We first went to St. Louis Powersports and they were total douche bags. Then we went to Lincoln Power Sports and everything was great. Shana Minor was our salesperson and she was terrific. They had what we were looking for and could deliver it the next day. The process was painless and didn t take very long. We qualified for 0% financing and added the extended warranty. I highly recommend you go see Shana and buy a Hustler mower.

I've only bought some parts from them but they were super helpful. I also looked at a new CFMoto 800 ibex. They were not pushy at all and let me ask my questions and answered everything with no pressure. When I upgrade from my 650 CFMoto it will most likely be here.

Their service department in my experience so far is stellar. The tech walked me through some tire options for my bike since everything s hard to get right now. He was patient and kind even though it took 20 min to choose something. He ordered the front tire which came quick, I dropped off my bike on a Tuesday evening and got a call it was done by noon the next day. Everyone there is super helpful. Will use again for my service needs.

I have been there twice. Both times the man at the counter was rude and arrogant. The first time it took 3 weeks to replace the tires when I was guaranteed I would have it back in 1 week. Then I had to wait 45 minutes for them to pull it around. Today I brought in a loose wheel and tire to be mounted and balanced and they told me minimum of 3 days to have that done. It could take possibly longer. They have lost all customer service and I will not be giving them business ever again.Apparently you can't reply. What about the fact the last time I was in this business Adam told another customer anytime they bring in loose wheels and tires they can be mounted immediately. I guess that only applied to that customer not all customers. We all know its a 15 minute job yo mount and balance 1 wheel. In fact i just went and bought tire spoons and did it myself. Why don't you have any smart answers for why it took 45 minutes to pull my bike around when I came to pick it up. How come I had to come back in twice and finally talk to someone different to get it pulled around? The tall skinny guys has always been nothing but nice and helpful. Adam has no idea what customer service is and the fact that the owner is sticking up for him obviously shows he doesn't either.

Lets begin with the sales staff... The two individuals I dealt with were fantastic! They were helpful, knowledgeable (a rare thing) and were either extremely tolerant of my excitement or shared it. It would surprise me if they could share it because i'm a bit over the top at times! And not only were they like this when I was going to purchase my awesome CFMoto 700CL-X, but they were still like this after the purchase! And I could not believe that I got the bike for far less than another dealer that was geographically close to them! And when I came back for my first lube job and oil change? Again, fantastic! Couldn't beat the price! The mechanic that worked on it was both talkative (within reason of course) and helpful! I have never felt like I had personal service when doing something like this! And the gentlemen at the counter were great as well! They were also tolerant of me just hanging there while the service was done and interacted with me if/when they could! I can honestly say that I have not felt that I have had personal and interactive service at a motorcycle dealership before and it has changed how I feel about going to them for sales and service! And I know that I mentioned price... but their prices beat everyone else! At the very least, from my experience. For me, it's a bit of a drive/ride but the level of service they provide is more than worth the effort! I plan on taking my other bike there for service as well since they can do it all! Basically, don't waste your time with other dealers, just go here and you will not be disappointed!

I live about an hour and a half away, they made the whole process of buying my 650 adventura super easy. Their, "what you see is what you pay", pricing is what led me to them in the first place and it is exactly that!. Shana, Tim, and everyone in the parts department were super helpful. I recommend them for any of your power sport needs and I will be back for service and any bike I buy in the future!

We bought a new UTV recently and had a great experience. These folks are a fantastic team and actually care that you have an awesome experience.. wow! From the "no pressure estimate", smooth paperwork and the EXCELLENT service department... I'd bet money this place will make you happy you purchased from them. I'm impressed, and I'm a tough cookie. They have a customer for life with me and my family.

For great service, parts, bikes and accessories. Go talk to Jason, Shana and the guys. They are great people who take care of their customers. I have bought bikes, accessories and have had my bikes serviced with them since the early 2000's and I've NEVER had a problem with anything!!!You want your toys fixed correctly the 1st time come here!!! Highly recommend!!!

I can't say enough positive about the folks at this business. I have had my Silverwing trike serviced here for the past two years. The service manager explained everything they have done and why. The service technician brought the trike out and spoke to me about what he did and any issues that he saw while servicing it'...and took the time to explain. The parts counter guys really know their products, are cordial and helped me choose new tires. The cost for parts and labor is competitive. Phone calls were returned promptly. While waiting, we browsed the store and pick up some great deals on apparel. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I recommend Lincoln County Powersports for your cycle, ATV or outdoor power equipment.

Once again I'm very impressed with the attention I received at Lincoln Power Sports. Sales, parts and service were outstanding. I got all my service work done and several upgrades installed on my 2018 Wildcat XX. The service department is amazing. There isn't anything they can't do. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. And the sales is outstanding as well. Always able to find the best deals and quality products for my vehicle. I love this place."

Sold me a 4 wheeler with a disfunctional lift kit and when the tie rod rubbed the 4 wheel drive actuater cap and made it fall off they told me I had must of hot something hard to bend the tie rods which were clearly both bent from a factory the exact same way . Ended up ruining my electric 4 wheel drive

This has been the best customer service we have received for a long time! Shana was absolutely amazing and the only one we worked with. Great place to buy from you r treated with respect and smiley faces Great lady I have looked in a few places for my side by side new and used. SHANA was the reason I bought there. she knew what she was talking about any question she didn't know ( which was very few ) she got the answer for me while I was there. enjoyed talking to all of the people there service department was great also.

Very friendly, attentive staff. Knowledgeable service technicians that take the time to explain services performed. Anthony in the service department is customer focused and engaged in solving problems. Faster repair turn around time than other small engine repair shops.

I don't often leave reviews but I often read them. Couldn't be happier with the folks at Lincoln. I called ahead for my break in service on my Suzuki and they got me in same day. Very nice and courteous staff. I will do business with them again. Wish they were closer!

First off I want to say the staff are always cool. But the only complaint is everytime i bring in my bike who i only trust to these guys. Seriously need to work on service times. I was cured of cancer quicker than my bike , which is still in the shop for a 6 hour job. It's been over a month. I understand waiting on parts. I get that but a month? Still waiting on my bike. You need more than one technician who can fix a bike. My technician ended up in the hospital and my bike repair is delayed because of this situation. Just want my bike back and fixed . This is a warranty fix from last year. Still great staff. Great place. But come on guys. I dont want to trust anybody else but I need my bike fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

Shana, Mickey and Scott were great to deal with. Friendly and very helpful. They know the products and made buying my cat a great experience. Shana had everything ready to go when I got there, explained everything and out the door.

I stopped in on Saturday to pick up some fork oil both ladies at the parts counter were very friendly and helpful. Stopped at the service department in for a estimate they took the time to discuss my riding style and help me choose the right parts for me I appreciate that. Would like to see a better selection of full face street helmets from different manufactures. I was in February so may have been winter stock, but most people start thinking about riding about then and use income tax for a new lid.

It has been a while since I have owned a 4 wheeler but was in the market for one to use on my hunting farm. I stopped in to browse and was hooked from there. These people run a business how it should be run....Up front, friendly, fair and honest. Shana was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire purchase. What a great place. From introduction through loading my new Havoc, Anthony, Shana, Mickey, and Joe were honest about advise, finding parts, loading recommendations, handling paperwork, answering questions, and always smiling - even at the end of the day. I couldn't ask for a more positive experience. When I informed Mickey I wanted to install my own accessories, she introduced me to Joe so I could ask a couple questions. Shana handled all the paperwork while I shopped. I enjoyed the entire experience with the LPS Team. - Thank you for your honest customer service. -Jay

Shana made my purchasing experience easy. I will only buy from and service my UTV's and Motorcycles here. Great and knowledgeable staff and service department.Each time I go there, they know me by name and greet me when I walk in by name. Unbelievable! 5++ rating

The service here is second to none! Always has the parts I am looking for and at a fair price. Very satisfied customer. I am always remembered when walking in and when I am not 100% on what I need the suggestions and advice are spot on. Mr. Locke has never advised me poorly and should be considered a valuable employee and an asset to the business. That is why I drive out of my way to shop at Lincoln Power Sports!
