Lance personally took my call and was very flexible with my work schedule to get me in for an estimate on the damage to my new car. He was professional and very good to me. He buffed out several scratches and you can't tell they were there. He will plan to have the door ding dent i got the first day I drove the car off of the lot fixed by a paintless dent remover guy at his shop as soon as the weather is nice out. I would bring my car to his shop any time, I saw his auto autobody work and he knows what he's doing. Very knowledgeable and extremely reasonable. 5 stars
