Proud to not only call Mr and Mrs fix it my friends but also my mechanic shop who I wholeheartedly. Trust with my repair needs and know that they will be fair on the price , As they have always got me in relatively quickly and got my vehicles fixed so I could be back on the road thank you guys for everything and we continue to pray that your business continues to grow as you allow God to use you in our community God bless

In town for the holidays from AZ and the Low Oil Pressure Warning Light came on. Called Mr. Fix It and they got me in right away. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it later that day. They even gave me a ride to my in laws until it was fixed and offered to come and pick me up to get my car. Can't say enough how polite and accommodating they were to get me going and very fair on price. Will definitely use Mr. Fit It again if I ever need to!

Do not take to this shop. Will sell you overpriced and less quality parts. They are a sham and no one should conduct business with them.Overpriced and not worth anyone's time.UpdateFacts. The transmission you tried to sell me for $ 3500 had a 3yr(36000 )warranty. The transmission, I was wanting shipped to you cost $2400 and has 5 year (unlimited mile warranty.Also you were going to charge me an additional 600 handling fee or "markup"on the part .so tell the whole truth. BTW I'm a disabled veteran that is on a fixed income. , I cannot afford unreasonable price gouging.Update 2: So you admit that your shop is inept in business and that you only have yourself in mind. Not the interest of customers. Must have been gouging customers for years. Maybe now they will know who you really are.

Recently discovered this auto shop and am very impressed. They were able to get my car diagnosed and fixed up in a timely manner. Very good communication AND They even offer ride service at no additional charge so you can continue your day while they do the work. I definitely appreciated Jolie picking me up when the work was done and taking me back to the shop. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly!Service: Auto maintenance

My vehicle had been having intermittent overheating problems. I had in the last month had a thermostat, new radiator cap replaced that did not solve the overheating problems. Mr. Fixit did not work on it until today. Took it to a dealership whom replaced the water pump around Memorial Day. About a week-10days later it started overheating again. Called on a Thursday afternoon after calling the dealership whom could not get me in for 2 weeks (unless someone cancelled). Found Mr. Fixit. Read the reviews called and they worked me in on Friday. They did a driving diagnostic and found a sensor which can cause overheating. They went above and beyond my expectations. Price was reasonable. I was pleased to do business with them. Their customer service was most excellent. No knock on the other folks I took it to, but they never told me about doing a driving diagnostic. Maybe they did but failed to tell me. I have found a good place to take my 18 year old car. An overall excellent experience.

This is a small family owned business, very honest and trustworthy. He was able to look at my jeep wrangler within a days notice and even taught me things I didn't know about it. I do recommend them and I will use them again.

I had made an appointment here at Mr. Fix it because I ve had a couple family members refer me who have also taken vehicles there, and they always seem to be happy with the work that they perform there at their shop. I have a 2011 Cadillac Escalade and it had a bad front crank shaft position sensor. They replaced the sensor at a fairly decent price and got me my vehicle back in a decent amount of time as well. I m very happy with the work that they did and I will definitely use them in the future. Definitely recommend anyone that needs mechanical work done to their vehicle. They also have payment plan options. If you re in a situation where you can t pay out-of-pocket granted the interest rates are outrageous, but if you re in a tight spot and you have to do what you Gotta do, it s there for you. 5 stars!

Let me start off by saying I'm a mechanic myself. Brought in my car for a very simple oil change that I received as a Christmas gift. They saw my dodge Challenger as dollar signs the minute we walked in. They took the keys and less than 2 minutes later found a "Huge Problem" that they said was going to cost a thousand dollars to fix. A problem that I most certainly would have been aware of before we went to this shop. Asked to speak with shop owner and he refused to speak to us in person. They claimed they checked the cabin and intake air filter and clearly did not. The only reason I decided to give these guys a chance was because my grandmother recommended them, not knowing she was being taken advantage of every time she walked in the door. They quoted a brake job that would cost 60 dollars in parts and an hours labor at 600 dollars. Please do not bring your vehicles here THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE.They act like nice kind Christian people all the while robbing our neighborhood blind. People trust you, shame on your shop for taking advantage of kind, caring, hardworking families.Service: Oil change

I take my truck in for oil changes and every time I've had to bring it back bcuz something wasn't done. As in None of the reservoirs being checked as in washer fluid,coolant or transmission fluid.

I had an unexpected emergency w/ my jeep, and not only did they squeeze me in, but Jolie drove me to work and then picked me up after work and drove me to my car! Jolie and David are both so kind, and the service was great, as well. Great service at a good price. My son's transmission died and I was able to procure a good used transmission, but it was too big a job for us to replace ourselves. After using the same mechanic since I was 16, (11 years)I needed a new place to go since my mechanic retired last year. My car ended up needing towed to my house bc of suspected transmission trouble. They got me in on short notice, did a diagnostics test, and it was actually a simple fix. The prices are great, the location is great, but the service given by them was nothing short of amazing. We have three vehicles and will definitely be taking all 3 to only them. Thank you for the amazing service!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Yes, the owners are nice, but we felt they overcharge. We had taken our SUV in for an alternator and was told a hose to the transmission needed replaced. We were charged 8 hours of labor for a rusted bolt! We were told they worked on it for 8 hours...really? Then, a couple of days later, a hose busted and transmission poured out while we were driving on the highway. We were told it wasn't the hose they replaced! Really? Then, we pick our vehicle up from them and drove for an hour and stopped at Sonic to eat and the vehicle wouldn't start!!! They came and jumped our battery, and we were told we needed to let the vehicle run for a while since it was off with them working on the alternator. So bad experience and questionable on all the issues we had. Final note, transmission went out a month later, and we had to get a new transmission! Not saying from them...but the other mechanic place had the same issue with rusted bolts, but they charged the price the quoted and didn't add more labor cost. They just soaked the bolts.

My family and I were traveling back home to Omaha when our van started to have issues. With the help of another family caravanning with us and a diagnostic test at O Reilly we determined it was the alternator. It was Sunday night and being from out of town we chose Mr. Fix It as the place to drop our car off. Man I m glad we did. My family had gone back to Omaha with the other family and I hoped I could get the van repaired on Monday. Mr. Fix It called me Monday morning and said they could get me in, came to my hotel to pick up the keys, and came to pick me up after the repairs. They went above and beyond, and made what could have been a stressful situation a very enjoyable one. Can t thank the staff at the shop enough for their help and desire to get me back on the road safely! Would definitely recommend working with them!!

We are new to the area we needed a good Mechanic I received a quote from another mechanic on Neosho. Then went to Mr. Fix he told me there was no problem it wasn't needed! Since then I have gone to them they did a great job and very fair on pricing. I recommend them now.

We moved to Neosho about a year ago and started taking our mowers, small engines, and hand tools to Mr. Fix it and we are always pleased with their service. Their price is always fair and they are quick with getting our items back to us! Him and his wife are extremely friendly, exactly what you would expect from a small town service shop!

I have been using Mr. Fix It since they opened in their old location, and David has helped me out with about every project I could imagine needing his help with. What started with some riding lawn mower repair work has turned into a great friendship, and the only mechanic that I let work on my personal vehicle. I know whether it's an issue with my van, my lawnmower, or a call about an issue I'm having with my freezer he will gladly do all that he can to help!
