We were stuck in the middle of an ice covered road and called Mayfield's for help. They got to us pretty fast and towed us home. AJ and his team were so nice and patient. Their prices CANNOT be beat. About a month ago they had helped us when we locked our key in the car at work. Their service is fast,friendly and reasonable for sure!! Thanks guys for all you do!!

This is the best shop and the best people you will meet.Very honest and hard working family. My wheel fell off my truck while towing my camper, they towed my truck and camper to their shop late at night, and then fixed everything and got us on the road the next day! Reasonable prices and the the best experience I've had. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the help guys

Wonderful company with fast and friendly service. I had a challenging recovery and they were able to get my jeep out of the woods. They are always there when we need them for help with towing our vehicles quick when stranded. Quick repair and inexpensive repairs that get us back on the road and moving too. Thanks Mayfields!

Cylinder started misfiring while driving from Missouri back home to Florida. We were fortunate enough to end up at this place. They dropped what they were doing first thing in the morning and got our car back up and running within an hour! Not only that, they did it for a very reasonable price and they were nothing but respectful and professional the entire time.It would have been very easy for them to keep our mini van there all day and charge us a ton of money (we were obviously desperate to get the car back on the road), but they did right by us even though we obviously would not be repeat customers. 11/10 I highly recommend!

Honest, caring mechanic. I was stranded with car trouble while traveling between Kansas City and Jonesboro, AR. AJ responded to my distress very late in the day ,despite a very heavy schedule. He quickly diagnosed the problem (leaking hose to oil cooler) and towed my car to his shop. He ordered the repair part right away. When the part arrived late afternoon the next day he prioritized my repair and had my car ready to resume travel within 90 minutes. Very reasonable towing and labor charges.Also, AJ s family provided me with transportation to and from my hotel. I highly recommend Mayfield s Towing & Muffler.

Long overdue review! Wanted to say a big thanks to you guys for stepping into the void when my baby girl was traveling alone, stranded and scared! Helped her get her tire patched up and back on the road. It speaks volumes about how you do business that you came into the shop after hours to take care of someone you don't even know. Olivia was treated wonderfully and felt much safer for the remainder of her trip. Both our nerves were frazzled and it was so appreciated. Owner even wanted a callback to reassure him that she'd made it home safely.

We called to make sure that they were open and were told they were. But no one was at the office and a second call elicited that someone would "be there eventually." We never actually talked to a mechanic since after waiting almost an hour we'd had enough.

Fantastic experience with Mayfield Towing. Car overheated on the highway while driving through Missouri. I m not from the area, and attempted to use my insurance (AAA) to get help. That didn t work out, unsurprisingly. So I called Mayfield and the truck was there within 20 minutes, grabbing both my Jeep and the trailer I am towing. Transported me 45 minutes to a friend s house, where we dropped the trailer off, then another 10 minutes to a repair shop. Super friendly and concerned driver, and the price was WAY below what I was expecting. Thank You to Mayfield Towing!! You did exactly what you said you were there to do: you made my day better!! Greatly appreciated.

Our business was called to pick up a vehicle from the tow lot. After spending $50 in fuel to get there, it s blocked in by a trash truck that they refuse to move. They don t have a right to keep someone else s vehicle another day if that vehicles fees are paid and the owner wants it back. But that s exactly what they are doing, on top of wasting our businesses time, money, and resources

John a bergfeld Had a bad attitude when I bring in another part in one day to be fixed And he hadBeen very rudeTo me and my boyfriend and the part that I received back the Ball bearing pressed into it and it was damaged around the rim of the bearing they mest it up and then told me that they are not responsible for any damages But it was a brand new ball bearing with no dents and now it's dented up and scarred

Bought tires, asked for the front tires that were already on my car be moved to the back, and then put the brand new tires on front. I worked a double the night before and it took them over an hour to do this, and I just got straight in my car and went home for 3hrs sleep before going back to work. But when leaving fir work I noticed the tires on front didn't look new, sure enough they took my back tires (the oldest most worn) and put them on front (my car is front wheel drive) and put the brand new ones I just bought on the back. And it's winter with varying road conditions.

It was the worst experience I was told three weeks ago the could fix my aspen and they said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday then I called again they keep saying they would call back and I had to keep calling them so I set up an appointment for the to do it then the never came and got it on the day they were supposed to diagnose it they didn't even call me to tell me they couldn't get to it so I called and they said they would come get it but didn't know when they could get to it
