Super awesome place to go! They had my truck done in only a few days and kept me posted if they found something else wrong. Absolutely recommend this shop!!! 10/10 will definitely be going back for any future repairs and inspections!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

Passing through & my SUV had a rear bearing go out. I took it in 1st thing Monday morning and Jim s took my truck for a test drive and then put it on the rack. Brought me back to show me what they found. We covered all options and they had me back on the road the same day. Cost exactly as quoted and service was fantastic.

What a pleasant surprise! I took my vehicle for a safety inspection and quickly realized, Jim's Automotive was not what I'd expected...their SPOTLESS waiting room featured air-conditioning, soft seating, and a coffee bar with cookies. I have always been able to get me right in when everywhere else is 2 or 3 hour wait or next day. The guys there have always been very friendly to me, and very reasonable on pricing. This is my go to spot

These fellas are dedicated pros. Grady, Corey, and crew are passionate about their professions, and it shows. It s not easy to find a gem in the automotive repair and care industry. This outfit is that gem. It says a lot when employees stick around for years, decades even. It s says a lot when a business is around for decades. Extremely accommodating, honest, friendly, fast, reliable, and knowledgeable.

We stopped here with an emergency and were seen immediately and a diagnostic run. They were very honest about not being able to fix the problem, always a good thing. I would definitely choose them if I ever have another problem when I'm in the area!

Got a transmission rebuilt there. Had to go back three times and found out it was leaking.he wouldn't do anything to help. Wouldn't even give me a compression fitting so I can fix it myself. accuse me of blowing it up every time . I'll never go back

Took my 2017 hyundai elantra in they said they may get to it that afternoon. I said no big deal, they said they would call me when they got done and before they started the repair. 2 days later still haven't heard from them, so I call, they had only ran a diagnostic and had finished and decided to not call me. I realized they didnt listen to what I told them was wrong with the vehicle. So basically they charged 85 dollars to tell me they couldn't figure out how to fix it, but they could for 1800 dollars which I had quote to replace the entire system for 850 Waste of time and money would never send someone to this company.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very honest mechanic. I don't require a lot of mechanic work but when I do Jim's is my go to. I have accidentally left valuables and cash in my vehicle before I dropped it off at Jim's too and not a penny was missing when I got the car back. They won't lie to you or try to cheat you. They do great and honest work.

We are full time RVers. We were in town for a few days visiting family when the brake on one side of our truck started grinding. We were leaving town in 2 days so needed to get in right away. We found Jim's and gave them a call. Cory helped us out. They got us in and our truck fixed the same day that we called.Thank you guys so much!!! We really appreciate you working us into your schedule!! At 4:50pm two days before Thanksgiving, 4 hours from home, I learn I'm leaking fuel in my engine compartment. These guys not only stayed to look at my truck but somehow managed to get the part ordered for overnight delivery. They gave me a ride to a motel, and picked me up the next morning. They had me back on the road by 9am! I'm very satisficed with the work they did and feel very blessed to have found them. It's nice to know there are still good people out there that truly care about their customers. Oh and a side note...the cost was about half of what I expected.

Great guys working there and the mechanic told me what else will be needed to be fixed on our truck next. We are thankful for them checking out our truck from other than what we brought it in for. I highly recommend these mechanic's.

I took my father's car in for an inspection with an appointment. I asked him to check out a noise also, so he drove it to listen. There's a comfy, clean waiting room and everyone was respectful and friendly.
