Nothing worse than people who lie about the price then after you get there they add $20+ to the cost ! Just flat out lied ! Order parts online ! Less agrevation of dealing with incompetent liars ! Corperate sent me all over for about 30 minutes then refused to do anything ! Customer service is as bad as the store service !

I hate walking up to a store and having employees smoking at the door. Store door was also propped open. Can you please moving smoking area further away from door.

It's good service at AutoZone. But every time that I go there to get parts for my vehicle they have to order the parts. It might be because it's an older vehicle 1996 F150 Ford.

I was disappointed by the quality of service I received at this store. Part of the problem was not the employee's fault, I know that people cannot do a good job without the tools and training. I wanted a battery tested, a Gray shirt (manager of some type) came out to test it. The tester he had would not work as it should because a software update had changed all the menus and the tester called for an ODBII cable but I didn't see any place where one could have been connected... I never saw a test completed because the operator could not get past the tester asking for the VIN # of the car... I did my best to help but he never could get the tester to let him enter the info asked for...I have come to think of AutoZone as the Walmart of auto parts, they have quality products but don't expect the person at the counter to know anything that the counter computer has not told them. I blame this on AutoZone for not training them... The store manager will normally know what I expect a parts counter person to know but anyone else is just being lucky...After not being able to get the battery test to complete he still was willing to tell me the battery was bad... I went and got the battery tested at another store...

Friendly staff and quick service.I had a light pop up and checked the codes. They got the items I needed for the fix right then and there, an i was back on the road.Good to know I can get parts and service in the area.

Cody, the assistant manager, assessed and changed out my battery today. Half way through, it started storming and raining heavily. We got our backsides completely drenched but he was happy to do it for me. I prayed then and I extend my prayer for him and his coworkers to remain safe as they work diligently with their good hearts to take care of people and keep everyone rolling. Thank you so much!

Today was the 2nd time I've been to this Auto Zone, here in Neosho. And I just have to say.. both times, I have received the absolute BEST customer service! I was helped by different gentlemen each time.. and they made me feel valued as a customer. Each one was extremely helpful, and professional, and exceedingly mannered. I am so thankful they listened to what I needed both times, and even made sure I had exactly what I needed. the first visit a few months ago, I had choose the wrong product and I was never made to feel ignorant. Suggested a better product that worked for my issue perfect. Well Done Neosho Auto Zone. as long as I live in this town.. this store is where I will go.

They must be going down hill with customer service every time this older gentleman that works in there helps me or my husband he is rude won't put in my phone number for my rewards doesn't really show you where the products are in the store just gives you a general direction and doesn't really look into anything when you're asking him about parts if he doesn't really like his job maybe he should find a new one and it seems like we never get the right part from this AutoZone not sure what's up with that.

Amber colored engine light came one. They plugged me in to the computer, ran diagnostic and solved my issue. I love this place.

At almost 64 yrs old I decided to learn how to diy on cars! Auto Zone has been awesome in advice and selection of parts etc! The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is they didn't do it for me!!

Went in to buy a car stereo marked as in-stock on the website. It wasn't in-stock. Picked out a different stereo they had on the shelf, also out of stock. Very disappointing. They were able to order a blower motor though.
