Great service overall, but for the most part smells severely of secondhand smoke which I definitely am not a big fan of. Nice lady and a decent place but really just don't like that second hand smoke. No harshness intended!

Billy and Robin are both very friendly and get your glass cut as quickly as possible. Also I find it to be reasonably priced.

I brought in a very large double window , one side was broken bad . It was a double pane , It also had no screen . The window new would of cost a pretty penny. But Robin Williams not only fixed it but made a custom screen to fit it. They do screens for just about any window or door, slidding doors glass repairs and any glass needs you could bring in. Mobile home & Trailer glass repair too. I was pleased with the time it took and the sound I paid. Robin was easy to work with and knowledgeable. They'll even come out to your home and give an estimate. They're a good place, I will return ! Thanks Robin!!!! My friend loves her new window!!!

One of the best businesses I ve ever dealt with. Got a basement window glass replaced in store and needed it back ASAP. It was late in the afternoon when I took it and they had it done in less than 30 min and done a fantastic job. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Wish more businesses would take note of their customer service. Absolutely fantastic.

Such nice people to work with. Their prices are great, well worth driving an hour from Springfield to go there. Great quality of work too. We use unusual sizes and rounds, they are always perfectly measured and cut.

I came to have two half-round window glass cut and a tall (84") storm door window repaired. Prices were good and the service was friendly. I'll be returning for other windows in the future.

I can't explain how sweet the lady at the front desk was.. just amazing and the man the installed the windshield smiled and started working right away.. would recommend a 1000 times over and over again.

Worse company I have ever dealt with in my life...I was suppose to get my window at home replaced and when I wanted to schedule a date to come out the lady started arguing with me saying she cant do that...that theyll just call me when they can come do it (2 HR WINDOW)...I cant just sit around waiting...but she had other customers set up on a schedule...when I told her I wasnt understanding why I cant schedule a pacific date and time (where I can be here)to do my window she got agitated at me and hung up on me...rudest person I have ever dealt with (business wise)I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...EVER
