Went to get a flexplate replaced when I went and picked up my vehicle they said nothing was wrong with my one that was on it but they replaced it anyway and cost over 500 dollars and it sounded worse than then I dropped it off so I had used them once before but I won't ever use them again. Replace good parts and not talk to the customer first no way just a good way to take ppls money

They replaced my water heater, thermostat & serpentine belt & everything seems to be working well.I'll admit I had sticker shock when I got the bill but I didn't ask for a quote first & it has been awhile since I've used a mechanic. Advice always get a quote first , avoid the surprise.

I took in an older vehicle 2002 Nissan Frontier with a couple problems one was obscure and hadn t been resolved by other shops. They narrowed it down and solved both problems. Brought in my WRX due to a piping issue. I was certain I'd have to replace the whole system but the rep just threw on a bracket and it was good as new in no time flat. Save be hundreds of dollars and a lot of stress.

The experience My fiancee & me had at Neosho Performance Muffler & Auto Repair so far was and is amazing! Von. The owner of the shop and his employee Logan. They take their time to listen to whatever the customer (such as ourselves) explain what may be wrong with our car. They give the best advice on what they may think is wrong with our car and have us set up an appointment to bring our car in. Talk about fast service! They have worked on our car 4 differnt times. I may of had to work on my days off to pay for these expenses, but definitely well worth it! We went and had our car looked at on what is causing our car to still misfire for about a month now. 2 or 3 people have told us 3 different things on what the problem could be. We even looked online earlier today. To search what the problem is and or may be. I couldn't wait for my work day to end! We took our car to Neosho Performance Muffler & Auto Repair today after work. I told the owner of the shop that our car is still misfirning. Right off the bat, the owner found out what the problem is! He went out of his way and took his time not only to do what we feel is a thorough check to find why our car is still misfiring, but he actually found out why our car is misfiring and fixed the problem that another mechanic had done. We are very well pleased! Not only for his and his employees kindness, but also for their help, time, and generosity! Very friendly and honest people! My fiancee & me wish we knew about Performance Muffler & Auto Repair sooner, but we know about them now and would recommend anyone for thier services. Great place to get your exhaust worked on. They hooked up my exhaust from the headers back in just under 2 hours. Great alignment, couldn't have asked for better. I'll add pictures if I can figure out how.

Had a problem with black thing that is in front under the car. I was from out of town. Very nice attendant looked at it, popped it back in place, no charge. Would recommend this business.

Didn't even acknowledge us when we went up to him while he was talking with a customer. Just chit chatting. He looked at us twice but just continued the pointless conversation. Will not be returning since they clearly dont want business.
