I highly recommend Neosho Collision Center!We had a wait to get our vehicle in as they were just recovering from Covid but once we did.....it was absolutely worth the wait!We assumed we had minor cosmetic issues after being hit by a thrown semi tire tread on the highway but they were so very thorough throughout the entire process, showing us all the hidden damage beneath our vehicle and fixing every single one and in a very short time, including damaged radiator, AC, headlight and fog light.They even returned it to us new car clean.SUPER Friendly, thorough, professional, and exceptional in work ethic! No wonder they were the only place near that came up as our USAA insurances trusted business!I will recommend this business to everyone I know!

I googled an auto repair near me and chose the place for its good reviews and I have no regrets chose them. Most of my front driver side was pretty damaged from being backed into. Picked up my wife's car after dropping it off Monday late afternoon picked up Friday. Mike cotton and his wife and team are amazing did such a good job with my wife's car making it look new again and fixing extras and washing my wife's car plus adjusting her headlights as well!! This place is simply amazing! They got the car repaired quickly, even cleaned it before it was returned to us. The work done was remarkable!! Customer service was above and beyond what we expected. We won't go anywhere else!

Gets the job done but quality and attention to detail are lacking. Very nice people but I had to sit in office around 3 hours waiting for my car after they had called me and said the car was ready to pick up.

These guys do excellent work and are very easy to work with. I have used them for three vehicles with great results. They keep you informed and up to date regarding the status of your vehicle. I wouldn't use any other auto body shop.

My second time to bring my car for repair and always very satisfied. They did an excellent job and had me informed daily and both owners are very professional and had no problem returning my rent a car as well because they all did that for me. They did a great job from start to finish! They are very knowledgeable and took the time to get me a fair estimate. The scheduled me timely and finished the work as scheduled. They kept me posted with regular text messages about progress, they cleaned my entire car and explained the work completed when I picked it up! Couldn't ask for a better experience! Down to earth people with excellent customer service. They made a really bad situation a pleasant experience. I simply cannot be more satisfied. I hit a deer in my brand new 2020 f150 a week after I got it. All of the employees and owners took great care of my truck while it was in their shop. Due to covid Ford parts are hard to come by (back ordered) which my husband and i knew ahead of time so we were ready for a possibility in delays. We also had a huge weather delay and shipping delays, both out of their hands.They still got it done in amazing time and detailed if for me. I couldn't even tell I hit a deer and would ten out of ten recommend them to anyone who needs work done, and would take my vehicles back to them even though you never hope to get in a situation to need to go back I know it would be taken care of. When I walked into the building and met them it was all positive energy and they all seemed very passionate about the work. I knew before I dropped the truck off it was in very good hands. My car had extensive front right damage due to an accident. This is the only USAA authorized repair facility in my area so I chose it. I am ecstatic with the end result and how I was treated. Text updates from Ann kept me apprised every step of the way. Ann and Mike explained the process and the likely time involved at the beginning and they delivered my car one day earlier. All hidden damage was found and repaired, too. Between this shop's expertise and professionalism, and USAA's great claim service, I feel like a lot of stress was removed from me. We had our car in after a deer hit and this shop didn't absolutely outstanding job with repair keeping us informed and being some of the friendliest people I've ever had the privilege of knowing. They were friendly and very prompt in their greeting and work. I know where the damage is on my vehicle and I can't see where the work was done. Had to have major body work completed due to deer running into front driver's side of car.
