Would I return: YesFirst time to visit this shop. Made an appointment for alignment a couple days out. Arrived and had a pleasant check-in.Returned a couple hours later. Our vehicle drives nice and straight and for a reasonable shope rate.Great customer service!

Quite a long wait for an inspection, called ahead, got there at 745, still had to wait till 830. Luckily it was fast.Pricing was consistent and fair. No work done, just inspection.

On December 14, 2021, at the suggestion of Pro Lube of Neosho, I replaced two Cooper Endeavor xl 285/45/22 tires. The tires I replaced had also been sold to me by Pro Lube. Pro Lube mounted and balanced the tires along with an alignment. On December 28, 2021, exactly two weeks after purchase, one of the new tires came apart on Interstate 40 near Conway Arkansas. I notified Pro Lube before the vehicle was moved and received no assistance other their request that I keep them informed. After I replaced both tires that I had just purchased from Pro Lube, I provided them with a bill for the replacement and repairs to my vehicle. Pro Lube said they had turned it over to their insurance carrier and both adjuster and rep from Cooper tire would be in touch. To date no contact and no reimbursement from Pro Lube. I had to give them a one star in order to post. Also our twin baby granddaughters were in the vehicle at the time. See photos.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

We have used them in the past and was very happy with the service it was mid week when we did this. When we used them on a Saturday I was shocked. They looked like monkeys fumbling through the work. They dented the hood of my van while they were checking the suspension. So note to all who want good work from them go through the week not weekends.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

It's very busy and a little pricey (forget making payments, they're no longer flexible), but you cannot find a better vet than Dr Gary (Gary France).His front desk folks aren't too friendly or knowledgeable, but they have to put up with the Mrs scrutinizing every move and comment, so it's understandable.I don't know, it's a lot of hurdles to get thru to Dr Gary.

Very friendly staff. Very through work. Had a vehicle inspection didnt really know how long they took found several things wrong that I didn't even know that passed but recommended might start thinking about replace some parts. Had a tail light out asked if I wanted him to fix it or buy my own. Not pushy or force to let them fixed it , I had bulbs at home so i fixed it and passed reinspect definitely going to continue to use when I need them.

I am so thrilled to have found Prolube. Outstanding service. Great guys to work with. Clean and pleasant waiting area. Prolube repaired trailer brakes on my truck, changed oil on three vehicles, and did diagnostics on all three vehicles. I will never go anywhere else for vehicle or trailer service. I met the owner on my third appointment there and he is very nice and down to earth. So happy to know about this place. THANK YOU PRO LUBE!!!!!! We have gone to Pro-lube for 20+ years. They are always professional and respectful no matter which one of us is there. They have always been available when we've needed service and answer all our questions. I would recommend them to anyone oil changes, tires, repairs etc.

These guys are great! Would highly recommend! I don't know much about my vehicle's (my husband always took care of them, he passed away a couple of months ago) they explained everything that was needed and had patience with all my questions.

I do not live in the Neosho area. So personally have not used their services. But as a vendor for multiple products. I have never been treated negatively. His staff is extremely knowledgeable and great interaction. Keep up with the great work environment Chris and Crew!

They do excellent work very friendly I bring my own car there & my company car the only thing that's hard is u need a appointment & with the company car it is hard to make a appointment because they r driven everyday all day but when I can get it in there it's all good plan on using them as much as possible

Brought my Dodge in with a significant oil leak. They diagnosed what needed to be fixed and talked me through the problem. They also had it fixed same day! They were very professional and treated me like I've been having my car services there for years! I highly recommend this place. I started taking my car in back in October of 2020 and will continue to take it to them. It's nice finding a repair shop you feel you can trust.Service: General repairs & maintenance

A wonderful and trustworthy company. I loved the ability to schedule my appointment online. The service was great and fast. After they serviced my truck I noticed a small scratch on the door of my truck and when I mentioned this they fixed it. Thank you to the great people at ProLube!

Absolutely wonderful people. They treat you right, and when they fix something, it is fixed. If they are in doubt, as can happen, they let you know and always keep you in the loop on what needs to happen.Took my new-to-me van in because the service engine light came on, and there were some minor irritations, such as the charging port stopped working. One fuse, one loose bolt tightened, and a catalytic converter on order, and I was back on the road in thirty minutes.Catalytic converter installed, and runs so much better!

They do a good job. Professional environment. Prices are high. Nearly as high as the dealership. But they get you in faster and get the work done when they say they will.Also, they are open till 7pm. That's very handy.
