Rons towing is awesome...I was in a ditch during the ice storm of Jan 8? and he pulled over when he saw me. Charged me less than he could have and went out of his way to not only tow me to a destination, with 2 flat tires. He also came back picked it up and took it to the tire shop so it would be there and done when I arrived. Rons towing A++ service!

I've used Ron's towing a couple of times now. Truck tow and tire roadside service. Reliable and fast response time. I would definitely recommend Ron's in Neosho!

My first experience with a tow happened to be with Ron's Towing and it was the easiest experience ever. Road side assistance contacted them and they had a driver in contact and on his way within 5 minutes. Once he arrived he was very fast and efficient. If I need towed again in that area, I will definitely be calling Rons.

I want to give a big thank you to Shelly, Aaron and Tom at Rons Auto for their dignity, respect and professionalism during my motor vehicle crisis that I had. first of all I am from Texas and not knowing any of the wrecker services or auto repairs i this beautiful state I had to depend on word of mouth. Rons Auto & Trailer came highly recommend not only by other businesses, but by their state highway patrol who stopped to check on me on the side of the road. I was only on the side of the road for approximately 15 to 20 minutes before Aaron arrived and immediately secured my truck and took it to their auto shop. while waiting for his arrival, I spoke to Shelly who is amazing and is their a secretary I cannot say enough about how much they all went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me since my truck had broke down and I needed to get back to Texas. they took every Avenue of approach in trying to get me and my truck back home. Shelly took me to the airport for a rental vehicle and ultimately had a car transport pick up my vehicle on Monday and this was on Thursday. I pray that GOD always watches over these fine people. I appreciate them more than they will ever know for all of their assistance. Me and my vehicle are now back in Texas. I could not have done this without their tremendous help. Thank you all and again may GOD bless you all.I highly recommend them; they are truly a five star company.

Myself and my brother inlaw were tow truck operator's for years so we know what to look for. We were picking up a tractor from Goodman, MO. This tractor did not run or have Steering so we called Rons ro winch and boom it straight on a gooseneck trailer. Ron. Was experienced and knew what he was doing!! He done a good job and had a reasonable price. Thank you sir!!!

Pretty helpful and kind crew here at this family-owned and operated trailer rental, sales, and automotive repair facility. They have alot of trailer repair, supply, equipment available. Do note that although there is not a direct off ramp from I-49, the time to travel over to their entrance is quute short. Consider them for livestock and utility trailer rentals, and other trailer and equipment needs.

I hired them for towing my truck and trailer .while towing truck they hit my trailer from side and I ask for insurance and he doesn t have insurance with him and he said send us invoice we will take care about it but when I did so they denied the whole incident .even we had pictures we took on incident time .So please don t use their towing service if you use towing and be careful to take care about insurance stuff.I rely on them and lose $4500 since I got repaired by $4500.

I was told one price over the phone and when I got there the price was different then they gotta really cool dog real friendly but ran up on my daughter and scared her and if I wouldn't have been quick to react probably would have knocked her over nice dog tho but in my opinion shouldn't just be running around up to customers like that

We were charged $1550 to buy back our stolen camper that was towed ro Ron s. It sat on their grass lot for almost amonth before we were informed it was there. I m sure Ron is happy with the money he made from us in a situation that was out of our control. We offered to pay half knowing he needs to make money but he would not take any less. Thanks for making us feel like we were robbed twice Ron. BTW he wouldn t talk to us, had his receptionist do it for him.

We bought a car from the man and as soon as we left the lot, it broke down. We finally got it home and found out it had a blown head gasket and had been for a while. After contacting them and asking if we could just get money back, he refused. It broke down again and we had to sell it after being out over a thousand dollars for a car. Dont buy anything from them or do business with them.

Writing my first Google review to say that this place is great. They picked my car up on a Sunday, when they weren't even technically working, and did a great job replacing my power steering pump and serpentine belt. Nice people, great business.

Have a 09 quest someone else was suppose to fix but messed up. Told them the details and they thought they could fix. Took a week for them to pick up. After they got it they decided they were no qualified to fit it. After three months I had to pay a different tow company to pick it up. I guess they were too busy. They did a good job, I think, replacing the heater core on our old car. They were also suppose to bleed the brakes on our old car but I think they forgot to. I think they are ok but would not bring anything else there.

This is the only place I call when I can't get my Jeep to keep runnin. They are a friendly and knowledgeable group of people, and are kind enough to give me a courtesy call if the parts or labor are going to be a little more costly which is always a positive in my book. Very quick about getting back to me when/if I call them. And when I pick up my vehicle what was said was gonna be done was done and what was broken is fixed. I highly recommend them to anyone with car troubles.

I don't even give this man a half of star!!! Worst experience ever. My son rolled our car and he got the call to tow from the state police. We called to see what we owed him and when we got there he upped his fee by $125!! He took us in a bad situation, we we're 2 hours from home, he just seen easy money. You don't take advantage of someone when you are in a state of shock! Well you just don't take advantage of people.

They ransacked my friend's van. Overcharged him too; charged him $65 a day storage fee! Licenced to steal! What a racket!

I called this place looking for someone to tow my truck two miles. Just back to my house. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude the entire time i was talking to her trying to get a price estimate. Not to mention they would charge me literally 2x more than anywhere else in the area.I wouldn't recommend this place for towing services.

The lady in the office is more knowledgeable about trailer axles than the guys in big shops I have spoke to. A+ service. Highly reccomend!

We called to check the price to tow our vehicle 2 miles. The lady acted disgusted to even have to talk to me then quoted me a price almost twice what everyone else charges. Save your time and call someone else.
