I bought an alternator from this place with a lifetime warranty and they wouldn't replace it said they can only sell me another one when I have box and warranty paperwork the manager (Michael) was very unhelpful and absolutely nothing to try and resolve the issue instead wanted to get an attitude and wouldn't give me a number so I can speak with someone over him I will not be going back

Very friendly staff. They have indeed affordable auto parts. I will from now on be doing all my business with them. If they don't have it the owner said he will find it. He purposely keeps his prices very competitive. I will recommend everyone to go there. Well worth it!!

Awesome customer service always polite always on time with their parts. Had a part no other auto parts store had . Dealership had it for 560. But a1 had it for 100 bucks . Can't go wrong .

Treat them right and you'll get service and parts you can't find anywhere else. Highly recommend them! Check them out. Prices and service are great. Very down to earth people that simply want to make a living with a quality shop. They won't steal you blind. The owner selflessly helps a lot of people. Just ask around about Mike Poore. You'll hear great stories.

Absolutely amazing. I have come time and time again, and they always have great prices. Got 2 windshield wipers for $10, and have bought headlights for $12-14 apiece.They happily and readily serve, and they know their stuff! I would highly recommend this to anyone needing any part.

Besides having the best prices around and a very knowledgeable staff Mike has a total auto service with the salvage yard Wrecker Service and top name brand products at the best prices it's the only place I shop for my auto parts. And open soon a new store in Granby Missouri.Highly recommended

I was recently in need of a new alternator for my 2005 Nissan Frontier & after checking around for prices / availability I called A-1 Affordable & to my surprise they was over $100 less than the 2 chain stores plus the one I purchased was brand new with a lifetime warranty ( non transferable) with no core charge versus the other stores remanufactured plus the core charge.A-1 Affordable Auto Parts & their knowledgeable friendly staff Is the place to get your auto parts.

If I could put 2-stars, 1 would also put a 3! There's a female employee that is very helpful and knowledgeable 5 stars, and a male 3 stars that kind of projects the attitude that women don't know anything about automotive/car needs and repairs.But other than that it's a clean store and reasonably priced!

They have good prices and all but they need to get a different front desk lady she is very rude and unprofessional if you call and ask about something she acts like it kills her to look something up and when u say ok thank you she just rudely hangs up I would rather shop somewhere else and pay a little more than deal with her

I spoke to a girl over the phone about several parts for a truck and car. She beat all the other parts stores in town and online. She was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure they were the right parts that I needed

A-1 Auto is number 1 in the area. Best prices I've ever seen from a local parts store. Wouldnt do my shopping anywhere else.
