BEYOND HORRIBLE. Would not accept legal, certified (stamped) re-issue of birth certificate. Explained that the original was literally lost in a tornado and this is what was issued by my home state. Would not except. Would not accept water bill receipt (the only bill currently in my name because I just moved here) because the water bill receipt that the town I live in gave me had my name in the wrong spot . Would not accept my social security card because it had a tear. Would not accept my water bill because it only had my PO address (the town I live in only sends mail to PO). She was incredibly rude and flat out refused to work with. Drove all the way to Tuscola where they took care of everything and were friendly. Honestly don t understand how this Woman gets to keep her job.

Drove all the way to Monticello only to discover they were closed, even though it said that they were open online. I d advise calling first!

Unless you're and old guy flirting with the lady she's very rude and disrespectful. I've moved from Illinois to Missouri and it's been a struggle and if you call her more than once genuinely confused about something she just yells at you. All she has to do is send a paper over but she refuses because she doesn't have time for that.

It's never fun going to the DMV. But after being born and growing up in Cleveland this will rural office is fairly convenient, quick and very courteous. What a stark contrast to a big city DMV!

The lady who runs this DMV office is completely professional with kindness and courtesy. I enjoy going to see her for my DMV needs. It's just not the same elsewhere.

Incorrect Saturday hours of service. Services are only offered on the last Saturday of the month. I hope I saved you a trip.
