I have been using Childers for years now. They have done everything from minor repairs to major. Very happy with the communication, honesty and quality of work. You won't see a cleaner shop!

I gave a 2 star because some of the workers there are very nice and worked with me but one of the girl workers has a bad attitude and probably shouldn't be handling customers. The other lady is so sweet and nice. Coming to the issues with my car, I was brought it there to get looked at for a few specific things. Spent 2k on it and my car comes back with the check engine light coming on and off, my breaks not fixed, and then my passenger wiper happened to stop working. Took it to another mechanic to fix the other problems and they told me the breaks had nothing to do with the engine unlike Childers told me. Sadly will not be coming back again. Still did good work on other things though but that's it.

We pulled in to their lot with a dodge diesel truck that was as having exhaust issues. We were heading to camp for the Memorial Day weekend. They looked at our exhaust and tried fixing it with heat tape. Once that didn t work they put in some extra time to help us get back on the road. They were friendly and very helpful. This all happened at 230 on the Friday before Memorial Day. Would definitely recommend!

Very trustworthy and fair on pricing. Will always do what s best. My go to place when I need to see what s wrong when something isn t acting right. Would highly recommend their services.

The most unprofessional Place I have ever been to. Leisa was very disrespectful . I took it to them for a wheel bearing and alignment , I ve owned this car for 3 years and never had an engine problem and suddenly after they worked on it I m having engine problems. Among other new issues. Wouldn t reccomend ever.

Completely honest and a job well done and it was actually 30 minutes less than what they said it would be which means it was $30 cheaper in labor and they were very nice, prompt and Honest Company thank you very much!!!SincerelyPeggy and Darrell Geisel

These people are awesome!!!!! Traveling through the area and our wheel bearing went out, this business went above and beyond on short notice to get us going again. So grateful, nice owners and customer service. Thanks

Refused to stand behind thier own repair of a simple window motor. Wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee to tell me the window motor they put in 6 weeks prior wasn't working before they would replace it.

Brought my boat in to have new starter put on. Trim repaired and oil change. 3 1/2 months later I was told it was ready for the 4th time. Charged 3 times for them to remove starter and supposedly rebuild starter. Took the boat to the lake. Starter still not engaging and taking several minutes before finally starting. Boat is now overheating and died about 3 or more miles from dock. Throttle handle got broken somehow while at the shop. Extremely upset with the poor service and communication with them.

Super nice friendly and they got my expedition back in the road after sitting for a month because the last shop didn't fix it.

Up front and honest. Will not lie to you. Mechanics who can and will get the job done for you. It's a fair rate also, for being in Mtn. Grove.
