Took my 7 yr old Scagg mower in for a tune up and other various issues. It was the beginning of April, peak mower season. They worked me in quickly knowing that I was in a rush. Melissa was great, everyone very concerned and helpful although they were slammed this time of year. Owner was very professional and courteous. Mower runs great. Thank you! I will be back.

Good honest people working here and I can't stress that enough.Anyone who says otherwise in my opinion simply has a bad attitude or a severe "all about me" complex.They got my Cub Cadet running perfectly, and my wife's zero turn running perfectly too.When all was said and done, I had needed some two stroke (oil) at time of pick-up after paying for the mower repairs I had forgotten to get it last minute, after I remembered I grabbed a couple of bottles and they gave me them for free.It's the little things about a business they do for you, that they don't have to that are always remembered, and I certainly have.10/10 guys much thanks!

Great little store very friendly people had good conversation about generators and lp conversions. They sell and repair all small engine stuff. Ton of parts for lot of equipment. They will special order anything you need. I will be back.

Took a saw in for rebuild set for 4 months and just picked up with nothing done yet I don't think they where capable of rebuild was the problem 181se to 288xp was the rebuild

Purchased a used mower from them and they delivered the mower to me at no charge. Had a slight issue with the mower on day one. Was nothing major but they went above and beyond my expectations. Ordered the part and hand delivered it as soon as it came in. I don t even live in same town as they do. ToMy shock they did not charge me forThe parts. These guys are doing it right. Thank you for the awesome pre owned mower and your amazing customer service.

Went to get a part for my mower, had the part number I needed. After spending over 30 minutes with them cross checking numbers, I still ended up with the wrong part. Now I have to waste more time returning it and hopefully get the right part. Service was friendly, just slow. Wish I had gotten the right part, and not have to make another trip there. Gas is still expensive.UPDATE!!Went to return the part, only to be told that it could not be returned, as it was an "electrical" part. It was a magneto. So, I'm stuck with a part I can't use. Thanks a lot. I'll never be back.

Took 2 saws in to be worked on. Was told I could pick them up that day. Got them back 3 days later not repaired. Was charged for a gas cap and told the fine saw was tuned got it home and same problems I had before. Other saw had t been touched. I do not revomend them to anyone.

Mower Pro s customer service is top notch! When I purchased a mower from them, they delivered it to my house for me and gave me personal hands-on instructions/demonstrations on how to use it safely. When spring arrived, they offered to pick my mower up, take it in for a quick service, and brought it back. If you want excellent customer service, Mower Prio is the best!

Where have the days gone when customer service meant something? You used to be able to walk into a business and get help with what you needed, beyond looking up what the computer says you need.I needed a lawn mower belt and I didn't have the model number for my 14 year old mower. I brought in my broken belt so they could match it up with a new one. That was apparently beyond their willingness to serve a customer. I asked the lady behind the counter if she could grab a couple of belts and see if we could match one up. She basically told me they had too many different belt to do that with.It's their business and they have a right to run it the way they see fit, that's on them. I'm just disappointed that a small locally owned business wouldn't take the time or make the extra effort to help beyond typing a number in a computer and telling me if they have the part or not.

I have gone here on multiple occasions to buy parts for my snapper mower. (Its a snapper dealer) I'm either sold the wrong part or they dont have it in stock. Honestly just order it on Amazon it will be cheaper and you'll get it faster.

My small snow blower had not started in several years. Picked it up almost a month ago and finally used it this morning.Two pulls, started and cleared my drive in tons less time and effort. Thank you Mower Pro Plus!

Great people. Always do their best to accomodate me. Just loaned a string trimmer to me while mine was in being repaired. Haven't had a dealer do that or even offer that to me until yesterday.

$1157.43 repairWe have always believed in supporting small businesses.Although the wound is still raw, what follows will be unemotional statement of fact:We live on a 5 acre plot. We bought a 61" Simplicity zero turn radius mower from Mower Pro Plus at the 4 States Farm Show south of Pittsburg, KS. We live north of Pittsburg, KS. The mower has always been kept in our garage. It looked new-- paint still shiny and body free of rust.Every year, at the end of mowing season, we took the mower to their shop in Neosho, MO to be serviced. It was pricey to do this but we thought they were experts with Simplicity mowers and we wanted to do our part to keep our mower maintained.In June 2020 we were mowing and the motor started smoking. The husband and son came with a trailer and pushed our mower onto the trailer then drove away with it. After hearing nothing from them 10 days later we called to check on it. The wife told us our mower was next in line. Three days later she called, told us there is a filter on the motor that was never changed & due to this the filter clogged & caused the engine to overheat, blowing a rod & destroying the engine.Remember, we paid them to service this mower every year.The wife then told us that the mower was no longer under warranty but this exact same situation had just happened with another of their customers with the same mower as ours, also out of warranty, & her husband had spent a lot of time on the phone, was able to get that customer's out of warranty mower a new engine at no cost other than the labor to install it. She said her husband would try to do the same for us, that he doesn't take 'No" for an answer. Days went by, we called them again. We were told that we would have to pay for our motor, but the cost would cover them hauling it back to our property "ready to mow"On August 6, 2020, their 16 year old son brought a mower on a trailer to our driveway. At first glance, I didn't recognize it. The paint was chalky, there were noticeable areas covered with rust, the roll bar was off, one front tire was flat & the other front tire needed air. I told the young man I didn't think it was our mower. He confirmed our name, said this was our mower, said they had not kept our mower under their lean-to so it had been outside in the elements this whole time. He didn't know why the roll bar was off.He unloaded the mower, with effort replaced the roll bar, now held in place with rusted metal,took our check for $1,157.43& left. As another aside, the mower left our house with a full tank of gas, was returned with less than half a tank of gas.We drove to Pittsburg, KS to Auto Zone, spent $60 on products to remove oxidation, came back, applied 4 bottles of product trying to fix the damage. It helped remove some of the rust & chalky paint surface but the mower still looks much older than it did 3 months ago.Both front tires were now completely flat even though we hadn't moved the mower from the spot where it had been unloaded.We drove back to Pittsburg, KS to another store, bought sealant for off- road tires, removed the inside of both valve stems, added sealant to both tires, replaced inside of valve stems, aired them up. One of the tires started blowing bubbles around the valve stem, immediately went flat again. We will have to take this tire off Monday & find a tire shop to either repair or replace it.We started the mower & without moving it, slowly increased the engine speed. It sputtered, we can no longer push the accelerator stick to full throttle as we did prior to this repair. We left the motor idling & within 3 minutes it had died.Bullet points:*We were not treated with the same courtesy as another customer with an identical mower that is out of warranty*Our mower was not respected & cared for when it was in their care*Our mower was not returned to us "ready to mow" as they promised*We paid $1,157.43 & got our mower returned with chalky paint, rust, roll bar down, & flat tires

Slower than molasses when it's 40 below zero. Dropped my chain saw off & it laid around for 3 weeks & it wasn't even looked at, there before I just decided to take it some where else for repair. I'm not sure if I would bring a bycicle to them for repair.

Didn't tell me what was wrong. Got mower back in peices. Had to wait and was out of town when they left messsge. Take your stuff to Seneca to get it fixed. You will be happier.
