Service was great Your company is going to be caught for price gouging, along with other retail companies. Note even the federal government came down on Exxon, over $91 million in profits this last year.Note the force of cheaper gas. The gouging throughout is way more than enough to cover fuel cost and salaries.As a Marine, I am not proud of our people being taken advantage off. As a person with a business degree, I don't participate, in the unethical application to our society.God bless

I hate to talk bad about anybody, but usually the store has been pretty good, however today I must have been in there about 30 minutes waiting at the counter for a tie rod end. I eventually did get the correct one but one guy asked me several times what side it was and I answered each time what side it was. I mean it was at least 10 times, then eventually another guy finally took over and got me the wrong one and then got me the correct one afterwards. But eventually insulted me for not knowing exactly the diameter of the tie rod end as there was two different sizes. Don't know if he was insulting me or if he was insulting the other guy, pretty sure he was insulting me because the size I told him and that I wasn't completely sure what diameter it was at is I had not measured it but was eyeballing it. They did look pretty busy and there was about five guys inline as well who had been waiting almost as long. Some of the guys at the computers were taking absolutely forever and chit-chatting a bit. Like I said, I don't like to talk bad about anybody and I eventually did get the right part even though I had told them the night before that if they could set it aside I would be coming by to pick it up that night, ended up not being able to make it until this morning but I still don't know why it took 30 minutes to find it. I just think things could have been better today without some of the attitude, not that I can't handle a slight insult like that, he just said he didn't know why they didn't teach kids these days how to read numbers. Lol. I mean, I do agree with him but not something he needed to say to me as he didn't know if I measured it or not. Not planning on saying any names of the guys who they were, I'm sure it doesn't happen too often but was thoroughly disappointed today. Other than that, hope you all their keep up the work and just know that none of the customers are trying to burn up your time and be ignorant, but that's why people go to the parts store a lot of the time. After all the billboard on the back says you all are the parts professionals. Lol. Have a wonderful day.

They are getting five stars because they really saved my bacon. My battery died and I was in a tough spot needing it replaced. The guys were friendly, installed my new battery at a good price, and recycled the old one.

Had a battery problem and I stopped in and the Man behind the counter was right on it got my jeep fixed up and problem solved very helpful and friendly service here

I had trouble starting my car for a few days, so Tuesday I bought a battery, but it was still difficult to start my car on Wednesday. O'Reilly's tested my alternator. Whew, I needed a new one. I got it installed on Thursday. Friday my car was still kind of slow to start, so I asked O'Reilly's to retest my battery and alternator. They immediately did it, both testing just fine.Not only did they humor me, and give me peace of mind about driving my car, but when I asked him to wait and not close the hood because I should probably add coolant? He waited by my car, checked and added coolant for me. (I had some in my car).Thanks O'Reilly's!

Staff always very helpful to women even if they don't know names of car parts and just say " you know those thingies that helps you stop the car" lol

Have been getting wrong parts 75% of the time even after giving all the correct vehicle information regardless if my mechanic or I call. Have not had any problems with bumper to bumper other than having to wait till the next day or them being closed on Sunday but I'd rather wait a day and get the correct part the first time.

They usually have what you're looking for, or they can always order it. Some stuff seems a little high, but when you need and can't wait, then it's worth it. All around a good place to spend your hard earned dollars.

Had all my detailing needs under one roof. Staff was super friendly and fun. It was snowing out, and they went out of their way to help a trucker that was troubleshooting for another disabled driver.

Generally O'Reilly's can come up with whatever one needs in automotive products, and usually at a better price then the competition.

Employees are awesome .. very helpful and polite. They also know where needed items are located in store and how to look up parts ect. And get us on our way quickly. They option to borrow a tool in a pinch is a life saver! Thank you

I love this oriellys, bigger selection than average and most of these guys are experienced enough to help you track down a part and always willing to help. Even the people i know who don't like oriellys don't mind going to this one

Fantastic customer service with employees who go above and beyond! We blew a radiator hose on the highway, Robert and Jeremy got our parts and delivered them to us on the shoulder of the highway.

I cannot say enough good stuff about O'Reilly's. They are always helpful. When our truck broke down in walmart parking lot, they came to pickup my husband to buy the part (starter), then dropped him off with the part and tools and returned twice with other tools when original tools weren't correct size. They bent over backwards to help us during this difficult situation. I highly recommend them to anyone.
