I will go out of my way to come to this place. They do great work and they are honest. I have yet to find a complaint. I Actually, have a brag, Daniel, one of the employees, got down on the floor and played cars with my 3 year old son while I was on the phone with my bank because I was having issues with my debit card And my son was getting restless and fussy. Which in itself was a blessing. 10/10

Kyle was very pleasant upon my arrival. He was very informative about my results and recommended services I needed to do soon. Nick completed my emissions test in a timely manner. I recommend certified performance.

I dropped my vehicle off Sunday and I gave no notice to Certified Performance that i would. They were able to get my inspection done on Monday and give me an update on my vehicles wellness. I gotta say I DREAD going to mechanics. They're always so condescending and treat you like you're an idiot for not knowing everything about cars as if you're not paying them for THEIR knowledge on cars. This place was so professional and comfortable. There have been times before I've went into a mechanics to be met with eye rolls, or been double charged for things that when I question them about it, they get offended and say that they did give me that and I just don't understand! These people were so polite, offered us coffee, had great prices, and fixed the problem perfectly! They also gave us some more recommendations of what we might want to do without just doing it and then charging us for something we didn't ask for. There have been so many times we'll just ignore concerning car problems just because mechanics are notoriously rude. It's incredibly relieving to know there's such a nice place nearby. Sorry for complaining, I'm just not used to having an even decent experience at mechanics thank you so much for everything

Just the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic shop. First thing caught my attention my truck starting up and whoever was pulling it around to the shop was driving noticeably fast spinning the tires thought to myself what is this a racetrack oh that's my truck going around the building in a power slide I let it go didn't say anything about it because knew it would be a waste of breath. Finally after waiting about 45 minutes for this " "mechanic" to get done with the inspection explain to me why my truck was ready for the junkyard. There was no mention of it being able to be fixed was just sorry for your bad luck but you got enough time out of your truck it's got 300,000 miles on it it's time for you to buy a new vehicle. it's hard for me to not feel like I was taking advantage of and steered in the wrong direction. If I would have taken their advice I would be walking to work right now. If these guys can't handle a few repairs on a vehicle that is worth fixing no Solutions offered besides I think it's time for you to buy a new vehicle LOL I'm sorry but it's just a joke to me dealing with guys like this. I wonder how many hard-working people took your advice when being told this about their vehicle not being worth fixing Very unprofessional. The shop should be ashamed of this Behavior but instead wanted to comment on a review posted by a mistreated customer. Maybe if you would spend more time trying to help a customer instead of trying to embarrass or bully them on the way out the door maybe you wouldn't have gotten a bad review. I regret ever going there.

A reliable and service-oriented place to take your vehicle. They communicate throughout the process, offer suggestions, and they don't try to bait you into work you don't need. I know I need new tires on my truck, and they told me I still have about 6 months left before they'd recommend replacing them. Honest people who do great work!

Always excellent service and customer communication. All work is always performed in a very timely and professional manner. I normally service and work on my own vehicles, but when I am in a pinch due to time or tooling they are my go to shop.

Easily one of the best mechanic shops you will ever go to I have had thousands of dollars of work done here and it has never been a problem. The staff Are all certified. The office staff are very knowledgeable and very nice gentlemen. One of the most trustworthy places I have ever brought my car. After having a very difficult personal experience that was very positive with this company. I will never bring my car anywhere else.

Dropped my truck off on a Monday evening and Tuesday morning they started working on my truck, they figured out what was wrong with it and got it fixed, I feel like they had it fixed in a timely manner and I feel the cost was very fair, will definitely use their services again if need be and would also recommend to my friends and/or family!

If you Own a Classic Car that isn't damaged, DO NOT TAKE IT THERE. MY 68 Camaro needed the gears for the Speedometer to be accurate. Unfortunately I left it for 2 days and was contacted at 8:30 that Fri morning my car had been damaged while car's were being moved. After looking at the damaged door I realized the door was bent backwards, then told the guy that was starting it to warm up in June. The car has an electric fuel pump and starts first time everytime and NEVER needs to be warmed up. But the Speedometer they worked on quit working that Sunday after 2 months of waiting for the door to be fixed. This car was immaculate prior, and filthy when I picked it up? Mud on New Mats and door panel, glass not aligned in door. Gash in brand new front spoiler. Have to take it for a second opinion because it's not fixed properly IMHO. Everything worked before being up there, that is no longer the case.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

So very impressed with the work that Certified Performance did on my beloved Elke.1. Brakes were not working as they should. They find that the vacuum needed to be from an independent source. Rear brake leaking also. They fixed bleed all of the brakes and now I have better brakes than I ever had. Had it it at 3 other shops that could not figure them out.2. Right signal light not working when putting on brakes. They found a loose wire.3. Engine was overheating. They found that the new clutch fan that was installed previously had failed. Removed and replaced with new one, and it s running right where it should be.They took care of all these issue in a record breaking time frame. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs. Great folks to work with.

Certified Performance auto care is the best. They went above and beyond and worked with me on repairing my vehicle. They prices are less than other places. The employees are so well trained. Thy took the time and explained the problem. The are always friendly, polite, respectful. I have told many people about Certified Performance. And have had some come back and thanked me for telling them about Certified Performance. My poor van needed a new thermostat, tires rotated, checked the alignment, Checked the suspension, and ran a diagnostic just to be sure my 2012 Dodge Caravan was in good shape. The work was exceptional and fast...I honestly thought it would take longer to have it all back up and running, so I was delightfully surprised it only took them one day. Great service, great quality work, great attention to detail, and very professional...even tho I was panicked my only vehicle was not working. I really recommend this place and the prices are very reasonable. I was very impressed with this company starting from the description on their website, being able to book online and pick 2 time options that works best for you, when they start working on your car then send a link you can click on with all your cars info and what they are servicing, what they recommend as urgent and non urgent items that need to be fixed. Kyle was extremely pleasant and kind. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I was told it was going to be around a price point and it ended up being 300 over that.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I will never go anywhere else! This company has shown me that a mechanic shop does exist that doesn't take advantage of you or force feed getting random things done. My positive experience didn't end when I left either, the gentleman at the front counter sent me a email with a list of tires options and was not pushy at all. Called on a Wednesday to inquire about a pre purchase inspection. Dan gave me a quote over the phone instantly and provided some upcoming times they had available, including that afternoon if I needed them, and I said I d be back in touch to schedule. Provided the seller with their contact information and about 30 hours later I had a detailed report which included recommendations. Before the end of that day I received a call from Dan, he walked me through the entire report and gave honest feedback about the recommendations and his opinion on whether or not it was a solid purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Certified Performance & Auto Repair to anyone for their automotive needs!

Hidden gem I was referred to by a friend. Without even name dropping said friend, I was put on the books immediately and was surprised by a text update during service. Everything was smooth easy, and to my surprise 30% cheaper than I had expected. I never asked price when I was accommodated on very short notice and was prepared to pay for their ability to get me in so quickly. Couldn't be happier with the whole process. I'll be back.
