We have been shopping and getting repairs here for 20+ years. We have always received good service. I just wish they were open longer on Saturday.

They gave my son in law a quote of $50 to rebuild a carborator for a honda . Then when i went in , it jumped to $65 to rebuild it . Then when i went back to pick it up , it jumped to $102+ to get it ! I specifically asked , " how much to revuild this honda (type) , and he said $65 ! No consistancy at all in pricing ! GET IT IN WRITING ! After a while we took the carburator apart to fix a leak ! He did not put 1 new gasket or replace 1 old part on the carburator ! But he got his money ! Dont trust him !

I highly recommend you take your bike here...I took my bike to a place in Carl Junction, and just got charged money without getting what I needed fixed...At Casey's these guys talk with you about what you want, and can fix what previous people cobble up. Thank you so much to everyone at Casey's Road and Race ! You do great work !

Oil filter for our 4 wheeler was less than $10 here and less than half what it is in Joplin. Guy here said he'd be sure to have this filter on hand whenever we needed another if we'd call 2 days prior with a price guarantee to always be less than everyone else. Also had prior customer records on hand in the computer from purchases over 25 years ago. Updated customer records with current info and he couldn't have been nicer, hard to find customer service like this anymore.

These guys are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm new to operating a chainsaw so I wanted to get as much information as I could prior to purchasing. Highly recommended!
