Wow! These guys are great. Honest and respectful. I was so worried moving here from Massachusetts and finding an auto shop that was honest and reliable.My neighbor found them when he moved here and recommended Wiseman tire to me for a front end alignment an said I can't go wrong, and he was 100% correct.It was a bit longer than he said but I would rather it take more time and do it right then to rust it.I couldn't beat the price. $30 less then some of the other shops around Neosho wanted.One less thing I have to stress about when my Tundra needs work.I know right where to go.

We recently stopped in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. We received EXCEPTIONAL service and will absolutely be using them exclusively moving forward with all of our vehicles!

Michael is the best! I was losing air in a rear tire. I stopped in no appointment, he took my car and fixed the tire and I was out within 10 to 15 minutes.Thanks a bunch Michael you re great!!

Paid for an alignment in September last year they did not tell me my a arm was completely trashed. Bought a brand new 400$ set of tires thinking I was all good and now the are bald. Left me with an unsafe vehicle a few weeks later when the bushing moved. Fixed the a arm and they aligned it again. I told them about the previous issue and they did nothing. 200$ and a set of tires later my car I take my tires to another place to get rotated and they tell me oh your alignment is bad your tires are bald inside. Do not recommend for this service.

Needed a tire pressure sensor replaced and called around for prices. R&C was the least expensive, so I stopped by a little later. They were pretty busy, so I ended up having a bit of a wait, I was told at the beginning there would be a wait, and I was fine with that. About an hour later, my car was done, and I was on my way, with the tire pressure warning light gone from my dash. Very professional people here. I'll be back. My truck needs a pressure sensor too.

I am so impressed with this place! They were friendly and very honest about my vehicle. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, as well as made an appointment for an alignment and balance. When they looked at my tires, they saw one of them was bad and showed me the tire before even taking it off. They told me the rest of my tires looked great and that I really didn t need a rotation. Upon finishing my vehicle, they also told me they didn t believe I needed an alignment or balance as the rest of my tires were looking great. I cannot express how much I appreciate their honesty and allowing me to save some money.

Needed new tires for our Jeep Compass, although they didn't have in stock they were able to freight the tires fast!! The car rides so nice now and new Cooper tires with an awesome warranty!! The guys that helped me were friendly and it took little less than an hour with them being busy to put on 4 tires!!

These gentlemen were amazing, I came in with a piece of metal in my tire and about 90+ miles from home. I had my daughter with me and heavily preggo, they took care of everything. They were polite to me and my daughter, they didn't have a tire but called and found one and someone went to go pick it up.I apologize that I can't remember any of their names but every one of them were amazing.I definitely would stop there again if I needed to!You guys were amazing and thank you once again!!!

I had to run over here this morning in hopes of having a tire repaired. I waited about 5-10 minutes total and they fixed me right up. Very, very nice people and very quick service. Cheap too! I'd recommend them any day!

I had a tire going down and knew I didn't have long before it was flat. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The employees were super friendly and joked around with me. It was actually a pleasant visit to a somewhat unpleasant situation. The price to fix a flat was cheaper by $2 than where I normally go. They're my go to people from now on.

Love this place! I had car troubles and my dad was getting his truck fixed there so they let us work on my vehicle in the parking lot. Every time we had a question they answered it very politely and offered help, they also let us use there tools when we didn t have the right ones. I love this place they are definitely a 10/10!

I went there to get an inspection on my new car. They wouldn't pass it because of balled front tires on. They said they had 2 used tires and I said to go ahead put them on. Well I noticed yesterday evening one of the tires they put on has a really bad leaking valve stem & keeps constantly going flat. Well they will be hearing from me Monday after I get off. They better fix their mistake and get me a NONE LEAKING GOOD TIRES!

Had my 3 tires mounted and balanced by them, after about 2 months I had a different shop take a look at all three tires and they had to be re-balanced also I had to have a new wheel stub and lug nut put on because it had been cross threaded on one of the wheels they had put a new tire on me for. after asking for a refund I was told that they wouldn't because "It had been two months and that the weights can fall off while driving"

These guys are friendly, experienced, and don't cost an arm and a leg. I went to get an alignment, found out I had a bad ball joint, and left with the knowledge needed to get my truck in shape before returning to get a $55 alignment. Would definitely recommend that you go here before mistakenly choosing Walmart.

Had a tire go out on me they had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes I am so grateful for all that you guys did to help me get back on the road thank you great job I saw a technique today that I never seen a tire guy did pull and snatch I was impressed

I popped one of my tires on the highway. I then found that I did not have a spare tire!! GEICO assistance got me a tow truck and took me to Wiseman Tire. They took great care of me and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. They are exceptional people!!!

Rolled up, no appointment. Asked for a tire rotation. They got us in the shop within 15 minutes, and they were done within 5 minutes.
