotate or balance the tires. Most any other shop would have been happy to just do the work and take my money.This is how a business should be ran.

Great service. I just love them. The prices are very fair. They will do everything possible to help you and in a timely manner. As someone who lives on a budget, I'm very grateful to have a go to place that I can count for fair price and great, complete work.

Needed radiator replaced. Did so in 2 hours for $320! Online I was reading $500 to $1500 for my vehicle. Good, cheap , price and no problens since!

Do not take your vehicle here!!! I made it clear to them not to touch the transmission fluid in a 2001 Dodge ram 2500 truck. The Spee Dee Lube in Rogers, AR, did this in the past and overfilled the fluid. This is very damaging to the transmission. I had to have the transmission rebuilt last time. The Spee Dee Lube in Neosho, MO, is not aphiliated with the one in Rogers. To all oil change facilities. If we don't ask touch touch the other fluids in our vehicles. I, after experiencing this before, made it clear to the guy running the front for them to make a note to never touch the fluid. He is no longer working there, but the damage is already done. 2nd expensive transmission rebuild due to an oil changer not knowing how to read the dipstick and overfilled my transmission fluid. So I would not recommend using this Spee Dee Lube.

These guys are always helpful, friendly, no BS, and get you right in. They have changed the oil in my truck a few times, picked up my vehicle from work, fixed my heat, diagnosed my AC compressor issue and were still friendly when I had to cancel a repair after getting the body shop to cover it under warranty.

Took my car in for an oil change got home it was leaking wasn't before. Cost me 410.00 then got home and was leaking they said it was water so put on a hose next for 30.00 still leaking put on another part cost 100.00 was very disappointedService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have been using Spee Dee Lube for over a year and they are really efficient! Of course they are located in Neosho. So I do the extra and go to Neosho. Want to know why? Well because I drive my car a lot and easily put on 5,000 miles in a few weeks. Okay I have them set up my next service at 5,000 instead of 3,000. They seem to be a place that can reset your maintenance due at 5,000. Plus they are very friendly and efficient.

CRAZY FAST and crazy friendly! These guys always take care of me even when I just went in to get help removing the bolts to my back passenger seating. I highly recommend them.
