Worst car shop in the 4 states!The GM with The bad shoulder & the bad attitude treats Women like absolute trash. Refuse to tell people where their vehicles are at when they re being serviced says it s none of your business if we are paying the bill . Hateful towards children when they re inside the business. Has no respect for anybody who s there getting a car. No people skills, talks to you like you re stupid.I absolutely do not recommend neosho car mart!!

Sue and Skylar helped my mom and I get into a bigger family car and we couldn t be more thankful!! We really needed it and they were right there ready to help us make the trade! Very kind and extremely good with people! I wouldn t want to go anywhere else to make such a big decision!!!

I had gotten into an accident that morning, Christopher was able to get me into a new vehicle same day. He was very compassionate and dedicated to providing my family with not only extremely exceptional customer service but a nice solid car so that I could keep my life on track. Highly recommended by a more than grateful family.

Not very happy with this place. Was made a lot of promises and they haven't kept any of them waited 3 weeks for a car on the day I went to pick it up late in the day so they could have enough time for the silicon to dry on the sun roof was told not to wash it for 24 hours and if I brought it back on Friday they would wash it get the oil changed and the car inspected so I made the 50 mile trip. Was told when I got there they had no idea what I was talking about so she went to talk to someone then came back and told me to take it down the road and they was going to charge the oil since it was already inspected I didn't have to worry about that I didn't know that was the last day it was good. And was told that if I wanted my car washed I would have to come back the next day I said I can wash it myself cheaper than the cost of gas to drive back there. There's silicone all over the car, the hood the windshield down the side of the car. The check engine light is on and they said they would leave a message for their shop man to call me back so now I'm waitingNot very happy with the whole experience

Sold me a car with missing lug nuts on every wheel, tires were not put on properly and rims were damaged. They emailed me and said it wasn t their problem after I almost crashed off the side of the road from their horrible car inspection they claim was legal

Car Mart of Neosho, Chris, Katie, James, and Sue have always treated me so good! I'm on my third vehicle with them and they've always gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm happy with my car and have a good experience with them. Times are hard and sometimes things happen, these guys have always been willing to help me and words can't say how much I appreciate them!!! I love my car and I'll keep buying from this lot until something crazy happens and they aren't there anymore.

Amazing service by Kyle Jennings and Skyler Spencer, thank you for getting me in the vehicle I wanted. They worked with me to keep my payments low and get me in a good vehicle. Also would like to thank the rest of the staff for helping out and staying late to Finnish my paper work. Great job......

I have had now my 5th vehicle from Car-Mart, and not once have I ever been disappointed with what I get from them. Neosho Car-Mart you all are the best. They made sure even though it was after hours that we finally got the paperwork done due to complications with the system, they still stayed late to make sure I got into a safer ride than what I had. Thank you all so very much, now I feel safe to have my children in the car with me.

My daughter went in there they told her with a down-payment of 760.00 her payments would be 373.00. Then get her documents and they say 735.00. This place is a disgrace and way to take advantage of a young person. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!

The wife and I went in and bought a car, well made a deal to buy a car. The vehicle was broken, so we asked that it be fixed prior to signing the paperwork and taking delivery. The sales manager and the sales guy we were working with both agreed and sent the car off. The even took the cars file and wrote a note on the folder to call us when it returned from the shop to call us so we could come in and sign papers and take delivery. I even called in a couple of times asking about the status.Then it happened. I called in yet again and spoke with the sales guy. He informed me that he was waiting for the title. I asked why, we were only waiting for the car to get fixed. He let me know that the car had been fixed but that it was sold to someone and then they returned it. When asked it there was another car of equal value on the lot he said no, that we should go to Carthage and pick one out.Things that make you go hmmmmmmUPDATEWe received a letter stating that they cannot extend financing to us at this time (03-29-2023). First they approve us with 0 down, then send the car to the fix it place, then sell it out from underneath us, then decide they cannot help us.......With all the awards that dealers manager has one, makes me think he created the awards himself.

Honestly the staff is super friendly they re very much for the people they really do do their best to help you and I recommend this Carmart over any Carmart I have been to and I have been to a few I literally recommend this Carmart they are super nice like you don t feel they re going to put you into a junk car just so they could get the commission no they literally work with you they make sure that you can afford it they get you into what you can afford and what you re comfortable and they don t really try to push you into a car they let you choose what you want and then they work with you they are literally the best out of everyone I ve been to recommend this place 100% they help me get my supersonic today!!!!!

Keegan, Skyler and Katie were the most helpful most friendly people I've ever dealt with through Car Mart. They were eager to answer all our questions and help us get the vehicle we wanted. We will definitely do all our future business with this lot and only this lot!!!!!!!!!

I was super nervous about it but it turned out to be the best experience I ve ever had!! Best service- I ve ever had! I felt comfortable with Chris Bradley and his team was amazing! Chris met every need I had and was a 100 percent right on his suggestions from the get go now I m inlove with driving a mom car again! My kids love it

I went to the the Car Mart in Neosho, and I had a great experience, the process was so easy and Chris the General Manager was awesome, he was a pleasure to work with, he crunched some numbers and made the payments so it can fit according to my budget, and he already had a car in mind for me. He made sure that the car was going to be a perfect fit according to my height and he made sure that this is the car I want to chose. I recommend everyone to go to this place to purchase a vehicle, everything is done on sight, This is by far the easiest car experience, I ever had. The staff was great as well, so positive and upbeat. Thank you Chris and Car Mart for putting my mind at ease and making my weekend a success. Thanks again.

Skyler was great!! Sue will lie to you and right in your face!!!Highly recommend dealing with them! This is the 5th time buying a car from a car mart across 4 States and I will say that this was was the easiest process I've ever been Through to get a car! I will say they were the best car mart employees I've ever dealt with! I wouldn't buy a car from these people if they were the last place on Earth to buy a Earth to buy a car stay lie and cheat and say anything just to get you into the car and then they want to hike your payments up even higher because I don't go through
